Chapter 1280: Chapter 34 The True and False Little Red Riding Hood
Dantai Zongqi grabbed Little Red Riding Hood by the hair and forcefully pulled her back, slamming her down onto the backrest of the chair in front.
The Conquerors observed with cold indifference, none interjected. Tang Zheng glanced over, ready to see how the Special Agent would act. His behavior had been normal in the past few hours, yet he couldn’t rule out the possibility that this was an imposter—after all, Dantai’s IQ was very high, creating an illusion to deceive others was an easy task.
Whimpering, Little Red Riding Hood’s cheeks were pressed against the backrest, causing her to somewhat suffocate and struggle incessantly. Dantai grabbed her wrist and twisted it behind her back, causing her to let out a hoarse roar from her throat.
"I don’t care who you are, but for these seven days you’ll stay with us. If you try to run, I will blow your head off." Seeing Little Red Riding Hood, dressed as a Bunny Girl, calm down, Dantai released her and reprimanded her with a cold expression.
Little Red Riding Hood’s chest heaved violently as she breathed in large gulps of air, conceding with an eager nod.
"Good, and afterward, I will give you a large sum of money, enough for you to squander for a lifetime." After a carrot followed a stick, Dantai didn’t forget to promise a sweet date, aiming to keep her tied to him with the prospect of a huge fortune.
"No one is following us, but just to be sure, it’s best to take a detour and find a safe hole to hole up in," Mu Nianqi observed through the rearview mirror, detecting no sign of the Werewolf, but still not letting her guard down. In this city, the Werewolf was obviously the local snake, and finding some strangers would likely be very easy.
"Aren’t we supposed to be protecting her grandmother? If we’re late, there might be trouble," Lu Fan poked Little Red Riding Hood’s waist, "Hey, where does your grandma live?"
"Sixth district." Little Red Riding Hood answered promptly, cooperative.
Without any delay, once they had the directions clear, Pang Meiqin drove, taking the group toward their destination. Had she not deliberately controlled her speed, she could have left other cars far behind.
The residential area was very quiet at midnight, the roar of the engine startled a few stray cats that passed by. Lin Weiguo got out of the car and took a quick look around, giving an OK gesture.
"Dantai, take a team, clear out the sixth floor of the building opposite. We’ll rest there for the time being," Tang Zheng pointed out names, "Brother Lin, Xin Lan, Bai Guo, Mu Nianqi, you, come with me to find grandma."
"No problem, Ruan Feifei, Qin Yan, you lead the way." Dantai, dragging Little Red Riding Hood with her, entered the apartment building without further discussion, "Newbies, follow, and whoever falls behind gets no food for a day."
"We could be targeted by the Werewolf, this isn’t safe, why not change locations?" Jing Lan murmured softly behind Gu Xueqi.
"The most dangerous place is the safest. By staying here, if the Werewolf attacks, we can monitor them completely," Gu Xueqi knew that was exactly what Dantai was thinking, which is why she didn’t suggest Tang Zheng to change their base.
Suddenly, Jing Lan felt very stupid.
Lin Weiguo and Ge Cang carried rifles, checking the floors very skillfully, advancing quickly in turn.
"They truly are professional soldiers," Mu Nianqi didn’t blame them for being overcautious as a small mistake in the game could be fatal.
Tang Zheng stole a glance at Bai Guo, subtly. Bringing her along was to test her authenticity. So far, Natural Stupid was still very naive, her youthful face tense as she focused intently on advancing, ready to kill any emerging enemies at any moment.
Bang, as they passed by a room door, a loud thud came from inside, startling everyone. The muzzles were immediately directed at it.
"It’s nothing, just a couple fighting!" Listening to various curses and swearing, Lin Weiguo pointed upstairs, indicating to move on.
Watching Bai Guo ahead, Tang Zheng suddenly reached out to touch her waist. The buxom girl jumped up like a startled cat and turned to look back, but then tripped over the stairs and fell straight toward Tang Zheng.
Tang Zheng hadn’t expected Bai Guo’s reaction to be so exaggerated. As he reached out, those ample breasts pressed down on him, the fleshy sensation coming through.
"I’m sorry." Bai Guo quickly apologized, trying to get up in a fluster, only to trip again and fall, this time her chest landing on Tang Zheng’s face.
"Why are you so nervous? Relax, otherwise, you’ll be tired before the fight even starts," Tang Zheng pressed on Bai Guo’s abdomen, pushing her up.
Arriving at the location, Lin Weiguo placed his hand on the door, activating his ability. The alloy anti-theft door melted away, flowing to either side, leaving a gaping hole.
"I’ll go to the bedroom, you check the other places!" After signaling, Lin Weiguo crossed the living room to the left-hand side room. From the car, they had already asked Little Red Riding Hood in detail about the layout of her grandmother’s house, now seeing it match the description proved the Bunny Girl wasn’t lying, and everyone’s alert level dropped a bit, given the target was just an elderly person.
"Bai Guo, you too," Tang Zheng not feeling reassured, followed toward the living room’s sofa, pulling out a trigger-type bomb, setting up a trap, intending to give a welcome gift to the Werewolves who came to catch them.
The bedroom door was locked, but that wasn’t a problem for the old soldier. Repeating the same trick, he opened it, and using the moonlight, he saw the silver hair scattered on the pillow, with the figure apparently asleep with its back to them.
