King of Titans and Dragons -
Chapter 812 - 812 801 Creator of the Undead Council
Chapter 812: Chapter 801 Creator of the Undead Council Chapter 812: Chapter 801 Creator of the Undead Council Although Bahamut was only a deity with intermediate divine strength, as a Dragon God, his power already surpassed those of the human gods by nature. Moreover, having been transformed from Dragon King to Dragon God, his strength was unlike that of ordinary deities, and he even possessed the power to battle with gods wielding mighty divine force.
In addition, within the Temple of All Gods, his divine affinity was unparalleled. When he spoke, most of the deities listened seriously, and even the chief gods dared not underestimate him.
“Your Majesty Bahamut, may I ask what caused the Epic Titans to awaken on such a large scale?” an impatient deity of chaos asked, feeling endangered.
“Seven days ago, I received a message from one of our clan’s hybrid youngsters. He discovered signs of an Evil God’s invasion in a medium-sized world,”
“An Evil God’s invasion? What does this have to do with the awakening of the Epic Titans?”
“This hybrid youngster, you should all know him, he is none other than the child of the Titans and dragons!”
When Bahamut mentioned Muria’s name, the Temple of All Gods fell into a brief silence. Even after decades, these long-lived gods had not forgotten the war that brought down gods. To this day, the Zor Divine System had not recovered, and the God Series of Rage under the Storm Lord had collapsed, with the Storm Lord Taros becoming a solitary deity.
“It was he who reported the invasion of the Evil God to me. But I suppose that before he reported to me, he must have also sought help from the Titan Tribe. Without a doubt, the mass awakening of the Epic Titans this time must be because of this,”
“Just for the Evil God’s Followers, does it necessitate such numerous Titans’ intervention? That’s too exaggerated, isn’t it?”
“Foolish, if it’s the Titans taking action, with their nature, how could they merely be satisfied with sweeping away some Evil God’s Followers? They would definitely trace the signs left by these minions and source back, directly tracking down the very existence of the Evil God that dared to extend its power into our World Community.”
“In other words, are these Titans actually in conflict with the Evil God from the exotic realm, waging war against it?”
“If nothing unexpected happens, that should be the case.”
“Judging by the number of epic units mobilized by the Titan Tribe, there might be quite a few Evil Gods on the other side.”
“The Titan Tribe really is…” Hearing the reasons behind the Titans’ awakening, some deities couldn’t help but shake their heads.
“Wait a minute, is this mass revival of Epic Titans within the Titan Tribe because of this hybrid Titan youngster?”
“Is this kid a god of calamity? How can he cause so much trouble wherever he goes?”
“This time, it’s not trouble that he has stirred up.” Upon hearing Muria mentioned, the Platinum Dragon God spoke up to defend him, for Muria was his descendant and his child.
…
“Titans!” As the Epics of the Titan Tribe awoke en masse, using coordinates provided by the Ancient Prison Master to pinpoint their location, opening the Gate of the Void and crossing the vast distances for long-range combat, the tremendous disturbance of the Epics’ awakening, coupled with the enormous commotion lasting three days, awoke a formidable presence in a darkened space, who had only just settled into slumber.
He opened his eyes, and the space enveloped in darkness burst into radiance, with countless undead beings worshipping the two resplendent golden suns that appeared in the sky. But these suns couldn’t hold a candle to the two “suns” that had recently bathed the whole world of Erathia.
“It’s my father’s Qi! Father is preparing for battle. I can feel it, the Titan battle blood boiling within me.”
Sensing the powerful blood Qi appearing and disappearing in the distance, the newly awakened being started to animate his body, which had slumbered for tens of thousands of years. The nearly dormant blood within him began to flow, producing a sound like a great river battering its banks, and then a surge of golden blood Qi rose to the sky, distorting time and space. Strangely though, within the depths of this surging blood Qi, there was an ink-like blackness, containing a strong sense of deathly stillness.
…
In the battlefield of the Void, not long after the Ancient Prison Master sent out a call for help, a massive Gate of the Void opened beside him. The Shiyu Dominator, scepter in hand, stepped out from it. He glanced at the Ancient Prison Master, then with a wave of his scepter, he pulled away two Evil Gods that had been besieging the master, reducing his pressure by two-thirds.
“You could have just taken one away. Why two? Send one back.”
“Go find your own; these two little monsters are mine now.” The Shiyu Dominator had no intention of sending them back at all. He released all ten of his Epic Beast subordinates that he had subdued in the Void and began commanding his Epic Followers to besiege the two powerful Evil Gods. Meanwhile, behind him, a phantom of a world emerged and solidified, from which an endless and diverse Subordinate Army surged forth…
“That’s rough!” Muria, bound and unable to move by the Dragon King Bita, could only watch the battle from a distance and clicked his tongue while gazing at the distant Epic battalions. After the appearance of the Shiyu Dominator, one by one Epic Titans followed, releasing their Subordinate Armies and beginning to push back the Black Tide formed by the Evil God’s Followers…
Even though his strength was light-years away from that of the Epics, it didn’t prevent him from clearly seeing the vastness of the battle and discerning which side had the advantage and which the disadvantage.
