Chapter 62: Who Am I?
Chapter 62: Who Am I?
"Aria Wilson Grant!" Tristan shouted, thinking that the drunk girl before him would behave herself and go to sleep, but instead her eyes became watery and she started crying out loud.
"You are so mean. How...how can you shout at me? Aria said, crying loudly like a child that has been beaten.
Tristan, on the other hand, felt like he was losing his mind. With much difficulty, he was able to bring her back to their room, and all he wants is for her to close her eyes, but instead, she was jumping on the bed, and the moment he shouted at her, she started crying.
"I’m sorry for shouting at you, but please come down from the bed." Tristan said more softly.
Aria stopped crying and nodded her head.
Tristan sighed in relief, and the moment Aria jumped down from the bed, he caught her.
Aria wrapped her legs around him and excitedly said, "Mr. Golden Eyes."
"Mr. Golden Eyes wants you to go to sleep." Tristan said, smiling at her.
Aria quickly shook her head and replied, "I want to shower."
"Shower?" Tristan couldn’t allow her to go to the bathroom alone; what if she slipped and fell? But he also couldn’t go in with her. Taking advantage of a woman who is planning to leave him wasn’t exactly in his books.
Aria got down from Tristan, and the moment her legs hit the floor, she stumbled backward but was immediately held by him.
Aria giggles as she stables her feet.
Tristan was about to persuade her to sleep when, to his shock, she removed her gown.
"What are you doing?" Tristan asked; he didn’t even know if he should be angry or not. Will she just get naked in front of anyone because she is drunk?
"I’m so hot. I just want to shower." Aria said, and perhaps it was because of her drunkenness that she did not care about the frown on Tristan’s face but instead went further to unbuckle her bra and take off her underwear.
Standing totally naked in front of him, Aria yawned and wanted to go to the bathroom, but instead she climbed the bed.
Tristan just stood in shock as the naked woman who wanted to go to the bathroom was suddenly sleeping comfortably on the bed. How could she just get naked in front of him and go to sleep? This won’t do.
Tristan climbed the bed and gently tapped her cheek, asking, "Aria, do you even know who you are with?"
Aria’s eyes fluttered open, and she gazed back at the golden eyes staring at her intensely, and then, surprising even Tristan, she wrapped a hand around his neck and joined her lips to his.
Tristan clenched his fist tightly, refusing to respond to her. He pulled away and said, "You are drunk."
Aria’s eyes became teary, and there was a bit of sobriety as she said, "Even when I’m not drunk, you still don’t want me."
Tristan held her chin as he said, "I don’t share, Aria. If I make you mine, then you are forever going to be mine, so think carefully before you make a decision you will regret."
Aria fell silent at his words. Taking it as a sign that she no longer wanted to continue, Tristan started to pull away. But before he could, she grabbed his hand, guiding it to her most sensitive spot.
With a whisper, she confessed, "This is how much I want you."
Feeling her overwhelming desire, Tristan kissed her passionately. Aria responded by unbuttoning his shirt as their lips eagerly met, and despite her drunkenness, every sensation felt amplified.
Tristan broke the kiss to remove his shirt.
Aria sat up and ran her hands over Tristan’s chest, making him sigh softly. But as her hand trailed downward, he caught it and said, "Not while you’re drunk."
Aria ignored him and pressed a kiss to his chest. Unsatisfied, she ran her tongue over his skin, drawing a low groan from Tristan.
Once again, her hand moved to his trousers, but this time, he didn’t stop her—he just watched. As she unbuckled his belt and slid his trousers down, she reached for his briefs, but he caught her hand and asked, "Who am I?"
He needed to be sure she knew what she was doing—but more importantly, that she wasn’t mistaking him for someone else.
"Tristan. You are my Tristan," Aria said, slowly removing his briefs. Her eyes widened slightly at the sight before her, but Tristan gently lifted her gaze to meet his before capturing her lips in a kiss.
Their kiss was brief before they pulled apart, and Tristan whispered, "You don’t have to do anything if you don’t want to."
"I want to," Aria replied. "Just as you’ve explored every part of me, I want to do the same with you."
She pressed a soft kiss to his chest, then slowly trailed downward, pausing at his navel to tease it with her tongue.
Tristan’s eyes fluttered shut as he let her set the pace, but the moment he felt her mouth on him, a shudder ran through his body, his legs nearly giving out.
His fingers tangled in her hair, soft moans escaping as she fulfilled her promise of exploring him.
Aria hadn’t expected the thrill of hearing him come undone because of her. The realization sent a rush of satisfaction through her—she wanted to hear more, to make sure those sounds belonged to her and her alone.
"Aria!" Tristan moaned her name, surrendering completely to the pleasure washing over him.
As Tristan came down from his high, he opened his eyes to find Aria watching him. He hadn’t expected the next words that left her lips.
"I don’t like sharing either, so this side of you belongs to me alone."
Tristan let out a low chuckle and pressed a soft kiss to her lips. "Only for you," he promised.
They shared a deep kiss before Tristan gently laid Aria on the bed. His lips trailed from hers to her neck, lingering on the spot he had once claimed. Moving lower, he teased her sensitive peaks before his desire led him further down. Without hesitation, he gave in to his craving, his tongue exploring her with slow, deliberate strokes. A deep groan rumbled from his chest as her taste consumed him, and Aria’s breathless moans only fueled his hunger, driving him to bring her closer to the edge.
It had been a night filled with passion, but despite the temptation, Tristan held back. It wasn’t that he didn’t want her—he wanted her more than anything—but she was still drunk, and he refused to cross that line. Fortunately, sleep claimed her soon after, sparing him further struggle.
Pulling the blanket over her, he gently ran his fingers through her hair, watching her peaceful face. Was Damien telling the truth? Did she really say she wanted to leave me? No, that had to be a lie.
With that thought, Tristan pressed a soft kiss to her forehead, pulled her close, and finally allowed himself to rest.

Dungeon of the Golden Rills Pack
"How dare Tristan do this to me?" Lia shouted the moment she sighted Cole.
Cole brought out a key from his pocket and opened the gate, letting Lia out.
"Tristan didn’t do anything to you; you have done this to yourself. I told you that Aria isn’t Eva, but you refuse to believe it, going as far as spreading lies about her. The Alpha said that if you refuse to repent from your ways, then you will be kicked out from this pack and will live your life as a rogue forever."
"What? I want to see Tristan immediately." Lia demanded. Tristan and she have known each other since they were children; there is no way he can treat her so coldly just because she had gone to their house. Has Aria somehow bewitched him?
"Who exactly do you think you are to see him as you wish? Tristan doesn’t want to see your face; the sooner you accept the truth, the better for you. A word of advice, Lia: try to lay low and stop acting so obsessed. What you are doing now will only push Tristan further from you." Cole replied and left the dungeon.
"You are treating me so unfairly, Tristan. How can you think someone else can love you as much as I do? I even rejected my mate for you, and now, because of Aria, you wish to discard me? Do you think Aria can love you madly the way I do?" Lia whispered with tears in her eyes. She has always been by Tristan’s side along with Cole, but ever since Aria entered the picture, Tristan has even gone as far as to lock her in this dark cell.
"No problem. I will rectify this; I will make you realize that the only person who is fit to stand by your side is me." With a determined glint in her eyes, Lia walked out of the cell.
