Chapter 624 - 624 620 Entities that Infiltrated Xena Pus

Chapter 624: Chapter 620: Entities that Infiltrated Xena Pus Chapter 624: Chapter 620: Entities that Infiltrated Xena Pus “Mels, you’ve really dropped the ball, letting so many creatures from Sina Pus infiltrate without your knowledge,” Muria reproaches the Abyss Refining Demon, who had volunteered to head to the world of Solos, within her mind. All the while, she stares expressionlessly at the few beings before her. After her return, due to her angelic reincarnation, she conducted a census on all the inhabitants of Silapus.

She then discovered many creatures unrecorded in the past. Only now did she realize that this many unknown beings from Sinapus have already infiltrated.

Most of the inhabitants of Sinapus are various types of giants and various Five Colored Dragons, coupled with about tens of thousands of Zor Elves, and an elven legion due to the existence of the Silvermoon Elf Hesel.

There are also many mixed races of pirates and bandits, mainly humanoid creatures, situated at the bottom of Sinapus, laboring in various busy jobs. A small portion is composed of humans and their families who Muria drafted from the Lockman Kingdom.

The largest group in Sinapus is comprised of various Monster Clans, also from the Lockman Kingdom. However, these monsters, though numerous, lack quality. Therefore, Muria did not bring them along in her Void Colonization war. Only a small portion of outstanding individuals joined the fight, taking on the role of giant war pets.

This was the composition of the Sinapus population in Muria’s memory. However, in the recently conducted census, Muria found many creatures that shouldn’t have been here, some of them exceptionally strong.

For instance, the Yellow Bronze Dragon and Red Copper Dragon who frequent the tavern beneath Cloud Island and love to tell stories. Also, the Green Bronze Dragon loitering in the city of Zor Elves. These are Metallic Dragons that have snuck into Sinapus without Muria’s permission.

Of course, Mels was aware of the existence of these giant dragons. But because he knew about Muria’s bloodline, the head of intelligence assumed that Muria was aware of these Metallic Dragons’ existence, so he did not report it.

However, there were some beings that Mels did not discover. He failed to sense them purely because his capabilities were too weak. For example, a certain goddess who was preaching among Sinapus’s Elf Group.

Additionally, an unidentified human mage had infiltrated Muria’s research institutions. His strength and origin were unknown. Everything about him was a mystery.

Yet, this suspicious fellow had become the dean of all human secondary occupationalists, managing, advising, and guiding all research in Sinapus. And for such a long time, nobody noticed anything odd, including Muria herself.

“So, could you please introduce yourself? Your Excellency.” Sitting on her throne, Muria asks the old man dressed in a mage’s robe standing below, with a somewhat serious expression on her face. In her memory, this old man doesn’t exist.

But according to the information she had just collected, this old man was already there the day Sinapus was built. He has been involved in all the research in Sinapus, including the creation of the legendary hybrid beast Shadow of the Slaughter and the upcoming awakening of the Pale Feather Demoness.

He had been involved in all of Sinapus’ extraordinary research. He is a crucial figure in Sinapus reaching its current level of development, but before this, except for those who worked with him, everyone else acted as if he didn’t exist. This was a terrifying thing.

“My name is Mason, a down-and-out mage,” says the dishevelled looking old man by way of self-introduction. “I am currently serving you, the child of Titan and Dragon King.”

“Even though you say that, I’ve never known of your existence before, so your claim that you serve me doesn’t hold up.”

“Your Majesty, we have met several times.”

“But I’ve ignored them all. However, the reason why I’ve ignored them isn’t my fault, but yours. You’ve erased your own sense of existence, making those beside you become accustomed to your presence.”

Muria looks at the old man below and somehow feels frustrated. She can sense his presence now, most likely because this old man no longer wishes to hide himself, or he thinks he’s now qualified and capable enough to communicate with her.

“Indeed, Your Majesty. I used some little tricks, some that are very easy to see through.”

At this point, all Muria can do is scoff. Easy to see through? That’s clearly a joke. If he hadn’t revealed himself, she wouldn’t have been able to detect his existence till now.

“So, Mr. Mason, why did you infiltrate Sinapus in the first place? Or, what would you like to achieve?”

“The reason I serve you is simply to get by,” the disheveled old man nonsensically babbled.

“If that’s the case, with your ability, even if you went to the Empire, you could have found a position with high power and benefits!”

“But those large forces are no fun!” The old man of unknown origin pouted, “Too many rules, all gloomy, the various huge and bloated organizations are always scheming, there’s no fun in that.

But it is interesting here, I like your vibrant force. As an old man approaching the end of his life, I like working with a group of energetic young people.”
