King of Titans and Dragons
Chapter 865 - 865 853

Chapter 865: 853 Chapter 865: 853 The Secret Shadow Demon Lord has fallen! This was a predetermined fact, an existence that sought to infiltrate enemy territory and wreak havoc was doomed to fall the moment it was discovered.

No one would think that it sneaked over to the Erathia World just to have a look without making any mischief; hence, the notorious Secret Shadow Demon Lord from its Mother World fell.

Its demise was not one bit tragic, even somewhat pitiable. It was beaten to death by the united might of the deities of Elasia. Before death, it even attempted to flee, but it was futile—no matter how it tried to conceal its form, the God of Murder Shirek always found it.

However, God of Murder Shirek was the underlying cause of the Secret Shadow Demon Lord’s demise, and the direct cause was that other deities pressured Shirek to act as their eye while the rest wielding powerful divine force dealt the killing blows.

With the support of seven droplets of source power it had accumulated, the Secret Shadow Demon Lord persisted for a while, even attempting to drag down several deities with it to accompany its death, but to no avail.

Being the first Exotic Epic to arrive in the Erathia World, it had drawn the attention of most of the deities. In such a situation, it simply couldn’t make any significant moves.

Its body was destroyed time and again, yet it revived on the spot with full blood by using source power, but when the source power was exhausted, its end was inevitable.

After its fall, its remnants, like grey fog, were not treated kindly by the gods but were dismembered; several powerful divine forces divided up its corpse.

Every powerful divine force that had contributed to the fight received a part of the Secret Shadow Demon Lord’s remains, with God of Murder Shirek receiving the most, after all, without him, the rest would not have been able to detect it.

“Should we try pulling over this foreign Epic’s world?” The Fear Demon God smilingly proposed to the other powerful divine forces as he toyed with a wisp of grey fog in his hand. “The battle power it displayed suggests it is Second Tier, above the Pseudo-realm.”

“Waste of time; it’s not a lone Epic. It has a powerful race behind it. Do you think that in the world it left behind, the Epics of that race would just allow us to take it over?”

God of Murder Shirek coldly looked at the Fear Demon God. He could have gotten the complete remains of the Secret Shadow Demon Lord, but because of the Fear Demon God’s interference, he now only obtained 20% of the Demon Lord’s body, and he blamed all his losses on the Fear Demon God.

“How do you know it won’t work if you don’t try? This was the first Epic to infiltrate in; maybe its companions never expected it to fall so quickly. If we act fast enough, perhaps we can pull its evolved world over. In that case, our gains could even double.”

“Let’s give it a try then!” The God of Tyranny Bane, who had also received a share, revealed an extremely ferocious smile, clearly intrigued by the Fear Demon God’s proposal.

And indeed, the proposal received the agreement of the rest of the Good Camp, sharing a unified interest in this matter, leaving no room for dissent.

Boom!

A space-time ripple only perceivable by deities began to spread as a double-digit number of powerful divine forces joined together, tracing back to the world the Secret Shadow Demon Lord had evolved using its remains as a guide.

A vortex-like space-time crack then appeared, and under the continual influx of power from the divine forces, it expanded. A fragmented world poorer than even a small world manifested before the gods’ eyes, and yet, they all revealed expressions of delight.

This world, evolved from an Epic, might be poorer than even a small world, but it was purely derived from source power, and its rules incomplete, making it easier to be assimilated by worlds, making it one of the worlds’ most favored “Food.”

“Pull it over quickly! The other world’s Epics have noticed!” the Elven Supreme God urged the others who took action together, feeling a peculiar thrill in what resembled a robbery.

“Let’s first pull this world over, and if any Epics from the opposite side dare to interfere, we’ll pull them over as well and beat them down together!” The Master of Storms Talos laughed excitedly, feeling fearless with so many deities gathered together.

Crackling!

The defective world was dragged across, high energy dissipated, and dangerous Void Thunder spread across the space-time crack while the gods steadily pulled the fragmented world their way.

“How audacious!”

“Gods of the Exotic Realm, you’re courting death!”

