Chapter 68: The Voice... The Curse or Not?
Baron Abellarde was facing back and forth inside his house as he was waiting for the crown prince to go there; after all, who can help him? No healing power can help what he was going through right now.
The Empress already assures them that if Noraya could heal the crown prince’s curse, she would get the two to marry each other.
Loren smirked at the thought, Who could have imagined that a bastard like him is going to be the father of the future Empress of their empire?
Ahh, finally, after all the hard work he had done and after all the insults he got from many people. It was all worth it. Noraya was his key to his triumph; after she became the crown princess, he would kill the current emperor and empress, and next, he would kill the crown prince.
He would make sure that he would rule everyone and make those people who insult him bow down to him after he eliminates the imperial family.
"Is the crown prince already here?" Loren turned to see his wife, who dressed lavishly to welcome the crown prince to their house.
"No, he might just left the palace not so long ago," Loren replied to his wife, and he looked around and frowned as he didn’t see his daughter with his wife.
"What about Noraya? Where is she? She should be here, as she should be the one to greet the crown prince when he arrives here." Loren said to his wife, who also frowned.
"Didn’t she come here first?"The baroness asked her husband, as she was also confused why their daughter wasn’t there.
"Would I ask you if she was here?" Loren glared at his wife at her stupid question.

Meanwhile~~
Noraya was beside her bed as she was covering her ears. She has been acting like this since she had those nightmares.
You killed me." Noraya was shaking when she heard that voice that she has been hearing these past few days.
She first heard them after the incident with Acantha in the town where she faked being unconscious; that night she dreamed something.
"How can you betray and kill me?" The voice then again said.
Noraya was feeling scared; she jumped to her bed and covered her ears using the pillows.
"I don’t know you, and I didn’t kill anyone," Noray said as she was shaking in fear.
"Liar! You stole something from me, and you killed me!" The voice shouted at her, and Noraya screamed.
The baroness who was about to knock on her daughter’s room was terrified when she heard her screamed inside.
"Noray! What was happening?" The baroness said as she barged in the room that she was worried about her daughter.
Noraya, who saw the baroness, runs to her.
"Mother, you need to help me. She kept saying I killed her," Noraya said as she fell beneath her mother’s feet as she was pleading with her.
The baroness was horrified to see her daughter in that state, Noraya, who loves glamourizing herself, looks nothing like she was before.
"What happened to you?" The baroness asked as she tried to lift her daughter up from the floor.
"She was coming after me; she said I killed. I didn’t kill anyone, Mother!" The baroness was startled when her daughter suddenly burst, and then she unexpectedly went to her bed and threw everything.
"She said I killed, but I didn’t even know her!"
"I didn’t kill you!"
The baroness put her hand on her mouth as she couldn’t believe what was happening to her daughter.
"What is happening in here?!" The baroness turned to see her husband, who opened the door, and he too looks surprised.
"What’s wrong with your daughter?" The baron asked her as he pionted their daughter, who was still talking in the air.
"I don’t know. When I got here, she was already shouting about not killing someone." The baroness said as she looked at her daughter, who was now looking at her, or her husband?
"Father, Father, you’re here." The baron was startled when his daughter went on him and shaken him.
"Tell her I didn’t kill her father," Noraya said as she was crying and begging the baron.
The baron looked at his daughter, and he couldn’t believe what was happening to his daughter, at all things, of all the time where the crown prince will arrive at any moment.
The baron glared at his daughter as he removed her from clutching his pants.
"Fix your daughter." The baron said as he turned to the baroness and glared.
The baroness looked at her daughter, who now stopped crying and was just staring at the floor.

Acantha went to the wing where her father told her where he let the crown prince stay.
She saw so many people who were there attending to the crown prince’s needs, but she still hasn’t met any of his men.
She walks to find where he is, as this place wasn’t inside the main house, but it was on the other side of the duchy.
This place was not as big as the main house, but it wasn’t small either.
She didn’t know why the duke even built this one; maybe it’s for this kind of event.
She saw a room, and she can feel his energy from the outside.
Acantha knocked on the door, as she could feel that his energy was rising, and she knew it wasn’t normal or good.
Jarnus was the one who opened her, who even looks surprised to see her there.
"Lady Acantha." Jarnus greeted her as she saw her. "How-" He didn’t finish his sentence when she cut him off.
"Father told me that you were staying here." Acantha said as she looked at him, who looked like he was confused about how she knew they were there.
"How is he?" She asked as she pointed another where she could hear some weird sounds.
Jarnus just shook his head as he was looking worriedly at the door. "He insisted not coming to the Abellarde’s to help him with his curse as he learned about that the Empress was planning to marry him off to Lady Noraya after he recovers." Jarnus said as he looked at her helplessly.
"Who knows that you were here?" She asked as she forgot to ask her father if someone knew that Helion was here.
"It was only us and the Emperor. We didn’t even tell Ernie, as that man always slip when he talks too much," Jarnus said As much as she wanted to chuckle at how he described Ernie, she couldn’t as the situation that they were facing was serious.
"If only his highness didn’t have this curse."
"Wait, hold on, what he was having right now wasn’t a curse; it was because he has so much mana within his body and his dragon blood was overpassing his human blood. His highness might turn into a dragon if we didn’t stop this one," she said as she looked at him.
"But how could that be? my lady? Everyone in the imperial family also got this one, some even went crazy, and some even killed themselves," Jarnus said as he looked at her.
That’s what she first thought too; she first thought that the imperial family has the curse of having the dragon’s blood, but it wasn’t really the case.
And the reason why Noraya can soothe him whenever he was having this kind of attack in the novel is because Noraya has that thing to her every day; she was using some perfume that someone who studied about the dragons made for the count.
But, little did they knew she knows form Flamear that the old dragons also had this time in their life and they had some bracelet that they were using to stopped themselves from turning one, and that’s what she told him to get at the north.
Flamear told her that the one who made those things was his old master and that Elida had those things in them at the North.
"There he is," Acantha said when she felt something pop out in the air.
"Did you get what I need?" Acantha asked him, and he nodded in response.
Acantha looked at the bracelet that she was looking the bracelet looks like a shackle that has some dragon patterns on it, it was black and it seems like it also got some blood in it.
"This was Prince Dromonos bracelet that Solaia had given him," Flamear said as he looked at her.
Acantha didn’t know, but she felt something familiar towards the bracelet, like it knew her. She went to open the door, but Jarnus stopped her.
"Is that really what he needs?" He asked worriedly as he looked at her.
Acantha nodded in response, and she opened the door, and there she saw him; he was sweating and was in pain. He looks really pale at the moment.
She walks towards him and sees that he has some shackles on both of his hands.
"Y-you can’t be here." He said as he was grunting in pain again.
"I came to help," she said as she looked at him.
Acantha put the bracelet on his hand, Helion suddenly-
