Carolline felt that since they were working in a hotel, why couldn’t they work for Hawkins? On the other end, Daisy Willow told Elena Duncan that Aunt Carolline was finishing work, so Elena immediately understood, "Well, Aunt Carolline, goodbye."

When Carolline returned home, her parents were having dinner, so she washed her hands and soon had a plate of rice on the table for her.

Carolline quickly finished a bowl of rice and scooped another half bowl to eat. Emily Hill spoke up, "So, are you and Bryan planning to have a second child soon?"

*Cough cough cough...* Carolline was caught off guard and choked, using a piece of tissue to cover her mouth. Henry Ruiz quickly handed her a bowl of soup, "Why would you suddenly ask that, mom?"

The question of a second child came so bluntly without any psychological preparation.

"What’s wrong with that? Everyone is having a second child; you guys should have one too. It’s perfectly normal, right?" Emily Hill said it as if it were a matter of course, so she didn’t understand why Carolline was so excited.

"It’s very normal, but that’s for next year at the earliest. I don’t want to be pregnant during the wedding." In fact, Carolline had discussed this issue with Bryan Hawkins, and they had both planned to have another baby next year.
