As if the prey was deemed incapable of fighting back, the two mermaids shrieked and lunged together—one targeting Gu Fan and the other lunging at Lu Yi.

Seeing the fierce attacks from the mermaids, Gu Fan knew he would be dragged away if he got caught, and no one would be able to save him then.
