"I, I see," she didn’t insist anymore.
She’d rather not end up getting lost in enemy territory. They could use her as leverage over Ferdinand.
"If you understand, then write your reply letter instead."
"Yes."
Arabella sighed and began writing her letter indeed.

To Princess Evania:
Thank you for your letter.
I am glad you were able to get home safely and communicate with your father.
We are greatly relieved when the curse on His Eminence once undone. He has fully recovered now and is back to work as usual.
I am immensely grateful for the information about His Majesty. Thanks to your update, we are figuring out how to make His Majesty return here.
I deeply apologize on his behalf for the attack he made on your territory. I am relieved that there were no casualties and that you found a way to use the crater he made.
The tremors and earthquakes from their fight must be causing quite the discomfort and confusion. I also apologize for that. We will do our best to communicate with His Majesty so the fighting will stop.
Regarding your inquiry about the King of Elves, unfortunately, he is already married and even has children. It would be for the best not to give him your affection.
I believe Lord Darcus and Lord Orpheus are quite outstanding and reliable men.
During their stay here, it was apparent that they treasure and adore you deeply. Might I suggest you shower them with your affection instead and focus your attention on them?
They may not have voiced it out, but I assume, they were quite hurt and jealous that you are still looking for someone else to admire when you have them by your side.
You are already engaged with them both so I believe it would be for the best if you cherish them/
I wish you a happy marriage.
Sincerely,
Arabella Lobelius Valeria

She added a little chiding at the latter part to remind Evania to cherish those who love her and not chase for someone new whom she barely cared about just because of the resemblance with Alwin.
Arabella neatly folded her letter and placed it in an envelope. With her seal, it was complete.
"Here, you may send this back," she handed the letter to Alwin.
He remained standing behind her and while she wrote to read her reply and ensure that she was not encouraging Evania to admire Alvis.
He seemed quite satisfied with her chiding since he simply accepted the letter without any complaint about what she wrote.
"I’ll give this to the bird then," Alwin was about to go to the other room.
"I want to see the messenger bird," Arabella was curious since Alwin said it was made of magic.
"Then please follow me," Alwin led her to the room beside theirs.
A raven was quietly perched on a branch inside a cage. It looked like any normal raven though.
However, when Alwin opened the cage and gave it the letter, the bird bowed its head before it flew into the shadows and vanished.
"Its abilities were the distinction. Not the appearance," Alwin clarified. "Now then, shall we head to Estrella?"
"Wait, I’ll recheck if there’s truly nothing else on my schedule."
Arabella checked her schedule and only dinner remained. Everything set for the day was already done.
"Alright, let’s head to Estrella," she finally agreed.
{Her Majesty and I will head to Estrella. You may do as you please until we return.} Alwin informed her guards.
A second after that, he teleported them right away. He brought them to the same gazebo where they had dinner together last time.
"Are you ready?" Alwin inquired.
"Yes, but I believe you are the one who needs to prepare yourself. Ferdinand might scold you, you know," Arabella pointed out.
"If His Majesty arrives, you should be grateful I helped you. So do something so I won’t get scolded. I don’t want to be punished either."
[If she doesn’t do something, it might not end with me getting prohibited from going to the human realm for a few days. He is so possessive of her so it would be much worse.]
Deep inside, Alwin was actually nervous and hesitant about this. But they had to do it to try to get Ferdinand’s attention so he would stop fighting with the Primordial Dragon of Darkness.
’He didn’t have to act so tough,’ Arabella smiled.
Alwin indeed grew up with Ferdinand to the point their personalities are somewhat alike in many ways.
"Alright. I’ll do my best," she promised.
"Sit down," Alwin pulled a chair for her, and she obediently sat. "Then, please excuse me."
He touched her wrist and Arabella felt something warm course through her. It had a different feel to Ferdinand’s mana. Alwin’s mana felt a bit heavy heavier but still felt somewhat alike to Ferdinand’s.
"You are receptive to my mana. There should have been some kind of resistance, but your body is accepting it without a fight," Alwin frowned. "Do you feel dizzy or nauseous?"
"Eh? No. Should I?" Arabella blinked twice. He didn’t say that earlier.
"Yes, since my mana would react with His Majesty’s and yours. How does my mana feel for you?"
"You should have said that earlier," Arabella made a face.
No wonder he asked her if she was ready.
She focused on the feeling of his mana coursing from her wrist and spreading all over her body.
"It feels warm but a bit heavier than Ferdinands."
"I see. It must be because I have been with His Majesty since I was a child. My mana is highly influenced by his so your body is not reacting negatively. You could simply tell it’s different."
Arabella didn’t understand much about magic, so she simply asked, "Is it a good thing or a bad thing?"
"It’s a good thing. Especially since I am the one who will heal you if you get injured in the human realm."
[I already healed her several times so maybe that’s also one of the reasons she’s receptive to my mana. But how come she could keep receiving so much? She had this much capacity? I already gave her a lot, but she looks perfectly fine.]
"What do you mean?" Arabella eyed Alwin in case there was another side-effect he did not tell her.