…Several furious voices emanated from the space-time crack, and a hand covered in black scales could be seen reaching for the fractured world locked down by the multitude of gods. At the same time, a gigantic dark-red sickle, oozing an endless bloody smell as if it had just been fished out from a blood pool, slashed towards the space-time crack.

“Hmph!” Standing on a war chariot pulled by four nightmares, Hades snorted angrily and raised his war lance, ready to stab at the incoming sickle.

“Boss! Don’t—try to pull the owner of that sickle over for a fight!” Witnessing Hades’s momentum as if he was about to shatter the epic with one strike, several deities hastily called out to stop him.

This new Lord of the Underworld was unbelievably powerful even when he was just an epic, and after merging with the world and acquiring divine power, his strength became even more terrifying. Some deities speculated that he might even match evenly with the Master of Dawn, Lorshanda. If such a powerhouse were to strike with full force, who knew what state the opposing epic would be left in.

Upon hearing this reminder, Hades made no response, but his outstretched spear had already disappeared, and his hand opened wide, reaching towards the crack in space and time.

“Clang!” After his hand sheathed in purple-black armor reached through the spacetime vortex, he grabbed the sickle in one swift motion. Just as he started to exert force, ready to pull the sickle and its owner through to his side…

“Click!” A crisp sound of metal breaking echoed from the crack in space-time. The gods saw countless fine cracks spread from where Hades’s palm had grasped, and the sickle, which had slaughtered countless creatures and exuded tremendous ferocity, was shattered by Hades’s palm in an instant.

“This…” The sight of such a remarkable weapon being effortlessly crushed by Hades left many deities dumbfounded, even the Dawn God Lorshanda glanced sideways, surprised by the death deity’s strength.

“This is a god only one step away from eternity! Run, don’t resist!” After the blood-colored sickle shattered, a voice filled with both rage and amazement came through from the other side of the space-time crack, seemingly unable to believe that the being who had suddenly arrived to snatch their Demon Lord’s world could be so powerful.

“Hm?” The Demon Lord who had reached out seemed to utter a doubtful sound. Then, the black-scaled hand that was about to seize the fragmented world, seemingly ready to contend with the gods, swiftly withdrew.

But its action was too slow compared to Hades. Just as it released its grip on the fractured world, Hades caught it in his grasp.

“Come here!” Hades muttered to himself as the mighty power originating from the Titan coursed through him. Then, an entity radiating fierce menace was forcefully yanked out by him and fell towards the space-time crack.

“No!” The entity with horns growing on its head and covered in black scales and armored carapace let out a roar filled with despair and helplessness. What chance of survival would it have if it were pulled through?

Despite its desperate struggle and attempts at procrastination, hoping for a powerful ally from its own faction to come to its rescue, it was futile. The gap in strength between it and Hades was too vast, leaving it powerless to resist.

Bang!!!

A violent explosion resounded, chaotic space-time energies dispersed, and the Giant Ape Demon Lord was dragged over by Hades, along with the fragmented world that the gods had bound and were preparing to pull through.

“Roar!” The gods didn’t pay attention to the fragmented world they were jointly pulling over; instead, their focus shifted to the Demon Lord that Hades had forcibly yanked through. Filled with despair, the Demon Lord had planned to drag a few deities down with it in death, but his seemingly sturdy body was obliterated by a punch from Hades on the spot.

“I am immortal! Gods of the Exotic Realm, you cannot kill me!” But as soon as its body exploded, it seemed as if time rewound. All the shattered limbs, bone fragments, and flesh rapidly reassembled, reverting to its original form.

“There is no being that can’t be killed!” Seeing the demon lord attempting to provoke him, Hades felt no emotional fluctuations in his heart and threw another straight punch. If one punch couldn’t kill the enemy, then another would suffice.

At this moment, the Giant Ape Demon Lord also regained some composure and attempted to retaliate. It, too, swung its fist and collided head-on with Hades’s punch.

Cracks started to appear from the point of contact with Hades’s punch, spreading across its entire body, golden light shining from within as its body was blown apart once again.

“Why?” But in the blink of an eye, the demon lord was reborn again, displaying its epically vigorous vitality. Yet, what use was that vitality? If this pounding continued, it would eventually die.
