King of Titans and Dragons -
Chapter 811 - 811 800
Chapter 811: Chapter 800 Chapter 811: Chapter 800 Chapter 800: The Consecutive Resurgence of Epics
“I think we’ve come at a rather inopportune time,” as the Ancient Prison Master was thoroughly trouncing the self-proclaimed Lord of Evil, the three Dragon Kings had already brought Muria and his family into this strange Community of Worlds.
Then they witnessed the entire process of the Lord of Evil being beaten into self-seclusion by the Ancient Prison Master, followed by the scene of the Evil God calling for help from his friends.
Accompanied by the crazed utterances of the Evil God, one terrifying presence after another appeared from all directions in this Void Battlefield, rapidly approaching their location.
The Muria held in the claws of the Dragon King Bita found that no matter which direction he looked, all he could see were endless, bizarre minions of the Evil God, radiating an aura that instinctively repulsed him, repelling the power that emanated from them.
“One, two, three… twelve, thirteen,” chanted the Starshine Dragon King, carefully sensing the Evil God’s aura rushing from the distance towards them. The more he counted, the grimmer his expression became, “Is this the den of Evil Gods? Why are there so many?”
“Perhaps it really is,” said Dragon King Bita, looking towards one that was approaching the fastest and was the strongest of all the Evil Gods that had appeared. It looked like a conglomeration of countless black chunks of flesh, with numerous gaping mouths, a sight both terrifying and disgusting.
“This could very well be a race as powerful as the Titans, whose individuals are very likely to produce Epic beings. Perhaps this Community of Worlds is their territory indeed, and this Epic Titan barging in here is tantamount to an invasion of their domain.”
“What do we do now?”
“What else can we do but fight?” replied Dragon King Bita, his body encircled by hundreds of thick, ring-shaped torrents. These torrents were refined from the waters of several unpopulated worlds’ oceans, where his minions resided.
“Wouldn’t it be better to just retreat?” asked the Mountain Dragon King in a muffled voice, “There’s no chance of victory. Even with the Titan here it’s the same. There are beings here not weaker than him, and more than one at that.”
“Even if we wanted to leave, we’d have to be able to escape. With so many Evil Gods coming our way, do you think they’d let us retreat so easily? We don’t possess the Titan’s ability to simply open a Gate of the Void.”
“Let’s find him and retreat together!”
“I feel that’s useless; he seems to have no intention of leaving.”
“If we can’t leave, then we must call for reinforcements. Just the few of us can’t hold back so many Evil Gods.”
… Soon, the three Dragon Kings, besieged by twice their number of Evil Gods’ minions, were barely holding on. The cost was that their minions, which the Dragon Kings had painstakingly nurtured, were being depleted at an alarming rate.
To their despair, there were new Evil God presences emerging in the distant Void, which left the Dragon Kings feeling overwhelmed.
“Kid, what do they call your ancestor?” Dragon King Bita raised his claws, looking at Muria whom he held in his grasp.
“Ancient Prison Master!” Muria, held in the Dragon King Bita’s claw, tried to struggle free from the grasp of the Dragon Claw, but in vain. The claw was like it had been forged from Legendary Metal; he couldn’t budge it an inch.
“Boy, what are you trying to do?”
“Help out, my father has already joined the battle,” Muria replied anxiously, sensing that the situation seemed grim. Just now, his father had leapt straight off the back of the Mountain Dragon King, transforming into his Titan True Form to join the battle between the Dragons’ and Evil Gods’ minions.
“Enough, stay put,” said the Dragon King Bita, ignoring Muria’s struggles as he imprisoned him within a crystal clear water orb, rendering him immobile.
This Dragon King raised his head to look at the Ancient Prison Master who was fighting against three Evil Gods, each as powerful as himself,
“Hey, Ancient Big Guy! Can we not be so stubborn, huh? There are too many powerful Evil Gods, and it’s beyond what we can handle. Even if you don’t want to leave, at least call for more Titans to reinforce us!”“Hmph!” The Ancient Prison Master, engaged in battle, snorted lightly, immediately responding, “I’ve already requested reinforcements. I’m not a rigid fool who cares only about pride.”
These foolish lizards, did they really think he was the kind of brute who cared about nothing but fighting? Did they really think he didn’t want to leave? He simply couldn’t.
Especially that Evil God known as “The Black Goat of the Forest with a Thousand Spawn”—the pressure it exerted on him was enormous. If he didn’t want to be gravely injured and forced into slumber for tens of thousands of years, he had to commit fully to the battle.
The Titan’s nature for warfare is undeniable, but they are not single-minded, and their lust for battle does not extend to the point of recklessness; when the time comes to seek help, they will seek it.
