Ghost Exorciser: Is Loved By All
Chapter 606: Olivia

Chapter 606: Chapter 606: Olivia

Yu Holea’s brows furrowed in uncertainty,

"Are you...Olivia?"

A wide grin appeared on Olivia’s face as she slowly walked up to Yu Holea, joy was flashing in her eyes, and she opened her arms wide,

"Yes. You are still as sharp as you used to be."

Yu Holea was slightly stunned by the embrace. To her, Olivia was a distant memory. They didn’t spend more than a night together.

Olivia whispered to Yu Holea’s ears softly,

"I found them. I found them Holea!"

Huh?

Found who?

Yu Holea thought for a while and recalled that Olivia had visited China to find her parents. So she found them?

Remembering the stubborn look on Olivia’s face 3 years ago and now hearing her voice filled with joy, her heart trembled.

How to describe it...It was a strange kind of feeling.

She slowly lifted her hand and patted on Olivia’s back,

"Congratulations."

For the next few seconds, the atmosphere turned still. No one rushed to speak.

By the time Olivia had regained her composure, 5 minutes had already passed. With a smile tugging on the corner of her lips, she asked,

"How have you been?"

"Good." Yu Holea pulled away and replied. There was a smile on her face too.

Olivia looked behind Yu Holea’s back and asked in a strange tone,

"You...you want to become an actress?"

Yu Holea didn’t answer her instead she questioned back,

"Is there anything wrong with it?"

Olivia as if realizing that her question was slightly offending immediately shook her head and clarified,

"No! What I mean is...I...I don’t look down...Uh..."

Yu Holea chuckled when she saw Olivia struggling to explain what she felt. In reality, she had a guess of what Olivia meant.

She was just curious. After all, Yu Holea was a ghost exorcist, and out of all professions, she decided to become an actress...it was indeed strange.

Olivia’s expression softened as she caught on to Yu Holea’s teasing, and she rolled her eyes playfully, her smile widening.

Crossing her arms, she said,

"Alright, alright. Laugh it up. But since we’ve bumped into each other, I want to treat you to dinner."

Yu Holea blinked, taken aback.

"Dinner?" she echoed, raising a brow.

"Why’s everyone trying to feed me tonight?"

’First Vivian, and now her. Is there some special occasion I’m missing here?’ Yu Holea thought.

Olivia chuckled, shaking her head.

"Nothing special. Just... think of it as my way of celebrating." She paused, her smile growing more genuine.

"And of saying thank you for that night we spent together. It meant more to me than you realize."

Yu Holea hesitated, her gaze softening slightly. Seeing Olivia’s excitement, her heart felt a little warmer. With a slight nod, she agreed.

"Alright. I’ll come."

Olivia’s eyes sparkled with excitement.

"Perfect! Here’s the address." She quickly scribbled it down and handed it to Yu Holea.

"Seven o’clock, sharp! And don’t even think about ditching me. I’ll drag you there myself if I have to."

Yu Holea couldn’t help but laugh, feeling both amused and oddly touched by Olivia’s insistence.

"Fine, fine, I’ll be there," she said, her voice laced with reluctant amusement. She watched as Olivia bounded away.

After putting a bit of distance between them, Olivia took out her phone and dialed a number, her tone shifting to something almost conspiratorial.

"She agreed," Olivia murmured in a low voice. "Everything’s in place; we can proceed with the plan."

She ended the call with a subtle smirk before slipping her phone back into her bag and walking away.

Meanwhile, Yu Holea headed back to her hotel room, lost in thought.

When she was ready, Yu Holea took a moment to glance in the mirror.

Feeling satisfied she leaves the hotel room.

Just like before a flower bouquet with chocolate was placed outside her hotel room.

Yu Holea couldn’t suppress the smile rising at the corner of her mouth.

She knew that they were placed by Qiao Jun. In the past few days, he has been sending her either flowers or chocolate. There was always a letter inside it too.

Since she had blocked him on the phone, he would tell her whatever wanted through the letter.

Yu Holea put the flowers and chocolate in the room and rummaged through the flower bouquet.

