Few people on the street were accompanied by children.

He happened to see a group of children running.

"I see," Xu Huo said. "When I passed by the school earlier, I noticed the children’s spirits are very good, unlike what I’ve seen in other districts. It seems Flower City’s children are well taken care of."

"Of course," the director boasted proudly, "I can confidently say, even in District 001, there’s no city with better welfare benefits than Flower City.