Especially for one like him, who was only a step away from eternity, his Epic nature was even more calm and steadfast. Any display of bellicosity was merely for show, for certain entities to see.
If he really just charged into battle against any enemy, no matter their numbers, he wouldn’t have survived until now, let alone reached the point he was at. Of course, when the time came to call for help, he would call for help.
…
“Hmm, did you all receive the message? The Ancient Prison Master has invited us to join him in battle!”
“This guy is too concerned about face! It’s obviously a call for help, yet he says it’s an invitation to enjoy the battle together.”
“Haha, the Ancient Prison Master can’t beat that Evil God with the particularly long reach. Who plans to go support him? Of course, whether you go or not, I’m definitely going.”
“Huh? Another message, it’s not just one Evil God, that guy from the Ancient Prison has stumbled into a nest of Evil Gods. They’re everywhere around him, and now he’s surrounded by them. This is a bit urgent; if you want to support him, you have to leave quickly. I’m off first.”
Boom!
Above the Titan Clan Lands in the Void, the shadow of a world slowly emerged, and from it, a Titan exuding ancient energies manifested out of nothingness, appearing gradually. A faint scent of blood oozed from his body, becoming denser, eventually transforming into a vast golden sea of blood qi spanning thousands of miles. Merely the aura he emitted twisted the fabric of spacetime.
This Epic Titan lifted his scepter and gently pointed it forward. Instantly, he located the position of the Ancient Prison Master and tore open a Gate of the Void. Then, he stepped into it and vanished.
The appearance of this Epic Titan alarmed countless eternal beings high above the Sky Dome,
“The Shiyu Dominator, why has he come out again? What does he intend to do?”
“I don’t know, the target is not me, I haven’t provoked the Titan, but who is going to be in trouble this time?”
But what the Gods did not expect was that the emergence of this Epic Titan was only the beginning. With the disappearance of the Shiyu Dominator, one after another, Epic Titans appeared and then passed through Black Holes that pierced the Void, entering one by one.
After eleven Epic Titans had vanished above the Titan Clan Lands, a pair of golden eyes slowly opened. These eyes were so immense that the Erathia World, which was in broad daylight, experienced an anomaly; countless creatures lifted their heads because two suns appeared in the sky. But soon, the two suns vanished, as the being who had been asleep for who knows how long closed its eyes.
At the moment when the Titan Clan heritage awakened, deep in the Netherworld, a being draped in a dim cloak, with a hand holding a pen dripping with ink, was recording something on a thick volume. This entity, writing in an obscure language, lifted its head, then silently lowered it again to continue inscribing in the seemingly endless book…
In the World Community where the Erathia World is located, within one of the worlds, a pair of gigantic Dragon’s Eyes slowly opened, looking towards the Erathia World. But merely the simple acts of opening its eyes and turning its head caused a regional earthquake in this world, killing countless creatures. These beings were merely living on its eyelids; its body was the land of that world…
In the Temple of All Gods, where the Deities originally sat in silent slumber motionless, like statues, could no longer remain seated. Inside the grand hall, countless Divine Beings began communicating with those they were familiar with, and a stream of messages composed of divine thoughts echoed throughout the temple. All Deities were alarmed—no, frightened—by the actions of the Titan Tribe.
The stir caused by the awakening of the Epic Titans was enormous; one after another, they roused from their slumber. Such a posture imparted panic even among divine beings, as if the Titans joined forces, it would be no problem to reduce the number of Gods sitting in this grand hall. It was a force capable of altering the entire world structure, and at this moment, all of that force had awakened.
“Enough, no need to panic. The Titans are awakening, and it’s not aimed at us. It has nothing to do with us, so don’t overthink and scare yourselves.”
As the panic spread within the Temple of All Gods, the Master of Dawn, Losanda, spoke up, and when he did, the strange atmosphere in the temple was suddenly cleared away.
“Your Highness Losanda, do you know why these Epic Titans are awakening?”
“I don’t know,” Losanda shook his head directly. He was not familiar with the Titans.
“Quiet down, there’s no need to panic. This time it’s certainly not because a God has provoked the Titans! With twelve Epic Titans awakening in succession, think about it, those who feel the Titans want to make a move on them—do you think you’re worthy?”
“If that’s the case, then what is the reason for these Titans’ large-scale mobilization?”
“As for that reason, I might know something.” Just then, the Platinum Dragon God Bahamut, who had been communicating with several other Dragon Gods, spoke up. When he did, nearly all the Gods, including the powerful chief deities, turned their attention to him.