Because the disparity in battle power between the two sides was so great that even he, a newcomer who had not yet reached the Epic level, could understand who had the upper hand in this war.
Because the deformed Evil Gods on the other side were being blown to pieces too frequently following the appearance of the Epic Titans, almost every few breaths, another Evil God would be blasted apart. However, just as remarkably, these Evil Gods demonstrated an astonishing recovery power. Even if reduced to dregs, they could swiftly recover in a short amount of time, reconstituting their bodies with a vitality so formidable it defied belief.
Nevertheless, the scales of this war were still slowly tilting and swaying uncertainly, because surrounding the Void Battlefield were Evil Gods of varying sizes and strengths, bringing with them massive legions of minions, storming in to join the battle.
Therefore, the Titans’ pressure in battle was increasing. Every Titan was dealing with multiple Evil Gods, and occasionally, certain Titans were even showing signs of being suppressed due to the overwhelming number of Evil Gods besieging them.
“Ganging up on the few, it’s simply too much. Have the guts to fight one-on-one!” Muria angrily cursed upon seeing signs that the Titan side might be suppressed.
“Speaking of which, aren’t there any other Epic Titans coming to support? The number is really too small, isn’t it?”
“Nothing can be done about it. Actually, many of the Epics from the Titan Tribe aren’t in Elasia. Only the Titans who have reached the creation and enactment tiers would be slumbering in the world of Erathia; the weaker but far more numerous Epic Titans are all traveling through the Void.”
As Muria silently lamented, Dragon King Bita replied with knowledge that seemed quite extensive.
“But, Your Majesty Dragon King, you don’t seem as powerful as those Epic Titans from my clan!”
“Nonsense, I am only a Second Tier Epic, Pseudo-realm, while those Titans are already the Third Tier, creators.”
“Then why are you still slumbering in the world?”
“I was too tired from roaming the Void. I came back to take a nap and rest, is that not allowed?” Dragon King Bita responded irritably.
“Fine, fine.” Seeing the unkind gaze from the Dragon King who held him within his claws, Muria quickly returned to his original question, “Isn’t there any way to call over the Epic Titans who are roaming?”
“The distance is too far; sometimes even the highest level of secret arts are useless.”
“Boom!” Just as the battle between the Epic Titans and the Evil Gods reached a stalemate, a void black hole suddenly appeared. Then, a pure black long spear shot out from the wormhole, piercing an oddly shaped Evil God. The twisted flesh on its body visibly withered at an astonishing rate, as all its twisting and functional parts were devoured and annihilated by this long spear in a terrifying and domineering manner.
Such a powerful strike immediately caught the attention of a few closely positioned Epic Titans and also drew the gazes of many Evil Gods towards this black hole. Under their watch, a clearly delineated path of black and gold extended from it.
Then, a Titan towering tens of thousands of meters tall stepped out from within, and behind this Titan, the shadow of a world emerged, solidified, and then his minions swarmed out from it…
However, unlike the minions of other Epic Titans, this Titan’s minions were all powerful undead, a sight so distinctive that it drew the bored gaze of Muria.
And then he realized that this Epic Titan gave off a bizarre feeling. Following that, Muria discerned the source of the odd feeling he got from this Titan.
This Titan had a sea of blood and vitality surging within him, similar to other Epic Titans, but that vibrant blood ocean lasted only a moment before it exploded with endless Death Qi, completely corrupting the golden blood sea into blackness. After that, this Titan, who seemed no different from other Epic Titans, completely transformed.
All the flesh on his body disappeared, leaving behind only the grand and majestic skeleton of a Titan. A chilling flame of Death Qi enveloped his body, plundering all life around him. Any Evil God’s minion that approached him instantly turned into a dried corpse.
“Why has this monster come here? And to help you Titans, no less? The body indeed seems to influence his will.”
“Dragon King, do you know what’s going on with this Titan? Something feels off about him. He doesn’t give me the same impression as other Epic Titan ancestors.”
“That’s because he’s not right, he’s not an Epic Titan.”
“But his body…”
“Looks very much like a Titan’s, right? But he’s indeed not a Titan. Kid, do you know what his identity is?”
“What is his identity?” asked Muria, his curiosity evident in his eyes.
“The creator of the Undead Council, the true King of the Undead in Elasia! The very existence all death gods wish to kill.”
“This…” On hearing Dragon King Bita reveal the true identity of this Titan, Muria was dumbfounded. “Then what’s with this body that looks exactly like a Titan’s? Although he doesn’t feel as powerful as other Titan ancestors to me, I indeed sense a kinship from him.”