However unlike before there was no letter inside it.

This caused Yu Holea to frown, but she didn’t think much and turned to leave.

The next second the door of the room was closed automatically. Yu Holea instantly took a defensive position.

"Who?" She asked as she circulated her mystic energy to create a barrier around her

Before she could react, a hand wrapped around her waist, and the familiar breath sprayed near her ears,

"Did you miss me wifey?"

Yu Holea’s stiff body slowly relaxed, and imperceptibly the corner of her lips rose. However she kept a stern face and scolded,

"If you perform the stunt next time, I will kick you out."

"Will you?" Qiao Jun asked in a seductive voice, as he took her earlobes in between his slightly sharp teeth and grazed his teeth.

Yu Holea only felt the familiar breath closing in. The next second her earlobes were captured. A moan escaped her lips.

Taking a deep breath, she moved away from her head and suppressed the urge to kiss Qiao Jun.

"Oh, will I?" Yu Holea shot back, trying to sound unimpressed but unable to mask the playful undertone in her voice fully.

Her heart was pounding in her chest, yet she wasn’t about to give him the satisfaction of knowing that.

Qiao Jun chuckled softly, his lips brushing against her skin, sending tingles through her.

"I’d like to see you try, darling," he murmured, his voice filled with a teasing warmth.

She raised an eyebrow, determined not to let him completely get the upper hand.

"You’re getting too comfortable, Qiao Jun. Just because I haven’t kicked you out yet doesn’t mean I won’t."

His eyes twinkled with mischief, and a smirk tugged at his lips as he leaned in even closer, his lips hovering just inches from hers.

"Then do it. I dare you," he whispered, his voice daring and playful.

"Fine," she said smoothly, her tone dismissive.

"But don’t expect flowers and chocolates to get you anywhere next time. I’m not that easily swayed."

He laughed, an easy, deep sound that seemed to fill the room.

"Is that so?" he asked, his voice filled with amused disbelief. "I’m not so sure. After all, you did keep them instead of throwing them out."

Yu Holea’s eyes narrowed as she tried to maintain her composure.

"That was only because they’re useful decor," she replied.

Qiao Jun turned her around, and his lips crashed down onto hers, hard and demanding, his tongue thrusting into her mouth with an urgency that left her breathless.

Yu Holea gasped, her own hands coming up to clutch at his broad shoulders, her fingers digging into the expensive fabric of his suit.

She should have pushed him away. She should have told him to stop.

But instead, she melted into him, her body betraying her mind. His kiss was intoxicating, his taste familiar yet dangerously new. It had been too long since she had felt this way.Qiao Jun’s hands moved from her back to her hips, pulling her even tighter against him. Yu Holea could feel every inch of him pressed against her, the heat between them almost unbearable. His mouth left hers, trailing scorching kisses down her neck, nipping at the sensitive skin just above her collarbone.

"God, baby, you have no idea how long I’ve wanted this," he growled against her skin. His words sent shivers down her spine.

"You-" Yu Holea was about to scold him but Qiao Jun interrupted her.

He cut her off with another searing kiss, this one softer, more tender than the first.

His hands roamed over her body, exploring every curve, every dip as if committing her to memory.

"Oh god...I can’t hold it anymore." Qiao Jun muttered in between the kisses.

His hands found the hem of her dress, his fingers grazing the soft skin of her stomach as he began to lift it.

The cold breeze on her stomach brought Yu Holea to her senses and she instantly pushed Qiao Jun away.

Qiao Jun was dissatisfied and moved to continue when Yu Holea suddenly warned,

"Stop! I have to attend a dinner. You...you go back."

Qiao Jun suddenly turned visible and stopped her,

"No! I need your help. See..."

Saying so he guided her hand down from his abs to...

Yu Holea hurriedly pulled away her hand, and with a red face scolded him,

"Shameless hooligan! Go and deal with it on your own!"

Qiao Jun felt helpless and amused at the same time.

"Fine. But what about later?"

"Huh?" Yu Holea was confused by his words.

Was he telling her that he would return and ask her to deal with...
