Acantha saw how Benedict hopped in one of the patients beds, and there she noticed a woman who was skinny with wounds on her body, but it was already healing.

"What was happening?" She heard one of the healer’s say as they saw their patients stopping from wilding, and some were even healing the wounds that they created themselves.

Acantha looked at in front of her and she started walking where she saw Benedict hop in.

"Is she your mother?" She asked as she looked at him while he was hugging the woman; she presumed his mother.

Benedict nodded as he was still hugging the unconscious woman.

Acantha decided to leave as she wanted to give him privacy with his mother, whom he was looking for.

She walks again, when:

"Lady Acantha, what did you do to everyone here?" She heard someone speak at her back, and she didn’t even have to turn around to know who it was, as there is only one person who couldn’t get anything no matter how you explained it to her, as she has her own twisted story.

"Did Lady Acantha cure the people in here?" She heard someone say as she was still looking at Benedict.

"There’s no way she can cure them; I was the only one who can cure these people," Noraya said to the woman.

"But we saw her use a healing power, Lady Noraya," she heard another person say again.

"Yes, I saw how she lifted her hands, and then suddenly the place was engulfed by a very bright light." Acantha turned around this time and saw that Noraya was talking to the other healers, who were looking in awe at her when she turned to them.

"Lady Acantha, what mana stones did you use to make these people believe that you had a power?" She heard Noraya say as she looked at her innocently as she was trying to insist she was using mana stones.

"I didn’t see her use any mana stones, Lady Noraya, and besides, we tried all the healing mana stones to cure the people, but it still won’t work; it also got worse," she heard one of the male healers say as he was touching his glasses.

"T-that can’t be! I was the only one who can use healing power in here!" Noraya exclaimed as she looked like she was in her own nightmare.

"Was, Lady Noraya?" I smiled sweetly as I walked past her and whispered those words in her ears.

Before I could even walk again, Noraya wail like a child, as if I did something bad to her.

"Lady Acantha, I was just saying that it was only me who could use a healing power. Everyone in the empire knew that you couldn’t use any power and that you don’t have any powers." She said as she sobbed.

What is wrong with her? What is she four? Her father keeps on rubbing in my face how well behaved, educated, and well mannered his daughter was when she was acting, not her age when someone passed her or she didn’t get what she wants?

"Lady Noraya, you’re causing a scene." She turned around and saw Helion was there. Where did he come from?

"Helion, Can you check whether Lady Acantha was carrying some mana stones?" Noraya said as she clung to Helion again, who looks iritated at what she did.

"Lady Noraya, His highness, and I can test that the Lady Acantha wasn’t using any mana stones, as she too has the power to heal someone; she might have better abilities than you, as you can see; she heals the people who were infected here." Jarnus was the one to come in here defense.

"That can’t be true." Noraya said as she looked like she was going to cry again, "It’s not true, right, Helion?" She said as she faced Helion, who didn’t even look at her.

"Does the duke know you are here?" Helion asked her, which made it worse for Noraya as she stompped her feet and walked out of the place.

"Take her to the Abellarde’s." Helion said as he looked at where Noraya went.

"Now, can you answer my question?" He asked her again when Jarnus left the place.

"No, father wasn’t there at home; only Mildred knew that I went out this evening, but if he is right there now, I was sure he knew by now," she said as she walks back again to where Benedict is.

"Benedict, shall we go?" She asks as she looks at him, who just shook his head at her.

"You can leave him here." Helion said as he looked at her.

Acantha was hesitating as she knew Mildred might be also waiting for the boy.

"I can ask for my people to arrange for him some beds where he can sleep in here." Helion said when he saw that she was a bit hesitating and looked worried for him.

"Just make sure that he was fine here," She said as she was about to go.

"I’ll take you home," Helion stopped her from going.

"I can take care of myself." Acantha said as she refused his offer to take here home.

Helion insisted, "I won’t accept no as an answer, and I knew you could take care of yourself." Helion said as he took her hand and used a mana stone to teleport them to the duchy, but they were only allowed outside the big gate.

"Does your father intend to lock you here?" Helion asked her when she looked at him.

She saw Helion touch the barrier, and "This power is familiar," he said when he sensed something.

"Wait, this is Flamear’s barrier; is he awake?" He asked, and she just nodded as an answer.

"I woke him up when Father and I got home after Father threatened your mother," she said as she walked through the gate, and she saw that Mildred was really there waiting for her.

She looks at the gate and waves her hand as she turns around.

Noraya was now inside their home; she went straight to her bedroom and cried.

How could that happen? She should be the only one who can use a power.

She saw how Acantha waved her hand and everything was engulfed with light The man who was taking her as hostage fell on the floor and let her go.

She saw that the other patient she was trying to cure with her power was slowly healing from what she did.

"How is that possible?" Noraya said as she asked herself.

She should be the only one who can use that power.
