Villainess Want's To Ignore Them!
Chapter 104: He Finally Knows....

Chapter 104: He Finally Knows....

Acantha was startled when she was about to knock on the door when suddenly it opened, and Helion jumped out from it and hugged her.

"Ahhmm," she looked when she heard some coughs and saw her father, who was standing behind Helion who broke himself from hugging her when he heard her father’s cough.

"Where have you been, Aki?" Her father asked her as he looked worried.

"We went to the north," she answered awkwardly as the duke was still eyeing Helion, who just acted like nothing happened.

"And what do you think you’re doing hugging my daughter?" Her eyes widen when her father addresses what happened.

Acantha saw Helion’s mouth open when they were suddenly interrupted by some noise from the Empress.

"What was happening to her?" They all hurried and saw that Hernand seemed to be panicking when the Empress continued moaning in pain.

"I don’t know," Hernand answered the Emperor, who was panicking at the sight of his wife.

"This is Abanoon’s doing." Acantha said as she looked at Hernand, who, with the Emperor, both lifted their heads and stared at her like asking what she meant about it.

"Abanoon? Wait, have I already forgotten it? But didn’t you say last time that she was back?" Hernand asked him as he looked at her with confusion and fear in his eyes.

"Wait, what? Who’s Abanoon?" The emperor asked them as he was still beside the emperor. "I only knew one Abanoon and she died thousands of years ago," he continued as he looked at them like he was waiting for them to say that it was not who he was thinking.

"Don’t tell me..." He said as his eyes widened when they all nodded at him.

"She’s back..." she said while she was looking at his reaction.

"What do you mean? Isn’t she supposed to be dead?" The emperor asked her as he turned to Helion who was also looking back at him.

"No, she was back... and she was the reason why we are facing these kinds of problems." Acantha said as she looked at the emperor, who looked sadly back at his empress.

"Then why is she doing it?" the emperor asked as he took his wife’s hand.

"I can’t bear seeing her like this, and worse, we still haven’t patched up." The emperor continued as he looked at his wife tenderly as they were just listening to him.

She has so many things she needs to say to him, and the time was running.

As Elida said, the more they got submerged with their nightmares, the more it would take all of their life.

She looked for a place where she could play the harp that was given to her by Elida, and Acantha was wondering why no one had noticed it.

"How do I play it?" Acantha asked Flamear as he followed her in one of the sofas inside the Empress room while the others were still busy looking after her.

"Just follow the beat in your heart, and feel like you and that thing are one." Flamear said to her as he was readying himself.

Acantha had told Flamear to use his power so everyone in the empire could hear the sound that she was going to play.

She looked at the harp and it seemed like it recognized her, as she saw some glimpses of golden light coming from it.

Acantha lifts the harp and starts strumming it and closes her eyes and lets the wave of her heartbeats combine with the one she was going to make.

------

As Acantha played the instrument.

Flamear starts using his power so everyone can hear it.

The four men on the other side looked up when they heard the sounds, and they saw Acantha was surrounded by lights that seemed to be coming from the one she was playing.

The Emperor just witnessed the Lady’s power yesterday when she helped the empire and saved them from getting poisoned and was more amazed at what she was doing right now.

Why had no one noticed the lady’s tremendous magic when she was this strong to fight against curses from a revengeful goddess?

Everyone in the empire who heard the sound felt something that they couldn’t explain...

It was like the sound was trying to comfort them and say that they are safe and everything is going to be okay.

The duke, who was also there, looked at his daughter.

He knew that the moment he saw his daughter’s power back then, when they were traveling to the north, that his daughter wasn’t any ordinary.

Arthur tried to understand his wife back then when she was sealing her magic core.

He believes it was for her own good—and it was—but what he didn’t expect was how powerful she is, that he didn’t even teach her how to manifest and use her power.

Arthur looked at Acantha proudly as her father, but there are also some worries on her heart for his daughter.

He knew that his daughter would be having a big role in whatever was going to happen.

His wife must have been very proud of their daughter if she was still around; he couldn’t help but look in the sky.

"Wish you were here, Catanya," he whispered as he looked back again at their daughter.

----------------------------

Helion on the other side, felt a tremendous headache when she saw Acantha play the instrument.

Why didn’t he notice that instrument awhile ago?

It looks very familiar to him...

Like he had seen it before...

Like someone used to play it to him...

He looked at Acantha again and there he saw her eyes; they were more golden than it was...

Those eyes who haunt him in his sleep...

He knew those eyes...

Helion felt another pain, not only in his head but also in his chest.

He saw his father run to him before he fell to the ground...

"What is this, my lady?" Helion saw the same man who looks the same as him, well, except for his eyes, hair, and the mark on his body.

"This was a gift for us from the other goddesses along with our divine beasts..." The woman has blond hair said, but Helion couldn’t see her face as he was facing her back.

"A divine beast?" Helion saw that along with them there were also some children who were sitting on the ground with the man and the woman.

"Yes, my sister and I were gifted a divine beast when we were born; it was a sign for welcoming us." The woman chuckled and that was a very beautiful laugh, but it was too familiar to him. even the voice.

But it can’t be right?

Acantha has pink hair and this woman has a different hair color; it couldn’t be her, right?

"You said we?" One of the children, who was wearing fine clothes and seems to be a child of a noble person, asks the woman with curiosity in his eyes.

"Yes, we. My sister and I were born the very same day, though she went first and then I went lastly." Helion heard her say he wanted to go near them and see what she looked like, but it seemed like there was something that was stopping her from coming to her.

"A sister? Is she as beautiful as you, My Lady?" One of the girls asked her while their eyes were twinkling in excitement and happiness.

A twin?

Could it be?

"Yes, she is. After all, we have the same face." The woman answered and Helion was sure that this was Solaia.

He tried to move his face to see her, as he couldn’t afford to lose this opportunity to see her face again and to memorize it.

"But didn’t she come with you, my lady?" One of the women who was also at the side said as she was cuddling a child who seemed to be hers.

Well, my sister doesn’t like going down here... and besides, she was gone, and I don’t know where she was." Helion could feel the pain in her voice as she looked down.

"What happened, my lady?" The man who looked like him asks her with worry in her eyes.

"Well, she was cast from our world." She said and it seems the man felt the tension as the lady sounded very sad.

"Oh, what about that one?" The man tried to change the subject as he pointed at the harp beside the lady.

"This was one of the things that were given to me." The lady answered and this time she tried to sound cheerful.

"Can you play it to us, Lady Solaia?" Helion heard what the people said, which just confirmed the identity of the woman.

"Okay," the woman said as she played the harp while everyone was just listening to her.

The sound was calming; it was like bringing them into a world where there is only happiness.

Helion didn’t know how long Solaia was playing the instrument when she put it down and took something from her back, which made them meet their eyes, and she smiled.

He gasped at what he saw...

Solaia looks so much like Lady Acantha...

Lady Acanthawho has been called by others as Solaia...

Is that why the woman who was Abanoon reacted like that when she saw Acantha?

How could he not realize it?

Flamear was Solaia’s beast, and there are some things that only Solaia have, but Acantha also has...

He tried wiggling his body to release him from whatever was stopping him, when suddenly he felt like he was being sucked by something...
