Chapter 57: Cold Zone

Tim almost rolled his eyes from what Zou did. That was something someone from his previous planet would do. It was quite a surprise that a hunter from another world could do something like that.

Tim watched as the entire guild members entered the red zone dungeon at the same time. It was really daring of them.

Tim walked to the entrance of the portal and looked at it. He had never been in a dungeon other the beginner rank dungeon. What he was about to do was also daring.

If he did not have a system to rely on for levelling up, he was sure that he would not make such a decision.

His summons stood behind him. waiting to follow him into a red zone. This would be the first time that Tim was willingly going to enter a dungeon unlike the last time he entered a dungeon.

Taking a deep breathe with his hand holding onto his sword, he stepped into the portal.

Immediately he entered the portal, the scene that he was in previously, changed. Although Tim sort of expected that, but he was still surprised about the scene that was in front of him.

he was now in an advanced winter season. That is to say that the temperature of the dungeon was very low.

"How is this possible? How can this be a dungeon." Tim asked, as he tried to keep himself warm. The cold was practically biting into his very bones.

Him wearing a metal amour even made the code worse.

"I don’t know why the dungeon is like this. I have never entered such a dungeon with such chilling temperature." Ottis said, looking more pale than usual.

Idah also nodded in agreement with what Ottis said.

Tim was so cold that he was afraid that he would not survive a night in a place like he was. Escaping was not even an option because the dungeon only had two means in which one could leave it.

It was either the dungeon was cleared by defeating the boss monster or by finding an escape stone. But with the dangerous cold and snow storm, Tim really doubted that he could survive such.

"I need to level up. I can’t survive long in a place like this without strength. What I need now is endurance." Tim said, not minding Idah and Ottis hearing his words.

After all they were loyal to him to the very core. Why would he be bothered about what he says in front of them.

The truth was that Tim expected to meet the guild that he was following immediately he entered the dungeon, but he was surprised when he did not even see their footprint.

Which eventually led Tim to conclude that the dungeon spawned them at another location entirely which was also a good scenario for Tim.

He doubted that his summons were as cold as him, because their blood had sort of almost dried up. He wasn’t sure but he assumed.

"I rather not stress myself. Arise" Tim uttered, summoning the first boss level snake and the 4th strongest summon that he had.

Immediately the snake was summoned, Tim felt a bone chilling cold that legitimately felt as if someone was drilling directly into his bone. He could not really describe the type of pain that he was feeling, but he knew that he was in severe pain due to the cold.

"Shit! How could I forget that the damned snake was boosting my endurance." Tim cursed out, as he immediately dispelled the snake and used Death Embrace back on the snake.

There was no way that he was going to summon the snake again, especially when the snake acted as a source of additional warmth.

He summoned another of his human summon. Now he had Ottis, Idah and the duo that almost took his life. They surrounded him in an effort to reduce the amount of bone chilling cold that he was facing.

He had not even faced any foe in this dungeon yet, he felt as if he wanted to die.

With a shivering tone, he whined once again "This is too much! I cant believe that Zou dude will be so petty to choose a dungeon like this for battle."

The group advanced little by little, because it was cold and painful to even move from a single location to another location.

He needed the endurance and to get that, he needed to level up. He needed it really bad.

After walking for about 30 minutes in the torturous cold, Tim did not find a single foe or beast to hunt to use to level up.

It was as if the enemy in the dungeon was the cold itself. He knew that if he did not change his situation drastically then he might just as well forfeit his life. Knowing fully well that Zou and his guild will never spare him.

In an act of desperation, he thought of using Death Embrace on all his remaining reserves. He was not sure whether it would work or not but he needed to try it out.

Presently he had 5 reserve summons and he was using Death Embrace on the snake which meant that he had 4 more reserves that he could try the skill on.

Whether the skill worked or not could decide if Tim would become the most broken individual in all of the fantasy storied that he had read.

Closing his eyes, Tim took a deep breath and activated the Death Embrace skill. But this time it was not on a single target. It was on all of his remaining reserve.
