Adam thought about this. He looked at the manager. "Actually this is the first and most important part of my plan," he said.

The manager listened carefully to Adam. Andrew who was not showing any emotion before also listened to Adam very carefully.

"The motive of that bank will be to serve the people," Adam said.

Surprise expressions immediately appeared on the faces of the manager and Andrew.

Adam opened his eyes and said with a smile

"I’m kidding. The real work of that bank will be to provide funding to our businesses. Which we will get other people to open." He looked at them his eyes glinting with a dangerous light. He had their complete attention.

He is aware that no one can make money while helping everyone else.

They were hanging on his every word. He had them right where he wanted them. He was in control.

The manager Kim became very curious after thinking about Adam’s words. He started thinking If we fund our own businesses then we can create a very big protective environment. He understood Adam’s vision.

They would control the money supply for their own empire.

"However," he thought out loud, "it will take a lot of our money in the beginning. It’s like a very big tree that will need water, fertilizer, and air to grow." He looked at Adam.

"Okay. Let’s accept the first condition that the bank has opened. And now let’s also accept the second condition that the bank is profitable in some way and has started providing funding to the businesses you’re thinking of. Now what? You know that if we start doing what you’re thinking and the government finds out, the government will seize everything you have."

Adam was only afraid of this one thing. If the government found out, it would start shutting down all their businesses because it was a kind of wrong practice.

Adam smiled. "No," he said.

"This is where the third part of our plan comes in. As soon as our bank starts, we have to provide funding to political parties. Through the bank, through anonymous companies, and in as many ways as possible. So that their attention does not go to the bank. And they give us as much time as possible."

After hearing this, the manager looked at Adam seriously. He stood up. "Adam," he said.

"Okay. I admit your thinking is very big. And I also admit that I underestimated you before. But the most important thing for whatever plan you are thinking of is money. Ten million dollars is not enough for this. In my opinion, you will need ten billion dollars if you want to do this work properly. And this is not my calculation, just a rough estimate."

Adam raised his hand. He silenced the manager. "I already told you," he said.

"I will handle all the money matters. The rest of the tasks are for you two to do. Remember this. For now the three of us are the main heads of this entire plan. I don’t want anyone else to join us. Until that person is very capable. And I personally recognize him. Only then can you tell anyone else about this. Otherwise you will not tell anyone about this without my approval."

The manager just stared at Adam.

Andrew stood up from the floor. He looked at Adam seriously. "Adam think about it again," he said. "Whatever you are doing is very big. You might have to face some people whom you won’t be able to handle. Because you are thinking of building a very big empire. And in my opinion you are not alone here."

Adam kept looking at Andrew. He was very surprised to hear his serious warning.

Andrew spoke again. "Are you really serious?" he asked. The manager also looked at Adam after hearing Andrew’s words.

Adam looked at both of them seriously. "I am completely serious," he said. "So will you people support me?" He held out his hand.

Andrew put his hand on Adam’s. "If you are serious then I am also serious," he said. Adam was a little surprised that Andrew agreed so easily. He had thought that convincing Andrew would be the most difficult.

The manager let out a deep sigh. "Okay then," he said. He put his hand on top of Andrew’s hand which was on top of Adam’s hand. "Now I won’t take any salary," he said.

"Because I am also an equal partner in this whole plan. Just as much as you are Adam. Just as much as you are Andrew. So don’t ever think of me as an employee. I’m telling you this beforehand."

Adam smiled. "Don’t worry," he said. "All three of us are the owners of this."

After hearing this Adam sat back down in his chair. "Okay then," he said.

"So this is the initial planning. Now what do we need to do to open this bank? Do you know anything?" Kim was a little surprised by this question.

He also sat down on the floor. Andrew also sat down on the floor. Adam took out a notebook. He started writing on it.

"In the beginning we have to find talent," Adam explained.

"Some talented people. Andrew you will do this work. Manager your task is all the documents related to the bank. And also all the legal proceedings that are necessary. And which people it is necessary to meet. I am entrusting all this to you. I will meet you at my house tomorrow evening at 6 o’clock. Then give me a full report of everything that has happened."

After hearing this the manager looked at Adam and nodded his head.

Adam then looked at Andrew. "Andrew your job is to recruit people," he said.

"Which I have already told you. After recruiting those people you send them to the address that I will send you after some time." Andrew also nodded his head. The meeting was over. The plan was set in motion. The first steps had been taken.
