The residents of the magical world are progressing faster than any of us expected. Even before the end of the first generation they had assembled villages, farms and temples with a decent standard of living.

The worship of mortals is extremely beneficial for fledgling deities like us. It creates spiritually attuned Divine Energy that goes directly to our Divine Body, solidifying it and strengthening it. That is the bridge across the great divide between Divine Realm Cultivators and Gods, the ability to gain strength without cultivation.

As we gain strength, it also stabilizes the realm we have created, and ties us to it even more inextricably. We are slowly becoming part of this realm, even as the population expands and it starts to stabilize the Realm enough that it could be shifted into the Mortal Planes.

That’s the final step for us, and it is going to be a mess. At least one or two groups want us dead, another believes we’re going to destroy half a galaxy, and the moment we transfer out, there is a high chance that five out of the six of us are going to immediately begin to undergo a Divine Tribulation.

Only, we’re not just on the cusp of Divinity anymore, we are much more advanced than that, stronger and more knowledgeable. The Tribulation tests your worthiness, not your strength so the most powerful you are, the more intense it is.

"Do we have a plan for the Tribulations?" I ask Elder Song, the only one of us who has personally ascended before. Twice, in fact.

"When we transfer out, I’m going to move you all away from our Realm except for myself and Lala. Her ascension will be one of life, and beneficial to the Realm’s stability in its new plane. Hui’Jin I will move to the realm closest to ours, so her Balance aspect will help us settle in. The problem is you three. With complicated aspects and that much power, you might actually collapse any Mortal Realm you ascend in."

"So the Divine Transfer was right? We probably will destroy entire planets when we ascend?" Hui’Jin asks.

"Those three, yes. But what the Divine Transfer didn’t realize is that it was their own fault. So I suggest ascending on their human worlds in the Immortal Plane." Song clarifies.

Well isn’t that just peachy?

"Can you send me to a Mortal Realm with a lot of people? I feel like a lot of souls would help balance my aspects, but there aren’t many People in the Immortal Planes. Most worlds number their citizens at fewer than ten million." I ask and Song nods.

"Alright. Whenever we’re ready, we can start shifting this realm into the Mortal Planes." Karl smiles, finishing his final round of tests.

The actual process is simple. Song found us a good spot where an imbalance exists in the Mortal Plane thanks to the Divine Transfer. We just need to focus on that particular location and attune the outer limits of our Realm to match it and our Realm should pop right into place. One that happens, Song will scatter us, as we’re expecting to be mostly defenseless under the effects of the Divine Tribulation.

Though defenseless, the Tribulation Lightning will also protect us from outside influence, so we shouldn’t have to fear assassination should we be found before we finish the process.

"No time like the present. The faster we move between deciding and doing, the less time the Oracles will have to react." I decide, and we all take our places.

We’ve practiced for this, and the transfer is going smoothly, the outer boundary of the Realm becoming attuned to its new home until with a lurch of shifting reality, we are free of the Creation Sphere. I count all six of us present in the new location, so there were no mishaps there, but I can feel the Divine Imbalance beginning that signals a cultivator about to undergo Tribulation.

Song quickly throws us into the void, hoping to avoid damaging or drawing attention to our creation until it’s completely stabilized. I find myself in a world filled with Carnage and bloodshed, souls are flowing through me at an incredible rate just standing here.

Then the clouds begin to gather as the Tribulation starts, sending the first city block wide lightning bolt down on my head. My Divine Body absorbs almost all of it, then the next and another.

My senses are expanding as the lightning transforms my body. I can feel the energy spreading from my feet, and the inrush of souls as the area is scoured of life by Divine Lightning.

It’s only just begun though, the entire planet begins to cloud over, leaving the impression that the planet itself won’t survive the first wave of Tribulation. But I can’t even move from where I’m suspended in the air by the continual lightning.

Over and over the power flows through the planet until reality begins to fold in on itself and draw in power from further away. It’s not enough though. This realm has ten inhabited planets, but only a tiny amount of Divine Energy.

I start pulling on the Death Energy to supplement what this Realm is lacking and the Warp in reality begins to smooth out. I am only seconds away from saving this world when something goes very wrong. The twisted portion of reality suddenly goes berserk as thousands of Divine Realm Cultivators appear in a Realm never able to support even a few.

Their sudden appearance shifts the warped portion of reality directly into the center of my Divine Body and reality around me inverts. No longer am I on a dying planet with an army of cultivators and an ongoing Divine Tribulation, they are inside me, crushed by the core of my being as the lightning strikes outward, draining them to power my transition.

No Mortal Realm could sustain such a blatant violation of the natural laws and the last thing I feel before the Realm Shatters and I’m flung between Planes is a massive influx of souls from ten densely populated planets flowing through my Shrine.

When I come to I’m with Lala and Song, who are both smiling, while I lay on my back and look up into the pale blue sky of the world of Dragons that we created.
