Chapter 231: 009’s last words
A dimensional room is a space where the owner can freely enter and exit. It can be as small as the size of a small bucket, a small room, the size of a house or a huge space bigger than multiple international airports combined.
Dimension room uses a type of space explanation magic that takes only a nano centimetre of space to create. It also depends on the aura the owner holds and it also helps the owner to create new rooms or space in just a magic spell.
From the inside, a dimension room can be as big as a whole city but on the outside, human eye can barely see it. It’s like a floating, nearly transparent dot, so even if a person notices its existence, he can’t touch it because it is a spiritual object.
Even a spiritual being can’t touch it or enter the dimension room because it needs permission from the owner everytime just to enter and exit.
Inside any dimension room, it needs no source of light because it’s nothing but empty space with white light from its 6 walls. The bigger a dimensional room is, the dimmer the lights get.
So Viktor had to install light bulbs inside his dimension room to lighten it up because, without them, the inside of his room is nearly dark. We can guess how big his dimension room is.
Viktor’s dimension space or room is divided into four major parts.
One for his greenhouse, one for his random ore or mineral collection, one for electronics, machinery and the last one for storage.
His dimension space looks like a gigantic cube from the inside so each of his sections was also small cubes within a huge one. But he didn’t stop from making more.
Above that, he created another dimensional space the same size as the old one and made it nothing but a white spacious room.
He wanted to build another greenhouse that had random furniture placed in random places like the one he currently had but he kept his work pending.
.....
Meanwhile on the outside when Viktor was busy inside his dimension room...
A group of assassins was tailing Viktor from the moment he went inside the inn. They were hired by the Hero saint and told to kill him. Since she couldn’t find any information, he marked Viktor as a potential threat and decided to kill him.
The assassins tried to check why his room was empty but when they opened the window, they saw Viktor smiling with a grin and waiting for them.
They were frightened to see Viktor’s sudden appearance in front of them so they couldn’t make quick decisions. Half of them decided to flee while the others decided to finish him off.
But Viktor was already on King’s guardian level so he simply pointed his left hand towards their head and shot dark mana bullets from his staff that appeared to be a ring around his finger.
Due to Adonis’ curse magic, all of them quickly turned into dust.
As usual, Viktor had no expression on his face. He simply closed the window to prevent unwanted bugs from entering and took a silver cube out of his pocket.
He then muttered under his voice, ’Uranium, show me the text message 009 sent me.’
^Yes, MASTER. But your surroundings feel unfamiliar to my system. There is a possibility of interference from a 3rd party. I suggest you make a barrier around your ’C-Ub.^ (The cube in his hand)
"Humm..." He immediately made a barrier and then turned on the cube. In just a second, three translucent screens appeared in front of him along with a 3D hologram. It was the text message he received.
**Hello, player No.128. Or should I address you as Viktor E. North since that’s your real identity?**
"Who are you?" Viktor asked.
**Before I introduce myself, let me clarify something. This is a recording so I might not be able to reply to your every question so let’s make it simple. I am 009, the creator of the tower system. Although I am not in control, my mind is somehow connected to it and has poor access authorities.**
"009, why did you leave a book in the small girl’s hand?"
**I am a god, no. Since you’re watching this recording means only one thing. I am dead. I am a nameless god so nobody knows much about it. But I have my title, called Visionary. I have this ability to see visions and that’s how I became aware of my death and the dark fate of heaven.
But it was already too late and my creation was at fault. My death was approaching fast so I had to leave a small clue about the tower link to the girl’s hand. Soon, my system gained its own mind and shook hands with my master. So this video was taken right before my death.
From my visions, I guess your name is Viktor. A young rising star who’s raiding a dungeon created by me. If I were there, I am sure I might give you a hug but that’s not really possible.**
"So, what do you want me to do?"
**Search for me. I was born a god so my soul must’ve reincarnated in a mortal world. Before my death, I used a type of black magic that sent me to the nearest planet from E2. Others may know my soul has vanished but in reality, I deceived everyone for the sake of the heavens’ future. You can’t shut down the tower system all by yourself. You need a key that was sent to the moral world along with my soul. I will give you the details about that mortal planet so you can find it easier.**
"009, are you sure the tower can be shut down?"
**Yes. Because I am the one who created it. Not my master. He just stole my work and published it as his. I couldn’t do anything because I was his servant, nameless at that.**
Viktor looked at the hologram of a black short-haired elf god with a glare. He was looking at his record book floating above his head and again, he glared at the dark circles under his eyes.
**Viktor, I’m afraid that it’s the end of the video. I will go now and enjoy my last minutes gazing upon the beautiful stars of the realm of gods. I will give you a firewall that will help you to use stealth from the auto system.
That cat punk won’t be able to log you out or do harm to your main body. But it can only work for 20 years so make sure to search my soul. Or else, everything I’ve prepared will go to waste. This is goodbye, Viktor E. North. Let’s meet again.**
The recording finished and it made Viktor speechless. He was speechless to see the item in his hand that he needed.
A god-tire stealth item.
"20 years huh? I have 6 months until one of my death flags! comes. The demon lord quest has no duration so I can leave after that. But for on, let’s check what are the other items"
Viktor then looked inside the box that he had just received and saw a compass. But it had only one hand and it was rotating in circles. He then noticed a small letter under the box and when he took it out, the box disappeared.
"Humm... it might be the last item."
He opened the letter and it said,
Planet No R-671. NAME : Arcadia. Time difference 10Y100Y. The navigator will help to locate my soul. My soul must be reincarnated into an Elf soul to slow my final reincarnation time. I hope this note helps you to find what you’re looking for.*
Viktor sighed and put back those items he had. He then jumped on his bed and started to think about when he would be able to stop the tower? His job was getting more difficult day by day and now, he had to go back to a normal world just to search for a key. And there was also a time limitation.
He rolled over and took his phone out after a long time. He then scrolled down the music list and tapped on his favourite soundtrack before putting his headphones on.
He was lost in a maze so he had to clear his mind.
But who knew his phone along with his headset would disappear by the tower System even before he heard a beat of it?
He was so frustrated by the fast so he entered his dimension room and never came out until the sun came up.
He opened the window and saw the sun shining in the east. Some random birds were chirping on the tree right behind his window so he looked outside and called the birds.
"Oi, come here."
The birds noticed his presence as a guardian and approached him in a group.
*Did you call for us, my lord?*
"Yes, did you notice the presence of a hero around my room at night?"
*Ah! A hero. Those humans with God’s blessing. Yes, a woman passed by your room at night when you weren’t present. I guess she was a hero.*
"Hmmm. Okay then." Viktor gave the birds two big biscuits and said, "Here you go."
*Waaa!!! Thank you, my lord. You are so generous!*
Viktor smiled and mumbled, "If someone saw me talking with birds, they’d think I’m some kind of demon or something."
But little did he know, a hero was indeed watching him talking with birds from afar.
