Scum Daddy Dreams Of Stealing My Mommy!
Chapter 299: Taking Advantage of the Situation to Kidnap the Child

Chapter 299: Chapter 299: Taking Advantage of the Situation to Kidnap the Child

Benny Palmer’s eyes widened in shock, "Don’t you want her to push your..."

Before he could finish, he was cut off, "After all she’s been through, you still want her to push the wheelchair?!"

Benny Palmer: "..."

Lucas King: "..."

Amelia Garcia: "..."

Young Master Palmer was speechless for a moment, probably cursing "fuck" in his mind, before getting back behind the wheelchair, "I must have owed you in my last life!"

Christopher Hart turned his head to look at the woman standing there dumbly and extended his hand to her, "Let’s go, to the hotel."

"Oh." The woman responded and followed the wheelchair.

Seeing that she didn’t reach out, Christopher Hart stretched out further and grabbed her hand.

"What are you doing?" Amelia Garcia was startled, subconsciously glancing at their hands, and then pulled away.

Benny Palmer rolled his eyes and sneered coldly, "Humph, you might as well let him lead you. Otherwise, you’ll blame me later."

Amelia Garcia was once again at a loss for words and blushed.

"Such a chatterbox."

Christopher Hart commented, and seeing her cheeks flush, covering up some of the fatigue and seeming shy, his heart stirred, and his chest felt like it was being struck fiercely.

Not pain, but... the shock of a precious treasure regained.

He reached out again, capturing the woman’s evading hand.

"By this point, do you think I’d let go? You can’t escape," he said in a deep voice, his eyes intensely focused, his words with double meaning.

Amelia Garcia stood there dumbly; ever since meeting him, her mind seemed to short-circuit, her mouth no longer as sharp as before.

With her hand held tightly by him, she didn’t struggle anymore, and he pulled her along, walking side by side with the wheelchair.

Benny Palmer pushed the wheelchair, feeling as if he were glowing all over.

—This absolute third wheel, seriously!

The Carters had friends abroad too.

After asking around about the Swiss Airline Disaster, they learned that nearly one-third of the passengers had perished in the tragic accident. The couple exchanged a look, saying nothing, but understanding each other’s thoughts.

"It’s too immoral to curse like that, but it was a natural disaster, not our business," Emma Carter said weirdly, thinking that Amelia Garcia had also been unlucky.

George Hart shook his head, "Listening to that brat, the woman is probably fine, probably just injured."

"Really? She’s that tough?"

"I’m just guessing."

Emma Carter thought for a while and made up her mind, "No matter! Since both of them aren’t at home right now, and those two children are living alone in Imperial Garden, this is the perfect opportunity."

"Hmm... Let’s wait until you’re discharged from the hospital, then we’ll go."

"Wait for what! Just seeing my grandson will cure me! Let’s discharge today and take them back home—no, we can’t bring them home, we must find a place to hide them! Make sure that woman never sees them again!"

George Hart hesitated, "Even if she can’t find them, what about Christopher? That bastard, he might just turn the whole house upside down."

"Let him! I’d rather not acknowledge that unfilial son!"

Determined, Emma Carter didn’t care that she hadn’t fully recovered and immediately went through the discharge procedure, called some people, and headed straight to Imperial Garden without turning back.

It was dinner time, the three little ones were eating in the dining area, chatting over a video call on the tablet, with their deeply missed parents on the screen.

Hope: "Mommy, are you feeling better? You have to listen to the doctor and take your medicine, okay!"

Ethan: "Mommy, you also need to eat more, eating more will help you recover faster!"

The two little heads crowded the screen, chattering away, not giving their brother a chance to speak.

"Mommy is okay... already feeling much better, I’ll be able to come back in a couple of days," Amesia Garcia felt reassured seeing the children, a smile returning to her face.

"Two more days? We’re so pitiful... Mommy’s not here, Daddy’s not here, we’re almost orphans—" Hope pouted.

Christopher Hart reprimanded with a smile, "Nonsense! How could you be orphans? Aren’t Mommy and Daddy fine?"

"Daddy, are your eyes really okay? Why did you only wake up brother when you left? Why didn’t you wake me? Do you favor him over me?" Ethan complained while stuffing food into his mouth.

"That’s right, Daddy has favorites!" Hope chimed in.

Noah pulled his chatterbox little brother away, retorting, "You sleep like a pig, how could anyone wake you?"

Finally getting in front of the camera, the sensible brother looked toward the screen at the parents far away, full of worry and reluctance, "Mommy, you have to get well soon, don’t worry about home, I’ll take good care of my brother and sister."

"Yes, Mommy knows, Noah, you’ve always been the most sensible, the best at taking care of others. Don’t worry, Mommy’s okay."

"Mm!"

"Alright, you kids eat up. Mommy needs to rest now, I’ll send you a video when I have time," Christopher said, reluctant to part with his children, but even more reluctant to see his beloved woman pushing herself with a tired body, so he was ready to hang up the video call.

The three little ones were very considerate, and although they were reluctant to part with their mom, they obediently nodded in agreement.

After the video call ended, Aunt Harper gathered up the tablet and told the children to eat more.

Fuller suddenly walked into the dining room, his expression serious, "Aunt Harper, the older members of the Hart Family have come."

