Very nice, read it now! Mc has shadows as his thing. It's very clear this is inspired by shadow slave. The mosters are called nightmare creatures too lol

Heavily inspired by a few novels I've read but personally, I really like it. I don't know who did the 0.5-star review but we need to hunt them down right now.

The novels is over the top most times and it's getting to complex , even I am at a lost on how to rate this novel now , plus the novel containing many references and semblance to many novels and anime , which  eliminates any uniqueness that should have endeared readers to it

Truly, a novel for masochists and sadists. Ones decent from sanity, and conquest of insanity, all to return home.

Unorginal and feels like a carbon copy from ali express of other books as first, generic villain story too. Eventually develops into its own story, gets much better. I'm not saying you have to push though garbage to get to the good stuff, because that just isn't something you should have to do. Although, if your tolerance to poison is high enough, you know when to turn your brain on and off, give it a try. If it's not your cup of tea, simply don't read it. Don't try push through for "peak"  as your definition of good varies. (have ptsd from extras death, where i did the same.)

I both enjoy and hate this novel. It feels like they're doing everything in their power, to make the mc not have an enjoyable time, to say the least.  Author definitely hates all his characters, every single prominent one, is a competitor for best trauma award. Enough with the backstory's already... I have to say, so far, from the chapters i've read, Seris is winning right now. MC is winning worst life overall though, having it all, only to have it taken away, must suck.

Plot twists of this novel are pretty good, nothing too special though, atleast from the chapters i've read. There is a system, and basically think of his author privileges as those from the Novels Extra. The power system is basically Authors POV. 

TLDR; Decent novel, okay tolerance for poison and sadist status should make this a enjoyable read. I liked it, kinda cringe though.

I believe this is a 7/10, but i'm giving it 5 stars to spite the haters. 

I pity anyone who is thinking of starting to read this story. All of us are masochists who are struggling with internal hatred towards the story but apparently it eventually gets good after pulling our hair out for over 100 chapters straight, these chapters could have been completed in under 50. 

Does not deserve its ranking. I'd recommend Authors POV, Novels Extra over this novel.

And Im stil reading because I haven't gone crazy yet. 

this novel start with a bunch of influence from other novel but it was just the time for the author to find his own style and he did not disapoint it is realy a good novel that you will enjoy 

This novel has the one of the best first volume I ever read. For those who say it's bad, it's only the beginning. I know the first 20 chapter are generic and the worst to read, I was the same. But after the dust you find the diamond. Those who have persevere find an absolute fiction with an insane plot. I regret that the author can't change the beginning. So my advice just read after his return from the nightmare realm and you will find peak.

People are really liking this? I refuse to believe these reviews aren't posted by bots. Honestly and people hate on novels like Shattered Innocence, Son of Hades, and Young Master's PoV. Those novels are so much better than this 

This novel wouldn't disappoint you. Yes, there are some stolen or 'inspired' scenes from other movies, novels even manga but they are part of authors writing style and wouldn't interfere with your reading experience. Sometimes you would even find it endearing. 

To enjoy this novel, just read it. Don't read any comments, any reviews 'cause they can't capture its brilliance with all of its flaws. It an experience reward with immersion only if you let it take you. Blind your mind of cliches/plot lines you will feel the pure torture of our MC in a twisted world he created 😔.

Overall good it has some qualities but also major flaws like power system where mc is giving wounds to opponents miles above his rank and plots being all over the place.
