When he saw the massive White Tiger and the beautiful girl sitting on the tiger appear in his telescope’s lens, a flicker of surprise passed through the drug lord’s eyes. However, his composure was far better than that of his underlings; after his initial surprise, he began to wonder about the sudden appearance of the White Tiger and the girl on its back. Where did they come from, and what could their identities be?

But before he could make sense of it, he witnessed a scene he could never have imagined. He watched as the White Tiger, carrying the girl, moved soundlessly to the rear of the Hei Yi Team, without alerting a single person.

Then, he saw the White Tiger extend a paw and with a gentle swipe, one of his men fell. In no time at all, this entire team was taken down by the White Tiger. Meanwhile, the girl sitting atop the White Tiger took out Silver Needles; without seeing her motion clearly, these needles found their way into the bodies of his men.

The drug lord stood up in shock from his chair at this sight. And because he rose too quickly and hastily, the chair he had been sitting in tumbled to the ground.

The sound of the chair collapsing caused the men standing guard outside to rush in anxiously. "Boss, what’s wrong?"

The drug lord didn’t speak; he only waved his hand at those who had entered, his eyes still peering through the telescope at the actions of the White Tiger and the girl on its back.

"Master, these people really can’t take a hit at all. I didn’t even exert myself, and they’ve already fainted," Baibai complained.

"Alright, I know you’re strong. You’ve made a great contribution this time. When we get back, I’ll reward you," Situ Xin said, oblivious to Baibai’s thoughts. Wasn’t it just a roundabout way of reminding him of its might and its achievements?

Now assured by Situ Xin, Baibai was content. Its tiger eyes gleaming with mirth, it said to Baibai, "Master, when we get back, I want to drink. This time I’m going to drink my fill."

While Situ Xin and Baibai were bantering, Situ Che and Loo Jie were discussing their next move using wireless intercoms.

Everyone maintained a cautious attitude, deciding to further observe the situation before making any moves. They didn’t dare to gamble with their lives or those of their teammates.

On the other hand, the leader of The Dark Division had already received a message from Xiang Yang, informing them that their Leader, Situ Xin, had already hurried over ahead of them to support them. When the Dark Division Leader got this message, the situation on their side was at its most critical. And because he had separated a bit from Situ Che and Loo Jie, he had no chance to bring it up with them.

Now that the situation had somewhat stabilized and they weren’t far from Situ Che and Loo Jie, he wasn’t sure if the outcome they were witnessing was the doing of their Leader. He also wasn’t sure when their Leader would arrive. So he decided to inform Situ Che and Loo Jie, who were some distance away, "I’ve received a message from our organization’s higher-ups. Our Leader has already arrived ahead of others."

"Hmm, we know," Situ Che and Loo Jie didn’t say much after hearing the Dark Division Leader’s words, but they were both wondering if the sudden quiet outside was related to Situ Xin.

On the other end, after observing Situ Xin and Baibai for a while, the drug lord decided to go out and meet this human and tiger duo, to probe their origins. He didn’t remember having encountered such a pair in the special forces of any country.

But before he could leave, one of his lookouts, who were standing guard outside, rushed in frantically. "Report, boss, a helicopter has appeared in the sky."

"What?" The drug lord was startled then quickly thought to himself, "What’s going on with the helicopter outside? It couldn’t be from the special forces. Even if the special forces discovered something amiss and came to support us, they wouldn’t arrive this fast. But whose helicopter could be appearing at this time?"

The drug lord felt that things were suddenly going awry. The black-clad figures with remarkable skills that had appeared out of nowhere, the White Tiger and the girl on its back, and now a helicopter had arrived.

All these events put the drug lord on high alert.

"Issue a warning to everyone below. Let’s go and take a look," the drug lord touched the gun on his person and led the way out. He planned that if the situation was not right, he would take care of them the moment they came off the helicopter.

But the drug lord could never have anticipated that the opposition would act so quickly. When he led a group of his men out, all they saw was the tail of the helicopter flying away.

"What’s going on? Why is it flying away?" the drug lord, his face tight with tension, asked his lookout.

"Report, boss, the helicopter quickly dropped a ladder, and then we saw several shadows disappear from the ladder directly into the forest. After that, the helicopter retracted the ladder and flew away," one of the lookouts reported. This account caused the drug lord’s heart to skip a beat, as a bad premonition spread in his mind.

From his men’s description, it was clear that these individuals were highly skilled, possibly even better than him.

"Did you get a good look? How many people came down?" the drug lord asked with furrowed brows.

"Report, boss, they were too fast and too far away for us to see clearly. So, we don’t know how many there were," the subordinate replied, his heart pounding with fear that his answer might displease their boss and lead to a dire consequence.
