The land started to shake because of the huge explosion. The shockwave destroyed the trees around it and the yellow fire formed into a mushroom-shaped cloud and went above. It pierced through the sky by enlightening its surrounding area.

"I never expect the explosion to be this gigantic. I should’ve cast a smaller one instead of the big one. Well, it’s okay since my level has reached 25. And I got a new title too."

Viktor looked below and saw there was no sign of any trees, monsters or any person. They all became dust along with the process and it became a crater. The lord of the territory who was on the run somehow stayed alive because he was too far away from the spot. The town was unarmed but the forest beside it vanished in a minute.

The lord looked at the land and stood there speechless.

"I guess my quest is complete..."

Suddenly, a screen appeared in front of him saying he completed the quest and will receive the item as promised. His stats, mana, strength increased and also a small portion of his restrictions got lifted. Then, a silver scythe came out of the screen along with a small bottle of glowing potion.

It was the nectar potion.

’Ah, it’s great to see you again.’

Viktor opened its cap and drank the whole potion in one go. But it didn’t affect his stats at all. It vanished after it reached its core.

"That’s odd."

He looked at the empty bottle and again said, "Maybe it went inside my real body. Since it helps to increase the divine Qi, my avatar won’t get affected."

He then looked at the silver scythe and looked at his reflection on its shiny blade. He smiled a little and said, "My face is the same as it was so many years ago. Will I age if I stay here for too long?"

He shook his head and thought that was a waste to think about such matters then. He flew over to the black guild and went to see the guild master after his work was finished.

"So you’re saying that you made that carter on the land? The mine is buried under that place?" Jeo asked Viktor with a shocked expression on his face. He again said, "There was a river near the crater so after the explosion, the river found its way there and started to fill it. Soon, the crater will become a huge lake. And you’re saying all that happened in the past hour was done by you."

"Yea? Did I do something wrong? You told me to make the mine go vanish. Isn’t it great that it will be covered under a huge lake?"

Jeo sighed and upgraded Viktor’s adventuring card to C class.

"Viktor, for hiding your identity, I’ve erased your Lion guild card. You will only have this identity and you will use it everywhere. Do not make another one. Okay? Since you’re a member of this guild, you will be called once a month to get an exclusive quest. As a member of a black guild, you must carry on your duty."

"That’s okay. But about my payment? I did a great job, didn’t I?"

"Hah... yes. You did a splendid job. Your pay will be 1 platinum and 400 gold. This is my first time paying someone this huge amount of money. Ah, I forgot to tell you something. Your job will never be some ordinary quest from now on. Once a month, you will be assigned to odd jobs."

"Odd jobs?"

"Assassination, work as spies, document stealing, drug delivers, slave house guards, slave distributors. You can get normal quests from any guild as long as you can have an adventuring ID. You don’t have to worry about money from now on."

"I smell black money. Anyway, since I’m free, I want to have one of those odd 1uests now. An easy one."

Viktor looked at his huge platinum coin and again said, "Can you make it 1000 gold? It’s useless to carry a platinum coin when nobody can give me changes."

"Withdrawal it from the city back. I don’t have it either. It’s countryside. What do you expect? And about the exclusive member jobs, it’s a little complicated matter. Odd jobs are done by a group. Currently, our team is on a mission in the ’x’ country. They will come back after a week. Once they are back, I will call you immediately. Your card has a type of chip which will send you a mana signal. You will understand it once you will get it."

Viktor looked at his card and felt the presence of a small transmitter. He wasn’t sure how it would work if he was so far away from the guild but he kept his mouth shut.

Instead, he put the card in his pocket and said, "Well then, I will see you after a week then."

"You’re leaving already?" Jeo stood up and again said, "You worked so hard, don’t you want to have some rest? We have quarters for exclusive members in this area. Didn’t I mention it before? You have your room here."

"Eh? Since when?"

Viktor was shocked to see the luxury level in a slum-like area. His warm bath was filled with the aroma of rose petals and there was a lady attendance to aid him.

A lady was helping him to wash his back with a soft loaf. She looked beautiful but when Viktor looked at her neck, he saw a small dot like a mole.

It was a slave seal.

’So she’s a slave huh? And why am I letting a kid wash my back-_-? Things are escalating so fast that I’m having difficulty to process.’

"Is the water okay, sir?" The lady asked.

"Hum...it’s good."

"Shall I pour you a cup of tea?"

"No, I’m good."

Viktor stood up in the huge tub and covered himself with a white towel. "Here you go." He threw a gold coin at her and again said, "Thanks for washing my back. It’s been 3 days since I had a shower. My body feels like it’s back to life."

"May I ask you a question, sir?"

"Yes."

"You’re a noble. Aren’t you?"

"Um.... Mortal terms, I’m above them so yea. I’m noble. Why?"

"Why is a nobleman like you doing here in the black market area?"

"For fun.."

"W..will you buy me? I can cook and do all kinds of work. Also, I can aid you at night so please buy me."

Viktor was shocked to hear her suggestion. Her request came out of nowhere so he just stood there speechless for a moment. He then replied, "I am a free person. Buying a slave will become a hinder to my work. Sorry. My principles oppose the idea of having a slave."

He walked out of the bath area and entered his room. Right after he entered, the first thing he noticed was the presence of five assassins stuck to the ceiling.

’Brings back memories... but I can’t tell anyone’s name as I did in the past. I don’t know any of them. But I can see their status screen, their level, and their skills. All of them are above level 30. I guess Jeo assigned them to observe my moment and figure out whether I’m a spy from another country or not. If they smell anything suspicious, Jeo will order them to cut my head down. But I’m here on this planet as a visitor. No matter how much they try to dig up, they will find nothing. This will raise their suspicion and mark me as a target.’

Viktor jumped on the soft bed and smelt the blanket after a long time. He then went inside it like a caterpillar and said out loud, "Ah!! At last!!! I can sleep for a long time without worrying about anything! I just have to level up and enjoy my life here! But let’s sleep for now. I am so tired-_-."

He immediately fell asleep after using a sleep spell on him. The assassins were shocked to see how he could fall asleep in a second without worrying about anything in the world. They were shocked because Grimm just destroyed a whole forest and killed more than 100 men along with hundreds of monsters with one magic spell and now, he was sleeping as if nothing happened.

But it was their duty to observe him so they stayed inside the room until the sun came up. But that’s what they thought.

Viktor was still sleeping. He was sleeping for 17 hours and yet, they didn’t sense any sign of him waking up.

Soon, they became hungry and tired so one of them went out to report the situation to Jeo. He was also surprised that Viktor was sleeping for 17 hours straight.

In the meantime, Viktor was trying to open his record book deep inside his library.

"I can’t believe my record is locked because of the restrictions!! Just how much do I have to level up to unblock every book!!! This is making me crazy!!!"
