Long Fei stared at Ding Xue and swallowed hard, not expecting her to actually follow through.

With both hands gripping her bosom, she seemed ready to carry on undressing.

Long Fei hurriedly intervened, "That’s enough, I was wrong. Yours are indeed very big; isn’t that enough for you to accept my defeat?"

Ding Xue looked at him dissatisfied and retorted, "Bullshit, you’re just appeasing me. I want you to see clearly and utterly concede!"

Long Fei, with sweat dripping from his forehead, reminded her, "Shanshan is here, if you do this, it’ll lead to misunderstandings!"

Ding Xue glanced at Lin Shanshan, smacked her head, and pointing at Long Fei said, "Almost forgot. How about this, you come with me to the bedroom and we’ll sneak a peek!"

Long Fei had never met such a stubborn woman; his head was heavy and all he wanted to do now was to sleep.

Leaning on the coffee table, Ding Xue got up and, staggering, insisted on dragging him into the bedroom.

This Moutai was no ordinary liquor, but rather a vintage brew.

The two staggered into the bedroom and accidentally tumbled into each other, rolling onto the bed.

As they faced each other, they stared for a while.

Long Fei’s big hand was wrapped around Ding Xue’s waist, just above those undulating hills.

Ding Xue’s face flushed red, and staring at him, she asked, "What are we doing?"

Long Fei replied, "You seem to want me to check if yours are actually large."

"Is that so?"

Ding Xue, blushing deeply, looked at him timorously and bit her lip, "Can I take back what I said?"

"Of course, I didn’t really want to look in the first place."

Long Fei nodded.

Ding Xue breathed a sigh of relief, closed her eyes, and said, "Let’s just sleep then, you’ll wake from the nightmare when you sleep!"

With his head spinning, Long Fei nodded off and as soon as he closed his eyes, he fell asleep too.

The three of them slept until the day was bright; the sun already shone through the windows into the room, yet they hadn’t gotten up.

The air conditioning was on in the room, and neither Ding Xue nor Long Fei were covered with anything. It was a bit cold sleeping at night, and Ding Xue was wrapped around Long Fei, nestled in his embrace.

Long Fei, too, was holding her tight, feeling as if he were cuddling something soft and fluffy.

His hand roamed up and down for a moment, feeling very comfortable.

Suddenly, a scream came from the door, "Ah, you guys!"

Startled by the screech, Long Fei and Ding Xue flipped over and sat up on the bed together.

They saw Lin Shanshan standing at the doorway, her face red, staring at them in disbelief.

Ding Xue quickly checked herself, realizing she was stripped down to just a sports bra.

Long Fei was alright; his clothes were intact, which was a relief since otherwise it would be indescribable.

Not remembering what had happened the night before, she hastily explained to Lin Shanshan, "Shanshan, don’t get the wrong idea, there must be some misunderstanding here!"

Long Fei also said awkwardly, "Right, right, don’t think too much, nothing happened between us, we’re innocent!"

Lin Shanshan took a deep breath, pouted her lips, and sat back down in the living room.

Her little face was as hot as burning coal; she reproached herself for not looking after her sister’s husband properly, allowing him to climb into another woman’s bed in the middle of the night.

Long Fei tidied up his clothes in the bedroom and then came out, unsure of what to say to Lin Shanshan.

He stammered, "Shanshan, are you leaving? Is it time for you to go to school?"

Lin Shanshan gave him a disdainful look and said with a pout, "Did you sleep well last night?"

Long Fei, as if caught in the act by his sister-in-law, responded with a red face, "Shanshan, it’s not what you think."

Lin Shanshan whispered back, "I saw everything, if it’s not that, then what is it?"

Long Fei moved over and sat beside her, pressing his hands together and said, "I’m begging you, pretend you didn’t see anything. Just tell me what you want me to do, and I’ll agree."

"Really?"

A glint of mischief flashed through Lin Shanshan’s mind.

As soon as Long Fei saw her face, he knew what kind of wicked idea she was concocting, but he had no choice, as she had him in her grasp.

What would Little Ya and Lin Yingying think if they knew? They’d think he was some sort of playboy!

Hanging out with some other girl after having a few drinks.

Lin Shanshan said, "You still have to take your written test for driving today, right? After you finish the exam, I’ll tell you what I want!"

Long Fei turned his head and said, "I won’t do anything outrageous, okay?"

Lin Shanshan gave him a look and retorted, "Relax, do I look like someone who would do bad things?"

Long Fei looked at her and really wanted to say, "You don’t even have to look to know you’re the type to do bad things!"

After a while, Ding Xue came out in her pajamas, her hair tied back in a ponytail. She looked somewhat awkwardly at the two of them and said, "I’ll make some breakfast; shall we eat something in the morning?"

Lin Shanshan stood up and smiled at her, saying, "Sister Xue, no need; we still have things to do."

"Oh, then go on with your business!"

Ding Xue mentioned cooking just in passing; she wasn’t really going to make anything.

She saw Long Fei and Lin Shanshan out, pulled Long Fei aside, and whispered to him, "I was just drunk last night, don’t think too much of it!"

"I understand!"

Long Fei nodded.

Only after Ding Xue sent them off on the elevator and the elevator doors closed did she crouch down on the ground, so embarrassed she couldn’t face anyone.

She slapped her cheeks, muttering to herself, "It must be because I’ve been single for so long that I act like this when I see a man. Right, he’s so unsophisticated; how could I possibly have feelings for him!"

She comforted herself and quickly stood up, hurrying back to her apartment.

In the car, Lin Shanshan used her less-than-proficient driving skills to stop and start, finally getting Long Fei to the driving school.

Long Fei had planned to take a taxi, as he really didn’t trust Lin Shanshan’s driving and was afraid she might have an accident.

But Lin Shanshan was confident. Upon arriving at the entrance of the driving school, she even cheerfully said to him, "Brother-in-law, good luck!"

Feeling guilty, Long Fei didn’t retort this time.

He opened the door and took the opportunity to remind her, "Be careful on the road, don’t drive too fast!"

"Don’t worry, why are you as naggy as my sister!"

She pushed Long Fei out of the car and, after closing the door and seeing him enter the driving school, she didn’t leave in a hurry. Instead, she took out her phone and made a call.

Once connected, Lin Shanshan’s voice was incredibly sweet, "Kissy kissy, dear grandpa, your precious granddaughter will come to see you tomorrow!"

The other end laughed heartily, "If you’re coming, just come. Why so happy?"

"What big present?"

The other side was curious.

The voice on the other end laughed, "I knew it, you never visit without a reason. Fine, you can talk about it when you get here tomorrow. Let’s see if this present is substantial enough."

Lin Shanshan giggled, "See you tomorrow then!"

She hung up the phone, driving back to school feeling quite pleased with herself.

Today was Friday, the last day of their military training.

There would be a break tomorrow and the day after, then on Monday, the school-wide performance would end, and they could officially start classes.

Inside the driving school’s examination room, Long Fei arrived a bit late, and several groups of people had already gone in to take the test.

He sat down in the waiting area and took out his phone to contact Lin Yingying.

Even though you didn’t need to punch in for work, it was only proper to give his employer a heads up.
