Shades of Blue (Omegaverse BL) -
Chapter 112 - 110 | Little Person
Chapter 112: 110 | Little Person
Yes, a lot of things happened, Blue thought to himself.
Outwardly, he said, "Even if something did happen to me, I’m not actually going to tell you. We’ve known each other for less than a week. I’m not obligated to report my life to you just because you’re ’worried’ about me."
The words just kept coming out from Blue’s mouth. And they sounded defensive as heck.
After he finished speaking and saw the crestfallen look on Kendall’s face, Blue felt like there hadn’t been any actual reason for him to be rude to the guy.
He just got way too defensive and exploded on Kendall.
"I didn’t mean to come off so strong. I’ll be careful in the future." Kendall locked up as quickly as possible, taking a step back from Blue.
"It’s fine," Blue simply said instead of taking his words back. Then he opened his door and walked into his house without sparing Kendall a last glance.
So much for that friendship, Blue thought as he shut the door. Kendall would probably never want to talk to him again. But things would be fine.
He still had Adam, didn’t he?
Blue used this thought to comfort himself as he arrived at his bedroom and collapsed on the bed.
A pregnant Omega needed their rest, didn’t they?

"Winter, hurry up. What are you still doing? Junior and I are already ready!" Blue yelled at the top of his lungs with his hands on his waist, looking up at the empty stairs, and expecting Winter to come down any second.
"I’m almost done!" Winter yelled right back.
Blue sighed in annoyance, then looked down at the little person standing by his legs. His eyes were deep green and his hair was a shade of light brown.
He had a beauty mark by the tail of his left eye. His cheeks were chubby and looked indescribably cute.
"Daddy, why can’t we go without Big Dad? You know he takes forever to get ready. I’m going to be late for school." The little person said.
"I know, right? But if we go without him he’s going to act like a big baby all day and say that we’re teaming up against him. You remember what happened last time?" Blue said to the kid.
The kid’s chubby face scrunched up as the image of his Big Dad pretending like he and his Daddy didn’t exist to him formed in his head. His Big Dad could be a little dramatic and annoying.
"It feels like Big Dad is the baby of the house instead of me." The little kid said.
Blue let out a refreshing laughter, picked up the kid and pinched his nose playfully.
"Don’t say that. Your Big Dad is not the baby of the house. He’s the precious sunshine princess of it." Blue said, evoking a cute laughter from the little child.
"You two villains are conniving against me, right?" A deep voice spoke up.
Blue and the little kid turned their attention to Winter as he walked down the stairs looking at them with a pouty expression.
"Daddy said you’re a precious sunshine princess." The little kid was quick to snitch on Blue after seeing Winter.
Winter went straight to Blue with a feigned offended look and said, "If I’m the sunshine princess, what does that make you? The cold ice king who refuses to return my heart after viciously stealing it?"
Winter ended his question with a chaste kiss on Blue’s head.
"Exactly." Blue spoke in agreement.
A bright smile made its way to Winter’s face after hearing Blue agree with him.
"You’re so cute. Who made you this cute? Come on, tell me." With every word he spoke, he kissed Blue’s face all over.
"Ewww, Big Dad. You’re being gross again!" The kid in Blue’s arms said, pushing Winter’s face away.
Winter laughed, then carried the kid off of Blue’s arms again before saying, "That’s the sound of a jealous person. You’re cute, but you know you’re not nearly as cute as your Daddy."
"Winter, stop bullying him." Blue pinched Winter’s elbow.
"I’m not bullying him. I’m just letting him know that he shouldn’t be jealous of you." Winter defended himself. The kid in his arms looked at him like he was a lunatic.
It was the exact expression Blue always had on his face, looking at Winter whenever he said nonsense. But on the little kid’s face, it looked cutely priceless.
"Uhh! My heart! You didn’t tell me you were almost as cute as your Daddy when you make that face! Ahh. Look at that face." Winter began to kiss the face of the little kid.
"Ewww! You’re gross. Go away!" The child’s small hands pushed Winter’s head away as he protested against the kisses.
Winter and Blue laughed at this reaction. The little kid was just as tsundere as Blue.
"Come on, sunshine princess. You’ve wasted our time long enough. They might dock your salary for coming late every day." Blue said as he began to push Winter towards the door.
"Who’s they?" Winter let out a snobbish chuckle.
Blue only rolled his eyes and the three people left the house.
Right after that moment, Blue opened his eyes and realized that he’d been dreaming. He quickly sat up on his bed and touched his stomach.
He just found out he was pregnant, how could he already be dreaming of the child and a home with Winter?
Blue lifted his shirt to look at his stomach. It was still flat. He caressed his stomach and thought to himself, ’So there’s a little one growing inside of me right now.’
He wondered if the child in his stomach would be as cute as the one in his dream. A silly smile made its way to his face as he thought about it.
The smile didn’t last for long as the sides of his lips fell down and he brought himself to reality. Would he and Winter ever be as happy as they were in the dream?
He and Winter were always fighting now. If he were to give birth to a child in such an environment, wouldn’t that be the worst thing ever?
Or would having a child be the key to ending their constant arguments?
Author has something to say: I felt so happy writing the second half of the story. It was so cute!!
