"Your ’bodyguard’ sure is interesting," Lu Jinhai interrupted them all of a sudden.

Mo Chou perked up upon hearing this and said in a proud voice, "I’ve been this one’s bodyguard ever since he was wearing diapers.

Oh, how fast the days go by." She even went further and pretended to wipe her nonexistent tears.

"Why don’t you let the granny retire already, Mr. Reaper?" Huo Zhai couldn’t help but say as he looked at the frail-looking ’grandmother’ who was still guarding Reaper at such an old age.

He even got a little emotional thinking about his own deceased grandmother.

Evan was known for being ruthless, and if he found out that Mo Chou had tricked him by dressing up as a granny, who knew what he would do? Reaper immediately panicked upon hearing her words. Letting Mo Chou work for Evan for a short time would have been fine in exchange for the compensation, but she even added such an outrageous demand.

Even Huo Zhai was shocked and concerned after hearing Mo Chou’s words, but to everyone’s surprise, Lu Jinhai just nodded his head and said, "Sure.".

Mo Chou was delighted and turned to look at Reaper, but she saw that rather than being happy, Reaper seemed more concerned and even a little angry.

Mo Chou was touched because of his words. She wanted to lighten the mood, so she said, "Just give me five percent of it, then ,hehe".

Reaper looked at his cheeky sister and couldn’t stay mad at her any longer. "Hah, you can have the entire ten percent. Just don’t do anything stupid anymore. Make sure not to lose your disguise, and most importantly, behave.".

"Yes, sir," Mo Chou gave him a salute.

She had already changed out of her disguise, and they were heading back to the Liu Mansion in Reaper’s car.

Mo Chou wanted to play some music and was looking at the music player when a car caught her eye in the rear view mirror.

It was directly behind them, and everything seemed fine on the surface. Mo Chou’s intuition told her that something was wrong though.

She called out to Reaper, who was driving, and told him her doubts without taking her eyes off the car.

Reaper nodded and started speeding up. Mo Chou looked at the car behind them and said, "It seems like we are being followed.".