If they woke the figure up, there would undoubtedly be a commotion, anyone would be scared by strangers suddenly entering. But as Lin Weiguo approached the bed and lifted the covers, he froze. Underneath was just a roll of clothing mimicking a person, and the silver hair on the pillow was a wig.
"Get out, everyone be careful, there’s something wrong!" Lin Weiguo reacted quickly, sensing the deception. Though he hadn’t yet figured out what was going on, he already activated his Defense Shield, loudly alerting others.
An old woman clung to the ceiling, wielding two Uzi submachine guns, firing at Lin Weiguo’s head. The orange-red muzzle flame contrasted with her face, more wrinkled than chicken skin, making her seem like an evil spirit descending.
Bai Guo instantly entered an invisibility state but didn’t attack the old crone. Only when he heard footsteps behind him did he shoot toward the ceiling, albeit aiming next to where the hag was.
Nobody noticed the aberrant performance of the young woman with a baby face and large breasts; everyone was drawn to the firefight, staying alert while rushing to provide support.
Tang Zheng made it to the doorstep of the room. With a flash from his tactical flashlight, he saw the wrinkled hag baring two sharp fangs, her back equipped with a pair of bat wings—unmistakably vampire traits.
The crone opened her wide mouth in a furious roar and, upon seeing the intruders she couldn’t kill, suddenly spread her wings, lunging for the glass window, attempting to break through it and escape.
"Gravity Suppression!" Tang Zheng waved his right hand, and the crone plummeted as if hammered down, crashing onto the floor. Still, the tough adversary managed a sharp counterattack, continuing to fire her weapon.
Lin Weiguo, braving the storm of bullets, lunged forward, kicking away the submachine gun and attempted to subdue the hag with a seizing hand technique.
Bang! The hag flapped her wings, conjuring a black mist to obstruct the enemy’s vision, but before she could take flight, Lin Weiguo had grabbed her arm and swung her towards Tang Zheng.
Tang Zheng didn’t hold back, landing a roundhouse kick on the hag’s shoulder. The monster crashed hard against the wall, turning into a makeshift mural.
Lin Weiguo and Bai Guo quickly surged forward to subdue her.
"What the hell is going on?" Ge Cang was startled and then alarmed, "That Little Red Riding Hood lied!"
"Let’s go!" Tang Zheng burst out of the room. He had already suspected that if Little Red Riding Hood had a vampire for a grandmother, her own identity was also dubious. Even if there was no blood relation, knowing a vampire was problem enough.
Meanwhile, Dantai had already secured a room on the sixth floor, taking control of a young couple. After confirming it was safe, he left a newbie behind and lead the team to cleanse the other residents on the floor. A cautious special agent wouldn’t allow threats to linger nearby.
Little Red Riding Hood sat down for less than ten seconds before standing up.
"What are you doing?" Jing Lan reached out to stop her.
"Going to the restroom. What, are you coming too?" Little Red Riding Hood shot Jing Lan an annoyed look and sauntered toward the restroom, throwing a seductive glance at the eye doctor as she passed him.
"Dong Zixuan, Jing Lan, follow her," Qin Yan ordered without needing to take matters into her own hands. She then sat on the sofa to close her eyes and rest.
"I’ll go too!" The eye doctor watched as his colleagues got picked off one by one. He was rattled, knowing his chances of survival weren’t great, and decided to indulge himself before dying. His eyes followed Little Red Riding Hood’s provocative figure and the net of silk stockings around her legs; he swallowed hard and, as if possessed, followed her.
Dong Zixuan did her duty, not wanting to lose sight of Little Red Riding Hood for even a second.
"What, you want to come in too?" Little Red Riding Hood blocked their way at the restroom door, looking annoyed.
"Absolutely." The policewoman pushed the restroom door open, checked it, and although there was a window, it was on the sixth floor, so it seemed unlikely anyone could escape through it.
"Then I pick him!" Little Red Riding Hood grabbed the eye doctor’s collar and dragged him into the restroom. She slammed the door shut before the policewoman could enter.
For the first time, the eye doctor had his hands on a foreign beauty. He was excited, wrapped his arms around the Bunny Girl’s waist, and then his hand slid to her buttocks, giving it a squeeze.
The Bunny Girl let out an alluring series of gasps, deliberately loud enough for the two outside the door to hear.
Jing Lan, uncomfortable with the situation, moved away from the restroom, while Dong Zixuan frowned, probably figuring that Little Red Riding Hood couldn’t escape and also stepped back, not wanting to overhear the lewd talk of that couple.
"Quick, before someone hears us," the eye doctor muttered, worried that Dantai might come back and take the foreign beauty from him. He hurried to undo his belt.
"Don’t rush, take it slow," Little Red Riding Hood whispered, bending her head to rest on the eye doctor’s shoulder. She unzipped her protective clothing to reveal her neck, suddenly opened her mouth wide, her fangs lengthened sharply, and she aimed for his throat.
The eye doctor, about to undress the Bunny Girl, froze as he felt his blood drain away, his body convulsing, his face stricken with terror, trying to push the woman away but unable to.
Being drained by a vampire, the eye doctor experienced an unprecedented pleasure and climaxed.
"I just feel something’s off!" Jing Lan eyed the door, confused, "Even if she’s a prostitute, why choose the ugliest one?"
Dong Zixuan snapped to alertness and suddenly charged towards the restroom, her right hand touching the door, igniting a blaze of flames. (To be continued. If you like this work, you are welcome to recommend it on Qidian. Your support is my greatest motivation.)
