The unedited video shocked everyone. Mo Chou was actually completely framed. First of all, the man who was kowtowing did it out of nowhere even though Mo Chou had not even opened her mouth after he bumped into her and spilled the drink on her dress.

He had started begging for mercy out of nowhere and led everyone to believe that Mo Chou had threatened him. After watching the video, many clever people pointed out how she was probably set up as the guy had purposefully tried to spill the drink on her and then started acting.

The people who had scolded Mo Chou started feeling ashamed. It was only right that Mo Chou was angry after her dress was spoiled and on top of that the man had created a commotion falsely twisting the truth.

The netizens started deleting their previous comments quietly. Mo Chou’s fans who were previously surpressed also came forward to scold the news channel for uploading a false video.

Although it was also them who posted the original video and helped clear Mo Chou’s name, they were still scolded fiercely for posting the first article since it had led to such chaos.

Amidst all the scolding, a fashion blogger who had a little following posted a comment :

"Actually, I wanted to comment earlier but was afraid of being criticised. Now that everything is clear, I want to share that the dress Mo Chou was wearing in the video looks low key but is actually a priceless exclusive piece by the designer ’Zelro’. People from the fashion industry know that Zelro doesn’t like ruining his clothes by adding any extra elements but it can still be recognised. Mo Chou was actually just stating facts when she said that even five million dollars would not be enough to buy a sleeve of that dress".

When everyone finished reading the comment, they got shocked again. After the fashion blogger left the comments, many other relatively well known people in the fashion industry left comments confirming that she was stating the truth.

The netizens felt as if their view of the world had changed. Even a lowkey dress was hundreds of millions.

"Don’t you think Mo Chou is actually so cool. She stayed calm even while facing a crowd of people and she looked specially dashing when she talked about her dress".

"The comment above, I agree hundred percent. She was simply like a queen looking at her foolish subjects".

Just like that, the public opinion had reversed and people started praising Mo Chou for her temperament. Mo Chou actually gained more fans after the whole ordeal.

The situation that Li Chen and Huang Chunhua were worried about never happened. When they went to the classes together, they did get a lot of attention but no one looked at Mo Chou strangely. In fact, students were looking at Mo Chou in admiration and even greeting her happily.

Mo Chou obviously knew the reason behind this and just said "the issue is already resolved" leaving them dumbfounded. They both were in disbelief as Mo Chou didn’t even know about the incident before she arrived at the University. They were burning with curiosity and Li Chen asked " how did you solve it so quickly boss Mo"?

"It’s a secret" Mo Chou said mysteriously and winked. Li Chen and Huang Chunhua tried to get more information out of her but gave up after a while. Huang Chunhua was in a different class, so she headed towards it while Mo Chou and Li Chen entered their classroom.

Mo Chou looked at the empty desk beside hers ’maybe he is late again’.

The class started and Mo Chou tried to take notes but her eyes kept glancing at the door. She gave up trying to take notes after a while as she saw that she had barely written a sentence. She started to doodle absentmindedly.

The time passed and the class was over but Mo Chou only realised it after Li Chen came over to fetch her. Mo Chou looked at the doodle on her notebook and was surprised that she had actually drawn a cartoon version of Lu Jinhai.

She got a little frustrated and thought ’why am I acting like a teenager in love, I don’t even like him’.

She closed her notebook and followed Li Chen out of the class.The day passed and it was time to head home. Mo Chou was irritated with herself for constantly scanning the crowd for Lu Jinhai against her will. Inside the car on the way home, Mo Chou swore to herself that she won’t look for Lu Jinhai and be distracted again.

She couldn’t figure out the exact reason for her behaviour either, so instead of thinking too much she decided to do something productive after reaching home.

When Mo Chou reached home, she was actually greeted by Mo Li who had decided to return back without Liu Qiang because she was bored and missed her daughter. As Mo Li started chattering non stop about all the exciting things she had brought for her, Mo Chou felt all her gloomy mood disappear. Mo Li excitedly took her hand and led her towards her room as she said "I have a surprise for you which you are going to absolutely loveee".

Mo Chou followed her obediently and looked forward to the surprise. When they reached her room, Mo Li actually took a blindfold and put it on her. She opened the door and led her inside.

When Mo Chou took the blindfold off, she froze in horror. In front of her was a fluffy white kitten. Mo Li started to ask "Do you like my gift, you always wanted a kitten before". Mo Chou forced herself to act happy but she was absolutely terrified and crying on the inside.

Mo Chou only had one thing that she was afraid of and it was a cat. In her previous life, she had been scratched bloody by a feral cat when she was young which had left a deep fear inside her. No matter how cute the cat was, she always avoided it no matter what.

Mo Li was delighted when she heard that Mo Chou liked her gift. She didn’t notice the dread in Mo Chou’s eyes and was excitedly talking about building a mini cat heaven on the empty space in Mo Chou’s room.

Mo Chou got even more scared and persuaded her to build it inside an empty room next to hers saying how she would be distracted from her studies with the cat inside her room.

Mo Li agreed to build it next door after thinking about how her daughter had recently improved her studies and it would indeed be a distraction with a cute kitten around. She immediately started planning the kitten play area and wanted to go to the room to take measurements.

Mo Chou quickly made an excuse "Mom, I had a long day today and want to rest. I’ll definitely play with the kitten tomorrow. Look, the kitten is probably also tired since its sleeping so you should take it to the next room to rest."

Mo Li immediately agreed hearing that her daughter was tired and left taking the sleeping kitten with her. Mo Chou heaved a sigh of relief after locking the door. ’I should get rid of my ailurophobia, I don’t want anyone to suspect that I’m an imposter’.

Mo Chou wanted to give Mo Li the necklace that she had bought for her but could only wait till later. She didn’t want to be anywhere near the fluffy looking ’monster’.

She took a shower and was drying her hair when someone knocked on the door. Her mother had ordered the maid to bring dinner for her so that she wouldn’t go to sleep on an empty stomach.

Mo Chou happily took the food and ate while scrolled the internet. She had created a new weibo accout for herself and deleted the villianess’s old accout early on. She read the comments on the video and found out that the dress she was wearing that day was actually priceless. She had just casually said it that day as the dress was given to her by Mo Li and she was angry that someone had ruined it.

Mo Chou thought that the villianess was actually so stupid. She had such a loving mother and could live a life of luxury but still got herself doomed for no reason.

’Well, the book was a clique one and the author probably needed a dumb vicious character’. But now the book was her reality and she could only try to avoid the main characters.

Mo Chou’s original plan was to leave quietly after accumulating enough wealth but now her plans had changed. She was not the stupid villianess who went looking for death, she could just live quietly with her mother and friends and avoid the dangerous stuff. Maybe she could even leave a good impression on the female protagonist and bask in her hallow.
