To say I am shocked is an understatement...truly. When I first started reading the novel, the whole plot was haphazard, The world building was straight up copy paste, the writting barely fitting of a novel and the fight scenes...well, clearly not the best. One thing was good about it though..the pacing and the plot, and yet as I continued reading it, The author grew in real time. His writting refined to a point where he was really good. The world building grew, the butterfly effect true. It wasn't the simple the protagonist reacts to the world. No, The world reacted to the protagonist. Every character, was complex, real...Human, The plot only grew better and better until a point that it became peak. And then occured the Victoriad...That was without a doubt...PEAK. The conclusion, the journey , the struggle fitting, real as if the author had truly given life to the world. Author, I had judged you at the start, but I have to admit, you write GOOD. Thank you for such a great story.

this novel is good. the first 2 volumes were great. the begining of the novel was shaky and was inspired but loads of other works, but if you keep on reading to the moonlight arc and the victoriad arc it improves drastically. it really adheres to the tragedy tag, espically with end of vol 2 which almost made me cry.  the story itself reminds me of the authors pov and shadow slave all in one. the worldbuilidng is something i throughly enjoy about this novel, the empire being the last beacon of hope for the humans whilst the ultras are fiends that have succumbed to demons (or have they???) i love this dynamic a lot, and i espciallly intrigued about the seven powers , we know that the demons arent only fighting the humans but are a cosmic curse to all other living beings. this book has its ups and downs, but i would have to say the ups outweigh the downs. go read this if you want tragedy and want a good take on the extra cliche.

There are some good aspects to this novel and some bad aspects to this novel. Once again, this is my review and everyone should take reviews with a grain of salt and not just abandon the work and actually read it themselves. I finished the first volume

Note: When I say MC I'm referring to the one who was transmigrated author. When I say original MC that is the actual MC of the book our MC wrote

Good aspects: The mystery and suspense is actually quite good. Whenever you think you solved it, the author throws a curveball at us and makes us rethink which is actually really good. The world building is also decent and is probably gonna be built upon on later volumes which makes it good. Another aspect is that the characters are not one dimensional. You literally hate some characters with all your heart and love some. That shows the author wrote them well.

Bad aspects: Throughout the first volume, The MCs personally is insufferable. He only cares about going home and becomes an edgelord even towards people who genuinely love him. That makes me angry since i get you want to go home but please treat the people who love you properly. Second, the author never lets the MC win anything. Throughout the first volume, bar the final arc, the MC practically won only a few fights. Now the original MC. I dont get why authors do this but they always make the original MCs of a novel so overpowered for no reason. No matter how powerful or how cheat code of an item the MC gets he never beats them. Its just so fucking stupid. Another one is the amount of asspulls the author pulls out. The Mc could be fighting someone and than lose anr than some overpowered character comes and than another one comes. It ruins the whole flow of everything. And also if you hate rape (i meant reading about it, eveyone should hate it anyway), an arc here is so heavily disturbing that put me off so badly. It doesn't mean that it's bad (actually that arc was so badly written) .

Anyway like i said before i onlt read the first volume so it might get better so take my review with a grain of salt.

Mistakenly reviewed this, there is no cancel button so I'm just editing and giving it a 5 star. Was gonna review 0.5 star to another villain pov novel that was deplorable.

Don't let the first chapter deceive you, s*it actually gets good later on and ....that tragedy tag is an understatement here. The author is one hell of a fucker

Just wanted to ask is there any romance in it . There are hints here and there but I just don't want to be left disappointed if there is no progress I am at chapter 83
