"Oh my gosh! Our Goddess Athena has revealed her true face!"

A loud cheer from the audience broke the deafening silence. Those words snapped others out of their deep stupor.

"Whoa! This is for real! We finally caught a glimpse of the beautiful face behind the mask. That’s our goddess Athena!"

Athena’s solid fandom cheered in the Arena, expressing their joy as they were able to see the real face of their beloved idol.

Meanwhile, Therese and her fans felt like they were slapped on their faces. They bashed Athena, telling everyone she had an ugly and disfigured face. They never expected that Athena had a pretty face. As Athena stood next to Therese, she outshined her further.

’Damn it! I knew it. This woman will create trouble for Athena. I should have paid more attention.’ Lanny clenched her fists as she gazed at Therese.

"You will get more competition now, my dear brother," Lanny whispered to Vladimir teasingly. She pointed her fingers at the VIP seats and Vladimir followed her line of sight.

The gentlemen in the VIP seats couldn’t take their eyes off Athena, admiring her.

Vladimir pursed his lips, glaring at those men. He had the urge to hide Athena, keeping her out of sight, away from their predatory gazes.

Dominique also shared the same sentiments as Vladimir. His expression turned dark upon noticing the men staring at Athena intently. He wanted to gouge their eyes out.

It did not take long before Athena suddenly spoke up.

"I apologize for this inconvenience. A little accident happened, interrupting our performance." Athena bowed her head, apologizing to the audience politely. She was very professional as she dealt with the issue.

Her fans immediately responded.

"No need to apologize, Goddess Athena. It’s not your fault!"

"Goddess, are you okay? Were you hurt?!"

"Call the medical staff! Let them check our goddess. She tripped on her foot and she was out-balanced. Please check if she’s fine!"

Her fans got worried about her. They reminded the staff to check her.

But Athena just smiled and said, "No. I’m fine. Let’s continue the show." She even winked at them, making the crowd cheer and whistle.

Athena signaled the staff to resume the performance but suddenly someone climbed on the stage, snatching a microphone from the host.

"Eh?! Mommy! I have a bad feeling about this! What is Uncle V doing there?" Kimmy tugged Lanny’s arm as she pointed her finger at Vladimir.

Lanny just blinked several times, her mouth agape. She didn’t expect that Vladimir would suddenly step onto the stage, catching everyone’s attention.

"Eh? Who is that guy?"

"Wait. He came from the VIP seats."

"Why did he go to the stage?"

The audience began murmuring at each other. The ladies got excited upon seeing the gorgeous man on the stage.

Athena glanced at him with a puzzled look in her eyes. ’V, what are you doing here?’

Vladimir stood there with his overbearing aura. No one from the staff tried to stop him because they were intimidated by his presence.

"I’m here to clarify things, just in case everyone is blind. What happened earlier was not an accident." Vladimir declared with his stern cold voice.

Lanny facepalmed as soon as she heard her brother’s statement. ’Damn it. I shouldn’t have provoked him.’

"This woman deliberately stepped on Athena’s feet. She intentionally sabotaged Athena’s performance." Vladimir shot Therese a deathly glare. "You can review the VTR if you want proof," he added.

"Aside from that, she also removed Athena’s mask without her consent, violating her privacy. I will pursue this matter and sue her! I despise anyone who hurts Athena and will punish them accordingly. I won’t show mercy or tolerate such behavior." Vladimir glanced in Dominique’s direction after speaking.

The host didn’t know how they would react when they heard such a bold declaration. Therese also felt threatened because Vladimir looked very serious. If one look could kill, she would have been dead by now.

’Damn! Who the hell is this guy?’ Therese pondered to herself.

Because of Vladimir’s accusation, she found the need to defend herself, otherwise, she would be humiliated in front of the crowd.

"Mister. I beg your pardon. I didn’t do it. It was an accident," she denied it. Therese glanced at Timothy, asking for his help. She needed to get away from this, or else, her reputation might get ruined.

Vladimir became more annoyed. "To YG Entertainment. Is this how you take care of your artists? Discipline them properly. Otherwise, I won’t let Athena work with you. If we must terminate the contract then we will do it."

Timothy rose from his seat as soon as he heard that threat. He did everything to convince Athena to sign an exclusive contract with his company. He won’t allow this guy to just terminate it.

"Sir, please calm down. Let’s talk about this after the concert." Timothy wanted to pacify the situation.

But Vladimir was so stubborn. Without further ado, he grabbed Athena’s hand. "Let’s go. You don’t have to finish this performance."

Athena hesitated for a moment, darting her gaze back and forth between Vladimir and the audience. Everyone fell silent, waiting for her decision.

After careful consideration, Athena faced the audience and bowed once again.

"I’m sorry. But I can’t defy this man." Athena smiled faintly. Then she allowed Vladimir to pull her, leaving the stage together.

She became the target of hate when a video of her sabotaging Athena’s performance and deliberately removing her mask was leaked on social media.

But overall, Athena’s first concert in York City was successful and filled with controversy. Vladimir also caught the attention of the netizens. They were now calling him the Mysterious Knight in Shining Armor.
