Chapter 97: Chapter 97: GOODBYE FOR NOW

Days quickly flew by and Zara found herself approaching home. And with the home getting nearer, she knew that some things couldn’t be avoided at all.

So, with just a few hours until she was home, Zara, who was already broadcasting a music show, decided to drop a bomb on her fans.

[Stop the show.] She sent the command to the IT team and moments shortly, the music show, which had been playing, suddenly went offline.

[Hehe, are we changing already?]

[That song was pretty good.]

[Maybe Princess is coming LIVE.]

[Or maybe we are changing to something new.]

[I wonder what’s going to come up!]

Everyone was quite curious about what was going to happen and when Zara appeared on the screen, sitting on the bed surrounded by comfortable pillows, the viewers began to cheer up.

They had seen Zara three hours ago when she disappeared from the screen to take a nap. So, seeing her appearing on the screen, they knew that nap time was over and it was time to have fun.

[How was your sleep?]

[Did you dream of us?]

[What are we doing this afternoon?]

Zara smiled brightly as she read the comments. She felt very happy that these people were ever loyal. Otherwise, how could there still be thousands of viewers in her broadcast despite being not there?

"Thank you for your concern, everyone. I napped pretty well and felt refreshed. I have taken my meds and eaten a warm meal already. And thank you for your support."

[You are welcome. Its fun being here.]

[It’s a calming place. No violence and just peace.]

[So, what are we doing now?]

[Where are you?]

"This moment we won’t be doing much as I have something sad to inform everyone!" with a helpless smile on her face Zara suddenly said.

[OMG! What’s happening?]

[What sad news are you talking about?]

[Wasn’t everything well just a few hours ago?]

Zara felt a bit conflicted. She didn’t want to say that at all, but what else could do? There were very important matters she needed to deal with, so she had to do this even though it broke her heart.

"So, the thing is, my trip is coming to an end. In a few hours, I will be arriving home. I haven’t been home for nearly two months. So, I am afraid that to bond and spend time with my family, I will be stopping the broadcast," she explained apologetically as she found her words too painful to listen to as well.

[You .... You are reaching already?]

[Can’t you continue to broadcast even at home?]

[The tech is advanced nowadays. You can just blur your family members’ faces. How can we go a day without you?]

[Does your family not allow you to broadcast?]

Seeing the comments, Zara didn’t know what to say for a long time. She wasn’t expecting such a response, actually. No one was admonishing her, but they seemed to be finding solutions for her. How can she not be touched?

"You .... You guys .... You really like me that much?" although she knew that they liked her, she didn’t expect it to be to that extent.

[If we didn’t love you, why would we be here?]

[That’s true. Only us who love you can watch you 24/7 even when sleeping.]

[There might be no singing or dancing, but we just love you. So can you not go?]

[If broadcasting for long hours can’t be done, how about a few hours? At least show us that you are okay. What if something happens to you?]

[Upstairs, are you implying that her family might harm her?]

[When did I say that? Weren’t we all loving seeing her getting better every day? If she broadcasts daily even after going home, we can move along together. Don’t pretend as if you don’t want to see that.]

[But that’s true. Let’s move together, okay!]

Zara couldn’t help but become teary as she read the comments. They were filled with worry, concern, and love for her. So how could she not feel this way?

"You guys, thank you for your love. I really appreciate it. How about we do this? When I go home, I will talk to the elders. If they agree, I will tell you. After all, I should listen to the elders. When I receive permission to broadcast, I will do so. After all, I will miss you dearly if I don’t broadcast. I have gotten used to interacting with you like this." Zara wasn’t lying.

After spending nearly two months bonding with the fans and viewers, being offline for long wouldn’t do her good. Maybe she was addicted or what, but the love she had for being seen was undeniable.

[Then seek a plan.]

[We will be rooting for you.]

[To our queen and king, we know you are watching. Let our princess continue broadcasting, please!]

[We plead with you.]

[Second that.]

[Me too.]

Suddenly everyone began to petition Zara’s parents, who they believed to be watching. After witnessing Zara chatting with her whenever she was broadcasting, they believed that they were watching.

Zara teared up, laughing helplessly at the fans’ antics. However, her heart felt very warm seeing them like that.

"I believe that they will see the petitions. Anyway, I will tell you when I go home later. But before we go offline, let’s have a chat. What do you want to talk about?" Zara said changing the topic.

And with the promise from her, the fans began to follow suit and started coming up with topics to talk about.

With the new topics being brought up, Zara and her viewers enjoyed their last few hours together.

When she was in the middle of reading a funny story, someone had sent in the comment section. The door to the bedroom suddenly opened.

Zara stopped in the middle, raising her head, wondering if it was the nurse or the nanny who had just entered.

"Oh, Emma, it’s you!" Zara smiled at Emma, who had a smile on her face.

"Um. I am here to tell you that we are about to arrive. It’s time!"

When she heard that, Zara suddenly pouted, as she looked at Emma with teary eyes.

"Miss, you ..."

"Aww. Why didn’t you tell me that before? Now look, I am in the middle of sharing this story!" she growled as she looked at Emma.

Emma could only look helplessly at her miss. How could she disturb her when she was in such a jovial mood? But now that they were reaching the mansion gates, there was nothing that she could do.

"Miss, how about you finish reading the story? We will wait before entering. What do you think?" Emma suggested, after thinking for a bit.

Zara’s pout suddenly vanished as light appeared in her eyes.

"That might work!"

And that’s how the goodbye was extended. With an entourage of cars blocking the road and an anxious family waiting inside the yard waiting for Zara to finish her story and biding her fans goodbye for now.