Aunt Harper’s face changed dramatically, "Didn’t the old lady say she was sick and admitted to the hospital? How could she be here?"

"She probably knows the master is not at home, so they deliberately chose this time."

After a moment of thought, Aunt Harper knew that what followed would be difficult; she immediately ordered Sister Jones to pack up some of the food, "Sister Jones, take the children upstairs to eat, and don’t come downstairs unless you’re called."

Sister Jones had been with them for some time now and had basically understood the Hart Family’s affairs. She protected the children and left the dining room, "Come on, darlings, let’s eat upstairs."

"Don’t worry, Aunt Harper, Imperial Garden has enough staff on hand, they won’t be able to take the young master away," Fuller said in a low voice to console the frantic Aunt Harper.

Aunt Harper stood firm with a sigh, "Ah... We’re all family, why has it come to this! It’s a sin!"

"Who’s sinning? Sister Harper, you’re not talking about me, are you?" Before the words fell, several people entered from the living room side, and even though Emma Carter was ill, her tone and attitude were still sharp.

Aunt Harper immediately stepped forward, smiling, "The old lady misunderstood, I didn’t mean that."

Not caring, Emma Carter looked around the living room with a slightly furrowed brow, "Where are Noah and Ethan?"

"The young masters... after eating, they’ve already gone to bed," Aunt Harper said with a smile, then cautiously continued, "If the old lady wants to see the children, it’s better to come again tomorrow."

"Sleeping? It’s only seven o’clock, why would they be sleeping so early?"

"Yes... The children played all day, and they didn’t nap at noon, they’re tired... tired..."

Emma Carter looked at the dinner table where the food had yet to be cleaned up and sat down in the living room, no longer interested in playing along, "Call the kids down. Both their parents are not around, how well can a bunch of servants take care of them? I’ll take the children back to the old house, and when Christopher is back, he can take them over again."

Aunt Harper turned around, facing Emma Carter, and said firmly despite her unease, "Old lady... when the master left, he made it clear that the children should stay at Imperial Garden, and no matter who comes, they can’t be taken away."

"What?" Emma Carter’s already severe face turned even more grim, "Who do you think you are? You think you can stop me from seeing my grandsons?"

Aunt Harper trembled, "This... this was the master’s order, I’m just..."

Before she could finish, a loud "slap" echoed through the living room. Emma Carter stood up and slapped Aunt Harper’s face so hard it turned.

Fuller quickly stepped forward, shielding Aunt Harper, "Old lady, it indeed was President Hart’s order. The children can only stay at Imperial Garden, they can’t go anywhere else. If you want to see the children, please talk to President Hart yourself."

As if Emma Carter could reason with her own son, would she have taken this step?

Ignoring Fuller, she turned and walked towards the stairs.

Not caring about the slap she just received, Aunt Harper quickly followed, "Old lady, please don’t make it difficult for us. The master already told us not to take them away... And the children are not familiar with you, they definitely wouldn’t want to go with you, please don’t trouble the children."

Fuller also rushed forward, bringing two people to block the stairway entrance, resolute as if one man alone could hold back ten thousand.

George Hart initially didn’t want to get involved in this women’s conflict, but seeing Fuller blocking the stairs and the elevator stopping, his anger flared up out of nowhere.

They were also respected and honored for a lifetime. Now, not only could his son not control this situation, but even the hired servants and bodyguards were rebelling!

"Forget about arguing with them, Emma," he said, taking out his phone to call the Hart Family relatives waiting outside to come in and help.

However, to his surprise, the response from outside was, "The bodyguards have stopped us, we can’t get in!"

The sound of the phone call spread in the living room, naturally heard by Fuller, whose expression became even more uncompromising.

"It’s really a rebellion!" George thought he had the situation under control, but at this moment, his face must have shown how humiliated he felt. Putting down his phone, he tried to push through, "I’ll see if you dare to lay a hand on me!"

Of course, Fuller didn’t dare lay a hand on him.

However, with two bodyguards, they barricaded the stairway. George, an old man with a bad heart, how could he possibly force his way past?

They didn’t get physical, but no matter how much George pushed or even swung his fists, they wouldn’t budge an inch.

Upstairs, Ethan was still focused on eating, and Hope played with her doll.

Only Noah tuned his ears, attentive to the commotion downstairs.

Hearing the sound of someone getting hit, he couldn’t sit still any longer. Suddenly standing up, he declared, "Sister Jones, I’m going out for a moment."

"Oh, young master Noah!"

Sister Jones couldn’t stop him, and Noah swung open the door and dashed out.

"Stop!" At the stairway entrance, Noah shouted, small in stature but with a formidable presence, very much like his father’s aura of authority without anger.

Everyone was startled and looked up. Aunt Harper and Fuller were also taken aback, hastily saying, "Master Noah, go back to your room!"

On the contrary, Emma Carter was pleased, coaxing with a smile, "Noah, your mom and dad aren’t home, Grandpa and Grandma have come to take you and your brother to our house for a few days. When Dad comes back, we’ll bring you home, alright?"

Noah stood upstairs, looking down upon his so-called "Grandpa and Grandma" with a voice still youthful and clear, he inquired, "Just taking me and my brother?"

Aunt Harper, thinking he might agree, was terrified, "Young Master Noah!"
