King of Titans and Dragons -
Chapter 1335 - 1335 1320 You Know Too Much
Chapter 1335: Chapter 1320: You Know Too Much Chapter 1335: Chapter 1320: You Know Too Much “What’s happening?”
In a city built atop a massive dormant volcano, a winged person dressed in luxurious clothing stood at the highest point, looking up at the sky, feeling a palpitation in their heart.
They stared at the sky, which still hadn’t fallen into darkness, and felt a sense of bafflement. At that moment, they saw a speck of golden light appearing at the far end of the horizon. Soon after, the golden light stretched across the sky, turning into a golden rainbow, taking the place of the sun that had already set, and scattering endless brilliance.
“Is this a divine spectacle? Why haven’t I received any notifications from Ti?” The winged king, who controlled both secular and religious divine power, felt a wave of panic.
He was certain he was the being closest to the deities; the deities he worshipped would not do anything without going through him, they would always communicate and consult with him beforehand.
Therefore, the most likely explanation for this unexpected and gorgeous spectacle of day and night turned upside down was the presence of other deities demonstrating their formidable power.
“Could it be a divine war?”
Upon recalling the recent news of the Void Singing God’s idol, which was worshipped across the seas, inexplicably shattering, the winged king felt his heart beating even more violently.
Once deities engage in battle, it inevitably leads to mountains of corpses and seas of blood, with countless lives lost. To protect the dignity of deities or to vie for interests belonging to deities, mortal lives are no different from wild grass on the roadside, to be trampled at will.
If the situation became even more serious, divine beings might even fall during a divine war. The most ancient taboo scriptures clearly recorded the legend of their church’s worshipped Feathered Fire God invading the Divine Realm and unifying all divine beings.
But legends are just legends, such tragic tales should be told over ordinary years. If legends reappeared, that would be a truly terrifying matter.
Meanwhile, not only was the winged king in this city worried, but many more winged people living there also felt panic and confusion due to the sky’s lack of darkness despite the sun having already set.
Looking up at the golden rainbow stretching across the sky, some city dwellers considered it a divine spectacle and kneeled in worship, while others shouted loudly in the streets and towards the sky, believing this to be a demon’s temptation, an enemy of the deities…
Creatures exhibited a wide range of reactions as the anomaly appeared in the sky, leading to an assault on order and resulting in some chaos.
However, the chaos was not confined to this one city. Within this domain, any creature that could look up at the sky reacted differently.
As for the reactions of the creatures on the land, the deity walking in the sky paid them no mind. The only thing he could do for the myriad creatures of the world was to try to restrain the waves created while battling other deities, preventing the war from spreading to them.
“Found it.”
Muria, walking in the dome of the sky, tracked down the location of the Divine Kingdom by the scent he had captured during his previous battle with the avatar of the Feathered Fire God. And as always, he tore through the barrier of the deity’s Divine Kingdom, preparing to forcefully enter.
“How dare you!”
The Feathered Fire God, even though mentally prepared, was still furious the moment it saw its Divine Kingdom Barrier being torn apart.
Because it felt its dignity had been greatly invaded, this deity that harnessed Solar Divine Power genuinely seemed to disregard him completely.
“At this point, why bother saying such useless nonsense?” Muria said as he followed the breach he had cut into the Divine Kingdom Barrier towards the special Planar Space so rich in Fire Elements that unconscious Element Sprites could spontaneously emerge. Then, hearing those words filled with boundless anger, he couldn’t help but scoff.
“You dare invade my Divine Kingdom?”
The Feathered Fire God rose from Its Divine Throne, and under the augmentation of the Divine Realm Laws, Its previously five-hundred-meter-tall body began to wildly inflate, transforming into a Giant God who touched the sky dome and trod the continent, with terrifying authority almost comparable to a Powerful Divine Force.
“What’s there not to dare?” Muria looked quite perplexed, “Or do you believe that with the support of your Divine Kingdom, you could defeat me?”
“You…” Such arrogant words inflamed the Feathered Fire God’s anger, “If that’s the case, come and fight me. Let’s see if I can slay you at the foot of my Divine Throne.”
“Do you think I’m just a brute who only knows how to battle?” Muria’s expression grew even stranger.
Under normal circumstances, a Divine Being of Intermediate Divine Strength residing in their own Divine Kingdom would be invulnerable, even to a Powerful Divine Force. If one possessed a stronger Divine Position, they could potentially turn the tables and overpower the invading Powerful Divine Force.
While Muria felt confident that at this moment he could take on a Powerful Divine Force without any problems, even a Powerful Divine Force couldn’t topple an Intermediate Divine Strength in another deity’s Divine Kingdom.
To put it simply, the probability of Muria defeating the Feathered Fire God on Its own turf was incredibly low, close to none. But that was under normal circumstances.
