"Beauty, shall we continue?"

Spa technician looked towards Jiang Linda who had just hung up her phone, biting her lip in annoyance. She really wanted to slap Li Feng across the face for his audacious request. Did he really think she was that kind of secretary?

"Stop, you can go out now."

"Okay."

The massage therapist turned around and left, Jiang Linda clenched her teeth and got up from the massage table, went to the bathroom to wash up, and then returned to the room to get dressed.

This lady will see what happens next; if he dares to push it further, thinking she’s a pushover.

Jiang Linda had already made up her mind; if Li Feng shamelessly tried anything inappropriate, she’d slap him right across the face.

Jiang Linda got out of the taxi and entered the Century Hotel. She was about to call Li Feng when she heard someone shouting her name from the lobby’s resting area.

Jiang Linda spotted Li Feng immediately and walked towards the resting area with a grim expression.

"Mr. Li, do you have something or not? Why did you ask me to come here?"

Jiang Linda asked directly. She was now Li Feng’s secretary assistant, but she wasn’t one of those casual secretaries who worked during office hours and got screwed by the boss after hours.

"Are you on edge? What’s with the anger? You’re not still cranky from waking up, are you? It’s midday; surely you cannot be that lazy."

Jiang Linda spat out in response.

"You’re the lazy one, you’re the one with a temper. What do you want from me? If there’s nothing serious, I’m leaving." Jiang Linda said, turning to leave.

"Where are you going? Would I call you if it wasn’t something serious?"

Li Feng said.

Jiang Linda hummed, "When have you ever had something serious? Since you came to the company, besides fighting and bragging, what serious things have you ever done?"

Previously, Myth Communication wasn’t exactly the best in the industry, but at least it made ends meet. But ever since he arrived, he drove away partners, half of the employees left, people smashed our doors, and more left after that.

And then there was the indiscriminate signing of contracts which drove the company to the brink of bankruptcy. Even a wasteful child wasn’t as wasteful.

It was simply a series of catastrophic decisions.

And oddly enough, the perpetrator still had a great impression of himself, claiming to make a hundred million in a month and betting with the CEO. And what happened? The CEO was driven mad, and he got promoted instead.

Such tactics were unheard of, unprecedented.

She had in fact not left yet; she might have had her brain squeezed by a door for not thinking this through soon enough.

"You seem to have a lot of resentment towards me."

Li Feng said with a laugh, and Jiang Linda scoffed, "You finally noticed."

"This is the contract I just signed. If you still think I’m unreliable, I won’t stop you." Li Feng then handed a contract to Jiang Linda.

Jiang Linda sneered, another contract? The previous clover contract hasn’t even concluded yet, and now this?

Jiang Linda looked at the contract title and rolled her eyes, "Are you trying to be funny, a strategic partnership between Century Group and our Myth Communication?"

"Do you think I’m a three-year-old? Can your lies be at least a bit believable? Century Group is one of the top ten groups in Sea City. What tier is our company? No offense, but under your brilliant leadership, our entire company wouldn’t even make up a handful of people."

"You could call tomorrow and say the company has closed, and I wouldn’t be surprised at all."

"You showing me this now, what are you trying to do? You don’t happen to be setting me up with grand promises only to have ulterior motives, do you?"

Jiang Linda glanced at Li Feng out of the corner of her eye.

Li Feng almost choked on his own saliva, "Me, have ulterior motives toward you?"

At this moment, Su Yuqing, Wang Jin’er’s former secretary, walked over, watching Li Feng cough violently and looking at Jiang Linda with confusion, "What’s going on?"

Jiang Linda directly shoved the contract she was holding into Su Yuqing’s hands, wondering why the hell Li Feng had also called Su Yuqing. Wasn’t it enough to fool one person, why did he need to drag another into this?

Jiang Linda wasn’t praising others and belittling herself, but one has to have some self-awareness, right? Being a strategic partner isn’t something just anyone can be.
