And while Madeline was preparing for the fashion show, someone else already had the itinerary on her phone.

Angel checked her phone and smirked as she found the right time to set up everything.

She sat in front of Jon, who was expecting an order. "Madeline Rose will be in a fashion show, and it will be such a hectic situation, so the protection around her shouldn’t be too tight. I will help you to slip in and stay in her private room so you can seduce her there."

Jon was nervous.

He didn’t know why, but after getting all the current information about Madeline on the internet, it seemed that she had gotten insanely popular, much more than before.

So, if she wanted to, she could always implicate him in a scandal and ruin his career.

He got intimidated because he wasn’t as popular as before.

But knowing he had no other way to earn a lot of money for now, he had to take this job.

’Seducing Madeline Rose... will she even fall for me when she already has a man like Lancelot Grant fawning over her?’ Jon asked himself, and that question lingered, which only made him more doubtful.

"Do you think it will work? I’m not sure if Madeline still wants me."

"Oh, don’t worry. You’re her first love, and you two got separated because a scandal broke out. Once you seduce her, she will quickly ditch Lance and go with you."

"A—Alright then, I will do it."

Meanwhile, Olga had been listening the whole time and said nothing.

However, a storm was brewing in her heart; she was conflicted between supporting a cheating bastard who didn’t appreciate her at all or Madeline Rose, whom she had been hating for so long.

Initially, she wanted to support Jon, even wanting him all for herself.

But once she realized how much of a scum Jon truly was, she lost all of her attraction towards him, and it turned into bitter hatred instead.

She also began to sympathize a little with Madeline Rose because Jon admitted that he was the one who led Madeline into dating him. He didn’t even have a sliver of guilt when saying it before Olga.

Again, Angel glanced at Olga and commented, "Are you sure this ugly woman won’t try to spoil our plan?"

"Don’t worry about her. She treasures her job more than her life. That’s why she stays because nobody else would accept her," Jon replied. "You can also use her to help with your plan. Just tell her what to do."

"Hah! An ugly bitch like her won’t even be allowed to enter the fashion show backstage. She can’t help us at all," Angel sneered. "I’ll let her be as long as she’s not dangerous to our plan."

"So, when will the fashion show start?"

"About two weeks from now. So you need to get in shape because I know that shallow bitch will take off her clothes right after seeing your muscles."

"Got it, Ma’am."

Olga left with her boss. She followed her from behind and dared not to ask any questions because it would only lead to him ridiculing her face and whatever.

But she couldn’t hold this resentment in her heart, knowing that this man was so cruel with his words to the point of making her cry many times, cursing her ugly face.

Jon’s driver opened the car door for him, and he hopped in first. When Olga was about to join in, Jon pushed her until she fell on her back to the dirty ground, and she screamed out of pain.

Olga stared at her boss in disbelief. "M—Mr. Hale?"

Jon looked at her coldly and said, "Mrs. Currie is right. You’re far too ugly to function well in this industry. I think I will have to fire you."

Olga pleaded desperately, "S—Sir, please give me a chance. It’s really hard to find a job these days, and I don’t know how long it will take me to get another one after you fired me!"

Jon had no goodwill against this ugly woman, mostly because Olga was one of those rare types of people that you loved to hate.

Her face was ugly, making anything she did look hideous. She also had that grim voice that felt unpleasant to listen to.

"Sir, please..." Olga began to beg with tears in her eyes.

Jon sighed, "Alright, I’m not that cruel anyway. I will still fire you, but I will fire you later after I finish this job from Mrs. Currie. If it’s a huge success, I will give you extra for your last salary."

"You don’t need to stay with me after work. I don’t need to see your ugly face day and night, right?" Jon said before he slammed the car door, leaving Olga covered in dirt alone.

Olga was astonished. A few people were walking past her, but nobody wanted to help her, and she knew why. So she simply got up and called an Uber to go home.

She took a shower, washing all the dirt on her body, but the bitterness in her heart was so much that her heart began to tremble.

"I just want to be well-loved. I want men to fawn over me and people to look at me and smile. Is that too much to ask?" Olga muttered under the shower.

She stared at her reflection in the mirror across the shower and saw her ugly face but hot body.

She might not be able to do anything for her face, but she exercised and maintained her diet to have a good body.

"If I cover my face with a paper bag, nobody will be interested in me, right?" Olga’s lips curled, and she muttered, "I can’t stay like this forever. I need to be pretty."