In their normal state, deities, along with an intact Divine Kingdom, cannot be violated by powerful divine forces; but in an abnormal state, even intermediate divine strength could only be ground into the dust.
So
“What are you trying to do?”
The Feathered Fire God looked at Muria with fear in his eyes as a Seal surfaced in the palm of her hand, a sense of crisis that gave him a headache emerged, frantically warning him.
“Heh heh!”
Muria answered with action; she hurled the God-splitting Seal, which had accumulated unknown amounts of Earth Power along the way, toward the Divine Kingdom before her.
As if the Seal, which encapsulated the essence of a world’s ley lines, struck the Land of the Gods, its weight was so great that even the Feathered Fire God, who had reacted, couldn’t defend against it and could only watch helplessly as his Divine Kingdom violently shook from the impact.
The Divine Kingdom Plane, tied to the existence of the world, seemed to have entered an apocalypse of its own, the earth quaking incessantly, with shocking chasms spreading wildly across the continental plates, intertwining with each other, and from within these crevices, lava hidden beneath the crust erupted thousands of meters into the sky before scattering and falling…
This scene was akin to an apocalypse, and in fact, any Semi Plane struck by Muria in this manner would inevitably start counting down to its end.
However, the Domain currently targeted by Muria was indeed a bit special; it was a Divine Kingdom created by a deity to strengthen his divine power, to calm the souls of believers, and to enhance his own foundations.
Everything in the Divine Kingdom was closely related to the deity, so under the will of the deity, even a Divine Kingdom that seemed on the verge of collapse gradually began to stabilize the turmoil within.
Mountains crumbled, the ground split, volcanoes erupted… All of the catastrophic disasters, as if heralding the end of days, were suppressed by the deity with his own strength. If it hadn’t been for certain deities around, this disaster would have been quickly smoothed over; unfortunately, the instigator had no intention of simply waiting for the effects of his strike to be minimized.
While the Feathered Fire God was fully focused on suppressing his own Divine Kingdom, trying to level out the disturbances caused by Muria’s God-splitting Seal, Muria, a deity who pursued victory by any means necessary, was surrounded by thirty-three Divine beads, forcibly breaking in, and then swung his Battle Halberd at the Feathered Fire God.
“What kind of god are you?”
Even as his Divine Kingdom was tumultuous, the Feathered Fire God still managed to block Muria’s Battle Halberd by leveraging the home turf advantage, his arm and wing-like limbs that seemed forged out of Divine Gold clashed with Muria’s Battle Halberd, emitting a resounding metallic clashing sound.
The repercussions of this clash, centered at the point of impact, pushed everything aside except for the two deities, creating a vacuum Domain with a radius of thousands of meters, and even the turbulent land below was blasted by the air pressure to form a circular prairie.
However, at this time, the Feathered Fire God’s attention was not on his own Divine Kingdom but on the nature of the power Muria controlled; in the relentless disturbances of his own Divine Kingdom, he had sensed that something was amiss.
What is a Divine Kingdom? For deities, the Divine Kingdom is the last guarantee of their existence; it’s their fortress against more powerful deities.
The Divine Kingdom of a deity with intermediate divine strength can help the deity against a more powerful divine force. Would such a Divine Kingdom be a deity’s weakness, a fragile entity? That’s absurd; a Divine Kingdom typically collapses only after its owner’s demise.
So, under normal circumstances, even a powerful divine force would not hope to shake the Divine Kingdom if it’s presided over by a deity; but Muria had done it, he threw a Seal and rocked the Divine Kingdom, and the root cause of it was,
“Earth Power? Why do you have Earth Power?”
“Tsk, not bad, you’ve found that out. But is it strange that I hold an [Earth] God Position?”
Thirty-three Fixed Star Beads circled autonomously around Muria, combating the repulsion and law suppression from the Divine Kingdom while also weakening the enhancements on the Feathered Fire God’s body, trying to create a “fair” fighting environment for its master.
“Heh!”
In the face of Muria’s tone at that moment, the Feathered Fire God hardly knew what to say. [Sun] and [Earth] were Supreme Divine Positions pursued by countless deities, yet how many divine beings could actually reach such a supreme domain?
This fellow before him not only possessed two supreme divine positions but also acted as though it was very common, which made the Feathered Fire God burn with rage, and also envy, which, in turn, made gods…
From the spreading shockwaves, this divine battle, which had already reached the level of a powerful divine force, continued, and in such high-intensity fighting, even though Muria wanted to hide some of his power, he was opposing a bird deity, a Divine Being with top-tier insight. As such, some of Muria’s secrets were inevitably exposed.
“War God Power! Slaughter God Power! Just who are you…”
“Didn’t you realize you know too much?”
