I Own the Multiverse's General Store! -
Chapter 68 - Multiverse Internet?
Chapter 68: Chapter 68 - Multiverse Internet?
By the end of the day, Lucius had managed to make over 70,000 Universal Gold Coins.
He was rich, but not rich enough to buy the security upgrade just yet. It was a little annoying, but he needed to start making more money, and that’s when he suddenly had an idea that would boost his sales like never before.
Why couldn’t he create an internet website that could reach the entire multiverse?
Lucius remembered that there was a Multiverse Forum. Why couldn’t there be a Multiverse Internet?
That seemed to go hand in hand.
That’s why, as soon as Lucius closed the door, he began asking his two beautiful companions some questions.
As for Emy, Lucius had told her to go upstairs for the time being since he didn’t want her to hear everything that was about to be said.
Aphrodite and Lilith were seated, waiting for the questions, a little weirded out by how quickly Lucius had made them sit down. They almost thought that they were about to be punished. Still, looking at the smile on Lucius’s face, that did not seem to be the case.
"You want to know if there’s internet for the Multiverse?" she asked with a slight frown. "Well... of course there is. Didn’t you know?"
Lucius shook his head at how calmly she had just said that.
Lucius almost wanted to ask why they hadn’t told him before. But they probably thought that he already knew of such a thing.
"How can I access it?"
"Isn’t there a computer inside the store?" she asked as she looked around before finding one in the corner of the room.
Lucius had never bothered to check what was on the computer since he had always believed that it was just a normal computer. However, now that he had learned those facts, that computer became a lot more interesting than before.
He walked up to the computer, and on the main screen, he noticed a few apps that seemed definitely interesting.
[Multiverse Forum]
[Multiverse Internet]
[Multiverse Delivery]
[Multiverse Online Shop]
There were four apps, and Lucius decided to check out the Multiverse Delivery as it seemed quite interesting with a little shopping cart as the icon.
And then, as he pressed it, a whole new world opened up to Lucius.
Tons of items that he had not been able to see before. There were hundreds of them, and they all looked quite unique. They were all sold by individual sellers across the universe.
’How didn’t I know of this before? With this, I could have a lot more stock inside the store and make even more money.’
Out of all the items, there were definitely a few that were quite intriguing. Some were swords, shields, bows, and even food.
The food part was the most interesting as there were some fruits with quite unique effects.
[Bloody Apple]
[Price: 2 Universal Silver Coins]
[Effect: Makes your cock hard for one entire day.]
[Golden Apple]
[Price: 5 Universal Gold Coins]
[Effect: Even if you are on the brink of death, if you take a bite of this apple, you will be completely healed at once.]
Lucius didn’t order any just yet. However, he would definitely remember this, as there were even more things that had caught his eye that he would be able to sell inside the store.
Shortly after looking at the Multiverse Delivery, he clicked on Multiverse Online Store.
He noticed that it was completely empty for now. There were options to remove and add items all over it.
For weeks, he had passed aside such an opportunity. He could have gotten so many more sales by having an online store. There was no doubt about it. There was a lot of potential.
Within one hour, Lucius had set up the store under the guidance of Aphrodite, who told him everything that needed to be done. He had placed his three items online, and they could now be bought on the Multiverse Delivery.
Basically, someone across the multiverse would order, and Lucius would see the order, craft it, and then ship it to another world. And the best thing about it was the fact that all his items were unique, meaning that he had complete monopoly over them.
That’s why... Lucius decided to increase his prices a little online.
He increased all of his products’ prices by 20%.
He would be able to reach 100,000 a lot faster this way.
Then, just as Lucius was about to go check the Forum, he got a notification for an order.
[New Order!]
[Customer Name: Jack O’ Lantern]
[Rank: 3]
[Order: x5 Invisibility Potions]
[Please prepare and ship the order. Thank you.]
[If you do not deliver the item in one day, then your rating as a vendor will decrease, and you will be disadvantaged over time. The higher your rating, the more customers trust you and will be willing to buy from you.]
Lucius smiled as he immediately got some of his employees to prepare this order as fast as possible.
But then... dozens of orders suddenly came in on his PC.
It seems that selling online was the way! No one wanted to come in person! Everyone preferred getting something delivered to their doors. However, there was only one slight problem... there were a lot of orders to complete, and the crafting room was quite small, only allowing three people at a time to craft.
’Fuck... can we even fulfill all those orders within a day? We just got all of our inventory wiped because of Emy’s fans...’ Lucius shook his head just thinking about it.
"You should close the store... if you get unfulfilled orders, you might get in some trouble..." Aphrodite said, not saying anything else. However, from the look on her face, it seemed that even Lucius wouldn’t be able to deal with what would be coming if that happened.
Even she seemed scared of what would happen then.
Lucius immediately shut down the stores as it seemed he would be spending a long day of crafting...
