Nathan also jumped with his sword to attack Lexus and was in the air when Lexus threw the stone at him with blinding speed.

Nathan attempted to block the incoming stone with his sword, but its speed was too overwhelming. He mistimed his defense, and before he could react, the stone tore through his chest, killing him instantly.

Lexus walked towards Nathan slowly, and reaching him, he saw Nathan was still twitching a little.

Lexus immediately stomped on his neck and broke it in one swift motion, then picked up the sword Nathan was using.

"Hmm, this one is good. I’ll take it," Lexus said with a smile as he examined the sword. It was a beautifully crafted longsword—slim, elegant, and effortless to wield.

Then he saw the digging pit people who were looking at him like he was some kind of monster.

Then Lexus slowly left the underground and walked upstairs; there were still no guards upstairs, so he easily went outside and flew up in the sky.

They’re still in a formation; guess they didn’t know their beloved prince is dead.

Lexus, thinking of this, smiled and then looked towards his next target, which was a huge fortress, and fortresses usually do have more protection.
