Chapter 131: Chapter 131 You’ve Gone Too Far

Lily Turner was standing in the yard sulking when she suddenly heard a noise at the door. She instinctively turned her head toward it, and Easton Holmes, dressed in casual clothes, unexpectedly came into her view.

She had thought he looked handsome in his training suit this morning, but compared to his current look in casual wear, she could only admit her earlier infatuation seemed a bit shallow.

Watching the man walking toward her, Lily felt strongly that it wasn’t Easton Holmes in casual clothes approaching her, but a model strutting down the runway in exquisite attire.

The bright, brilliant sunlight shone on him, highlighting his more handsome and majestic figure.

As Easton approached, he keenly noticed the starstruck expression on Lily’s face. He couldn’t help but curl his lips in a smile, and his pace subconsciously quickened.

"Drooling?" He stopped at a distance of just over ten centimeters from her side.

Hearing this, Lily instinctively raised her hand to wipe her mouth. When she felt no drool, she suddenly realized and glared at the man who tricked her in annoyance, "Easton Holmes! Is it fun to fool me?"

Saying that, she raised her hand and slapped him lightly.

"I think it’s quite fun to fool you."

Easton grasped the hand Lily had slapped against his chest, pulled her into his embrace, and quickly pecked her lips, "Hurry back and have breakfast. I have urgent matters to handle. If you’re bored, you can watch TV."

"Just go and take care of your affairs; I’ll manage myself fine." Lily had planned to argue with the man who hugged and kissed her forcefully, but upon hearing he had urgent matters, she decided to let it go.

Upon hearing this, Easton bent down and kissed Lily again, "Good girl! That’s your reward."

With that, he leaned down to kiss her again. If it weren’t for the urgent task, he would’ve liked to kiss her deeply and with force.

"Don’t you have urgent matters to handle?"

Didn’t this man have urgent business to attend to? How come he didn’t seem in a hurry at all? Lily kindly reminded him.

Easton could tell that although Lily was ostensibly reminding him, she was actually urging him to leave quickly. He flicked her forehead lightly, "I’m leaving now."

Before she could lose her temper, he quickly let her go and headed toward the yard gate.

"Easton Holmes! You’re too much!"

Lily shouted at the man who had already walked away in anger, but he didn’t even turn his head. She thought he hadn’t heard her at all.

Forget it, she decided not to waste her energy. She’d head back and think about what she might need to buy.

As she reached the door to go inside, she realized a serious problem; he had closed the door when he left.

She didn’t have a key, so how could she get in? She didn’t have his knack for picking locks.

He shouldn’t have gone far, right?

Lily quickly turned and ran out, but she had underestimated Easton’s speed. By the time she reached the yard gate, he was nowhere in sight.

As someone new to this area, she had no idea where to start looking.

"Comrade! Who are you looking for?"

A questioning voice suddenly came from behind. Lily instinctively turned around to face the voice, seeing a man standing nearby, looking puzzled at her.

"I’m not looking for anyone, I just forgot to bring my key when I went out earlier." As Lily spoke, she instinctively pointed in the direction of the yard, not understanding why the man in front of her was looking at her with such a strange expression.
