’They are growing at an incredible speed. Their adapting ability is also monstrous and they’ve become clever after raiding more than 10 dangerous dungeons in a month. But they are not enough to face the dragon lord yet. I am also not good enough to face it because of a problem.. I need to clear the quest soon.

But before that, I need to do something with this body... I need to make a copy...’

Viktor took the world legend book out of his inventory and read the index to see if there was any useful monster who could help him.

The thing he was looking for was a mimic. A mimic that can copy a person and act as the same. He remembered going through the pages so he again flipped the page and finally on the 102nd page, he found it.

’Mimic, a treasure mimic monster,’ he mumbled under his voice and read the rest of the information thoroughly. But there was a catch, it didn’t say where the mimic was and if it was alive or not.

’Tsk... I can’t face the dragon lord because I am sure he can see through my status screen and figure out that I’m the demon lord. This will successfully ruin every plan I made. So, in order to face him, I need to find this mimic and make a clone of myself.

Or should I just create a robot...no. It will get deleted by the tower system-_-. Why didn’t I think of it...

*Sigh...*

’This means I have no choice but to find this mimic all around Erok. Erok is 20 times bigger than Earth and only 21% of it It’s land. The sea is 15 times deeper than Earth so searching for this particular mimic is like searching for a needle in the hay.’

He caressed his fingers through his hair and closed the book. He then looked at those half-dead heroes sleeping without any worry and thought, ’If they died on their journey, my quest will end soon. But I can’t just leave them because they are also important in the last quest.’

3 years ago when he finally got the chance to meet Elerous (Viktor), he became curious about the box he sent to Lucifer. He couldn’t use his power on that box so in order to satisfy his curiosity, he went inside Lucifer’s house to see what was inside.

Sadly, he was caught by his servant and sent to the realm of guardians as a punishment till the succession tournament.

The order of Lucifer was this...

"Go and aid the damn cockroach who’s researching lab rats. Make sure to run his errand for some years and come back when the succession tournament is held. If you go outside his house, remember this. I am watching you 24/7, so be careful of those decisions you take. I am not going to harm your brother so rest assured. I don’t have the habit of stealing other’s prey.

And the last thing, don’t even dare to gain followers in that realm. Or else, you’ll be killed by that cockroach. He hates it."

The cockroach Lucifer was referring to was Vallahal, the god of Necromancer. Since Vallahal was an evil god, he followed Lucifer as a king and aided him in many battles when he was raising his army and lands.

Vallahal may be a lazy god who spends all the time in his home but in reality, he existed everywhere because of the undead that existed throughout his territory.

His undead was also his part of the body so hiding anything from him while staying in his territory was impossible. That’s where Elesis was stuck because of his idiotic act.

*Sigh..."

He sighed after recalling all those dumb things he did in the past and thought, ’Was that necessary? To be honest, I just wanted to see what kind of thing Elerous gave to Lucifer after coming to Helsia. I know he is clever but making a move right after he stepped inside the realm of god? Why is he hurrying? I am sure I am not his final opponent after what he did. What is he aiming for? The seat of the king gods? Or heaven domination? Nah... he’s lazy. He wouldn’t go for that headache.’

His head was filled with thousands of questions after he analysed his brother’s recent acts. I

’If I was Elerous’s main opponent, he’d go straight to the god of war or something like that to gain more strength to fight me in the succession tournament.

But he has done nothing like that. Instead, he contacted Lucifer, the last person I’d hope for him to get in touch with.

But why him? Why would he contact Lucifer and what made Lucifer reply to him instantly?

Lucifer is a god who loves entertainment and he’d do anything for more surprises.

So how did Elerous manage to get his attention? Information? Yes, that must be it. He baited Lucifer with information. But something doesn’t match here.

Lucifer can see the future so generally, he knows most of the important future events. In terms of strength and power, his future seeing capability is much greater than Elesous.’

He scratched the back of his head in frustration and entered a room through a huge golden good.

*Crack....*

"My lord, I have bought what you asked for." Elesis bowed his head in front of a huge chair, occupied by a massive figure. The man with a massive figure looked below and nearly mistook Elesis for a cat.

"Elesis, why don’t you just make your body in his comfortable size? You might get under someone’s feet at this rate."

"My lord, my divine Qi isn’t large enough to make my body as big as you. This is the biggest size I can turn into."

But still, he was as big as a 2-story building but Vallahal, who was sitting in front of him, was as big as a 20-story building. The size difference was huge so Vallahal thought he might pop like a grape under his feet.

Vallahal shook his head and took the box that Elesis was holding. He then opened the box and took a human body out of it.

It was a mortal body with a dark crest on its chest. It was proof that he was a necromancer.

"This mortal, hum... it’s an interesting mortal but sadly, his soul was eaten by a curse. His body became solid after his death and after that, he stayed unchanged forever. A perfect material for creating a new undead."

He threw the mortal body in a huge grinder to make it into powder.

Elesis stood there and saw the whole thing with his eyes wide open. He was trembling in rage but he had to hide his true intentions so he bit his lips and stayed calm.

He was a pure god who loved holiness so seeing that happening right before his eyes made his sanity hang on its edge.

’I must hide it... don’t let those evil creatures show your true intentions before becoming strong. Or else, all of your hard work will go down the drain.’

"Elesis.. do you know you’re so easy to read?"

"P..pardon?"

Vallahal smirked and turned his attention to Elesis. "When I was a mortal, I used to be an innocent kid who loved people and would forgive anyone even if that’d bullied me. After the day the dungeons formed on my home planet, my life changed, also the planet. I was cursed with the weakest skill, necromancer. I thought my life was done until the day I found its true ability.

The ability to create any dead monster into undead.

I created an army of undead, built my nation and later, I wiped out every evil from my planet.

But it made me realize that evil is an entity that should exist for balancing the flow. I broke the balance and had to pay the price with my life.

Do you know who killed me? Caulus."

Vallahal dropped a bombshell on Elesis which made him shocked. His question was, why did he kill Vallahal who wiped evil from a planet?

Vallahal then said, "I know what you’re thinking, Elesis. Why would he kill a person who’s responsible for killing all evil for the greater good? The answer lies right here, the realm of gods which is right below the void. Yes, it was the order of Void to kill me but still, I made it inside the realm of god with my undead army without getting any of my memories wiped out in my last reincarnation. If you want to oppose evil, your enemy is the void. So good luck with that."

He smirked and mumbled, ’What a childish goal you have...kill the evil? You’re still living in your fantasies.’
