Villainess Want's To Ignore Them!
Chapter 112: Daughter’s Love

Chapter 112: Daughter’s Love

Acantha looked at Flamear as she remembered something.

"Flamear, do you know something to bring Father back?" Acantha asked as she looked at Flamear, who stiffened at her questions.

Acantha saw Flamear looked bothered as she asked those questions.

"I think I remembered something about bringing someone back to life without using dark magic." Flamear said and Acantha looked at her, remembering what the Baroness, who was in their dungeon, did to her dead daughter just to bring her back.

"But I don’t remember what it was. Solaia had done it back when Prince Dromonos almost died, but I quite forgot how to do it." Flamear, said as he looked at her.

Acantha knew what Flamear was trying to tell her; he was telling her that there are still chances only if she could remember Soalai’s memory.

She had finished reading the book, but it wasn’t stated there.

"Is there any way I could retrieve her memories? Or anything I should do." Acantha said this as she was really desperate to bring her father back to life.

She knew there was another way, just like what the baroness did , but she didn’t want to use dark magic as her father wouldn’t like it and he would rather stay dead than have her bring him back to life looking like a curse, and besides, there was also a price that she needed to pay.

She needs to offer people lives if she did it that way.

"But what if I won’t recover that memory? My father’s body would—"

"No, we will bring the duke’s body to Elida. Fairies have the power to make it not decompose." Flamear cut her off as he walked to where the duke was lying.

Acantha looked at Flamear as an idea popped out from her mind.

She walks to the door when it opens, and there Favian and the others are about to enter.

"We need to talk now." Acantha said to them, which surprised them, as she wasn’t crying anymore.

They walked to her father’s office while Flamear was left with the duke’s body to guard it.

"What were we going to discuss?" Fabian

"Are we going to discuss the duke?" Acantha looked at Diego, who was looking at her like he was waiting for her to say something.

"No, I had something I needed to say." Acantha said as she sighed while looking at the four of them.

"There’s a way that we could bring Father back to life." Acantha, said as she broke the silence inside the room.

She can see that they look shocked at what she said, and Zerth even gasped at what she said.

"Isn’t that impossible, my lady?" Zerth asked her as he looked at Fabian and Diego, who nodded at him in support of his question.

"Did you remember the Baroness in our dungeon?" She asked at them, which made them nod at her.

"But what does it do to bring his grace back to life?" Fabian asked as he looked curiously at what she was saying.

"You know Solaia, right?" Acantha asked as she looked at three of them in the eyes, as Mildred was now behind her.

"Yes, you told her to us like she has a sister, a twin sister to be exact and that she was now causing all the troubles here in the empire." Diego said as he was frowning while saying those words.

"That’s right," Acantha said as she nodded at them.

"Is there really a chance to bring his grace back?" Acantha looked at Fabian, who seemed to be lost.

"Yes..." She said as she sighed at them, she was still emotional, but she needed to be strong as there was still hope for her father.

"But how?" Zerth asked her.

Acantha knew that the three were really close to the duke even before he became the duke of Solaris.

They were literally his other best friends.

"I need Solaia’s memories back..." Acantha said, which made them frown as they still didn’t know that she-

She was Solaia’s reincarnation...

She was her...

"But why do you need it?" Zerth asked her again as he looked curiously at what she was saying.

"It’s because she did it once without using dark magic; there’s an old spell that she used, an old ritual to be exact." Acantha said as she looked at them.

"But Solaia was dead, right?" Fabian asked as he looked at her, Where had all hope gon in flash in his eyes.

"She’s dead, but I am alive." Acantha said and she saw the confusion in their eyes.

"I am her. I am Solaia’s reincarnation, and that’s why we managed to defeat Abanoon’s curses: it’s because I am her, but without memories." Acantha said and she saw they looked surprised at what she said about her being Solaia’s reincarnation.

"But how can you get those memories, my lady?" Diego asked her and she forgot to ask Flamear how.

"She needs to go to the land of the dead." Flamear said, which made everyone turn to him.

"What do you mean?" Acantha was the one who was confused right now.

"You need to go to the land of the dead, as the mirror of the past was there; it will give you all the details about your past life and will restore your old memories." Flamear, said he, as he looked at her.

"But isn’t that just a myth?" Fabian said, which made Acantha turn to him.

"You know it?" Acantha asked as she looked at him.

"Everyone knew about it, and besides, I think it’s very impossible as the land of the dead, as they said, was in the Tenebrisaya Empire." Diego answered as he looked worriedly at her.

"We need to go there..." Acantha said as she looked at three of them.

"We’re coming with you, my lady." Acantha looked at Fabian as he said those words.

"Yes, we already lost the duke, and we won’t allow anyone and anything to harm his daughter." Zerth said as he looked at her, and the others agreed on what he just said.

"But what about the duke’s body?" She looked at Diego, who looks worried now about her father’s body.

"Don’t worry; we will bring his body to the magic forest." Acantha said, which made the three look at her and there she goes, forgetting they haven’t been there.

"But first we mustn’t let anyone know about it; we will let them think that the duke was already dead as he is." Acantha said as she looked at them again and they nodded.

They all went out to prepare a fake funeral for the duke so everyone would know that he has fallen.

While they were going to prepare to go to the Tenebrisaya Empire.

Acantha knew it would be easier for them to go there as their emperor was already here with Abanoon.

At the mention of her name, she couldn’t help but clench her hand into a fist.

Why can’t Abanoon be in peace?

Why did she have to ruin and kill everything she liked and loved?

-------------------------------

The empire was shocked when they learned about the passing of the duke, who was the one who was protecting the whole empire against the Tenebrisaya.

As much as people wanted to go there, it seems like the Solaris Duchy had shut them off; even the Imperial family, who were close to him, can’t even see his dead body.

The streets across the empire have some black flags with the crest of the Solaris.

And now that he is gone, everyone knows that his daughter will take his seat, as she was the only heir of the duke despite being a girl.

They were all mourning for him and remembering what he did good for the empire, despite them despising his only daughter.

Dion looked at his balcony as he could see all those black flags hanging around the palace.

He was still shocked to know that his best friend had died; Arthur had died with them reconciling to each other.

His friend died, and he couldn’t even visit him, as the whole Solaris was still mad at everyone who painted and chased their lady away and put all the blame on her.

"Darling, we should go and eat some lunch." Dion looked at his wife as he said those words to him while he doesn’t have any appetite for any food.

"You go ahead." Dion said to his wife as he was still looking outside as he was still reminiscing about every memory he had with Arthur.

Arthur had been his best friend since he was still a crown prince.

They were literally raised and brought together.

They also went to the same academy.

He met his other friends because of him, and especially he met his wife, who he loved so much.

But now he was gone...

He was gone too soon, and he didn’t even have the chance to bid farewell to him.

He died while he was still angry at his family for his wife’s actions against his daughter.

"Why are you being like this? You should eat." His wife said, which irritates him.

How can she be so insensitive?

She was not like this before...

He loves her as she was compassionate to other people, but why does it seems like he doesn’t know his wife anymore?

Dion was about to say something to her when the door stormed opened and-
