Chapter 547: Volume 13: Sea Rain and Heavenly Wind Chapter 17: Flames

He had already detected the arrival of an infiltrator, that damned Elf Princess. How had she found her way here? Had his soundproofing and invisibility barriers failed to function? Or was it the Elves’ innate perceptiveness that had allowed her to discover the pair? He wondered if, amidst the tumult of pleasure, Lome’s moans of delight had somehow penetrated the barriers.

Seeing the Elf Princess look around in puzzlement, Komer knew that she had not yet the ability to break his invisibility barrier. But her keen sense of smell might have detected a hint of the lascivious atmosphere, her curiosity on her cheeks tinged with a touch of confusion and uncertainty. A bold yet sleazy thought leapt into Komer’s brain. With just a thought, he quietly opened a small gap in the barrier, unknowingly dragging the Elf Princess, who had stepped into the trap, into it.

The perceptive abilities of Elves were undoubtedly the sharpest of all races on the Blue Continent. In fact, while Komer and Lome were entangled in the web of desire, Finitz, who was idling outside the cabin, had sensed something unusual. The scent released by Lome in her extreme excitement did not escape Finitz’s nose, despite the small distance that separated them.

It was an extraordinarily stimulating scent, but to the Elf Princess, who had never had such an experience, it was indescribably enticing. It was a pity that her power was not yet strong enough to see through the invisibility and soundproof barriers laid by Komer, which caused her confused glances around.

However, the barrier suddenly opening up before her allowed her to see a whole new world, where two naked bodies were abandoned in a Food Package, their unrestrained forms close at hand. The immense visual shock left her standing dumbfounded, paralyzed at the sight.

When Lome melted into Komer’s embrace, as limp as mud, the other ’voyeur’, her face red and eyes bewildered, curled up in a corner less than three meters from Komer and the girl. Observing at such close quarters stirred an infinite turbulence in the Elf Princess’s soul. Could this be what they call the joys of men and women? Every expression, every detail seemed to be etched in Finitz’s heart, tempting her to savor them over and over.

Finitz was unaware that this was Komer utilizing a form of Psychic Magic on her called "Spring Flame," a spell that induced emotional and sensual fluctuations by planting psychological suggestions in the subject’s mind. He then employed Mental Magic to influence their sensitive areas, causing them to indulge in the effects of the psychic spell.

This type of Psychic Magic required the subject to be unknowingly unguarded for the spell to work effectively; otherwise, its effectiveness would be significantly diminished. Of course, this was still at an experimental stage, an immature attempt at direction, but Finitz’s reaction had proved his research was on the right track. That was enough for now. There would be plenty of opportunities, and Komer was just too pleased to have such a test subject living close by, for it would undoubtedly hasten the advancement of his Mental Cultivation Technique.

It wasn’t until Komer and Lome had tidied their clothes and left, that the Elf Princess realized she was as drained as if she had no strength at all. Struggling back to her bed, she caused Eve and Grace to wonder why the usually cheerful Elf Girl had quietly gone to bed and fallen asleep as soon as she returned to the cabin.

Finitz tossed and turned in her bed, unable to ignore the unusual changes in her body. The slick secretions made Finitz feel an inexplicable shame for the first time. She found that she seemed unable to ever forget the scenes she had witnessed; those images kept swaying back and forth in her brain. She didn’t know if she was bewitched, hopelessly enamored with that sensation.

Komer observed the Elf Princess’s expressions with a hint of smugness. From the fleeting, bewildered look in her eyes, he knew he had taken the right step with his experiment. "Spring Flame" wasn’t a powerful Magic; it was just a part of his experimental studies in Magic. However, this step was an indispensable one in the study of Psychic Magic.

In fact, the key to studying Psychic Magic lay in the Mage’s own experiences, experiencing the fluctuations of human spirit and emotion, exploring human weaknesses, and uncovering a variety of emotions from within the hearts of others—joy, anger, sorrow, pleasure, fear, worry, hope, and despair, among many others. Only by fully mastering these human instincts could one become a truly successful Psychic Mage. Relying on half-understandings and one’s own Magic Power to control others with the catalyst of Mental Magic was undoubtedly the most rudimentary approach. A slight misstep could lead to a backlash from the Psychic Magic, a far cry from the realm of achieving spiritual travel with just a thought.
