Ghost Exorciser: Is Loved By All
Chapter 586: Yu Holea’s Revenge

Chapter 586: Chapter 586: Yu Holea’s Revenge

"But slowly I fell for the girl who thought I looked handsome and had the guts to talk about me at the same time.

I liked the girl who snatched my snacks with confidence and vowed to make snacks for even. I liked how your snack felt better than what I had ever eaten."

Yu Holea let out a small, choked laugh, wiping her tears with the back of her hand.

"I’m serious!" she protested, trying to look angry but failing as a smile tugged at the corners of her lips.

Qiao Jun chuckled, pulling her even closer into his embrace.

"I know you are, and I’m serious too. It wasn’t just your appearance, Lea. It was everything. You have no idea how much you mean to me."

Yu Holea’s heart softened further as she rested her head on his chest, her earlier fears fading into the background.

She could hear the steady beat of his heart, a soothing rhythm that reminded her of how much they had been through and how much stronger they had become together.

"I just hope I will never lose you." Yu Holea muttered.

"You’ll never lose me," Qiao Jun whispered. "No matter what Aunt Mila tries, no matter what happens, I’ll fight with everything I have to stay by your side. You’re my reason to keep going."

Yu Holea closed her eyes, allowing herself to finally breathe, feeling the tension in her body at ease.

She had been holding on to so much pain and fear for so long, but now, in Qiao Jun’s arms, she felt safe again.

They stayed like that for a while, just holding each other, neither needing to say anything more.

The storm outside had calmed, and in the silence of the moment, they found comfort in each other’s presence.

"But we still have to act as if we have broken off the engagement, right?" Yu Holea asked softly.

"Hm." Qiao Jun agreed softly.

Yu Holea suddenly said,

"Then break off the engagement for real."

"No!" Qiao Jun instantly opposed. What a joke! Once he breaks off the engagement, there will be Rong Xue who will start to chase his wife.

Then there were Yu Holea’s three brothers who were extremely dissatisfied with him, and his sister Qiao Li was dissatisfied too. And that Dragon Yin!

(Author: I stole a name >_<)

Once he dares to break off the engagement, it will become difficult to even see Yu Holea!

Yu Holea shook her head with a serious expression,

"No. We truly need to break off the engagement, otherwise Aunt Mila won’t find the act convincing."

A plan was brewing in her mind. Yu Holea loved Qiao Jun...a lot...but his action of going with the flow hurt her.

Something that hurt her even more was that whenever Vivian pointed out that maybe Qiao Jun might have accepted her proposal due to a lot of pressure, Qiao Jun never refuted it properly.

She was Qiao Jun’s student after all, and what he taught her, always remained in her mind.

She should act as an understanding person till her partner becomes rational enough to understand his mistakes.

And once they do, it is time to collect some interest!

Qiao Jun was the one who had taught her all of that. Now she was going to apply it.

He can’t blame her for being ruthless, right?

Qiao Jun disagreed with Yu Holea’s suggestion at first, but Yu Holea continued to convince him and even told him how Aunt Mila might check with the Qiao Family to confirm that the engagement was truly broken off.

Qiao Jun knew Yu Holea’s explanation was reasonable, even though the reasons given to her were correct. However, for some reason, he kept on feeling as if something was amiss.

Yu Holea decided to use her trump card and said softly,

"What are you worrying about? If for some reason we can’t get engaged for the time being or my family members oppose, I will take the initiative to propose to you."

Qiao Jun’s heart melted and he hugged Yu Holea with an excited expression,

"Lea, you are the only one who understands me. I love you."

Yu Holea felt guilty for what she was about to do, but when she thought about how casually Qiao Jun talked about the engagement when he woke up, her guilt eased a bit.

"I love you too."

Yu Holea asked Zehpyr to create a mental barrier so that Qiao Jun wouldn’t hear her thoughts.

She muttered in her heart,

’Baby, you can’t blame me for being ruthless. I will take revenge on your behalf and help you undo the blood ritual, but other than that...everything else you have to earn it on your own.’

She planned to let Qiao Jun suffer for some time, before agreeing to get engaged with him.

With that thought in her mind, Yu Holea smiled.

Unaware of the terrifying thoughts flashing in Yu Holea’s mind, Qiao Jun was over the moon.

According to him, 90% of his problems were solved. His body relaxed slightly and he couldn’t help but caress Yu Holea’s waist lightly,

"Baby, shouldn’t you apologize?"

Usually, Yu Holea would have instantly argued and asked what he was talking bout, but now when she knew about the fate Qiao Jun was going to suffer, she decided to play along.

"Ah? I think so yes."

"What is your crime?"Qiao Jun was delighted when he saw Yu Holea cooperating with him. It was one of the rarest moments where Yu Holea was ready to coax him by playing along!

How could he miss out on such an opportunity?

Yu Holea smiled,

"I have a weak memory, why don’t you tell me, what my crime is...and I will atone for my sins."

Qiao Jun smiled, his aura turned slightly seductive, and a hint of lust appeared in his eyes. He massaged her lower lips with his thumb finger and muttered,

"Do you remember the duel we had at the hospital’s terrace? That day you left me hanging...How about letting your lips atone for your sin?"

Yu Holea opened her mouth slightly and bit Qiao Jun’s thumb finger.

Qiao Jun’s darkened eyes met Yu Holea’s, the intensity between them rising as her playful bite on his thumb sent a shock through his body.

His gaze became even more heated, and he leaned in closer, his lips brushing the side of her face as he whispered,

"You think you can just tease me like that and get away with it?"

Yu Holea smirked, pulling back slightly, just enough to taunt him.

"I’m not the one who keeps bringing up old duels, am I?"

Qiao Jun’s arms tightened around her waist, his voice dropping lower.

"You’re lucky I love you, or I’d make you pay for every single time you left me hanging."

Yu Holea’s heart fluttered, but she wasn’t going to let him win that easily.

She pulled away from his embrace just enough to sit up, crossing her arms with a coy smile.

"You talk big, Brother Jun, but I think you’re all talk. Where’s the action?"

Qiao Jun raised an eyebrow, and a low chuckle escaped his lips, he reached out, grabbing her wrist and pulling her back toward him with a fluid motion, his lips hovering just above hers.

His voice was a low, seductive murmur as he whispered,

"You want action, Lea? Be careful what you wish for."

"Is that a threat?" Yu Holea asked. But her breathing had quickened just like her heartbeat, her body was slowly heating up, and her cheeks became flushed.

However, she was determined not to show how much he was affecting her.

Qiao Jun smiled wickedly, his lips finally closing the small gap between them as he kissed her deeply, sending a rush of heat through both of them.

His hands trailed along her back, pulling her closer until there was no space left between them.

Yu Holea responded eagerly, her earlier plan to tease him backfiring as she melted into the kiss.

She could feel his passion, his need for her, and for a moment, she forgot everything else—Aunt Mila, the blood ritual, the engagement—none of it mattered in that instant.

When they finally pulled apart, both breathless, Qiao Jun grinned, clearly unsatisfied,

"Baby, I think you should build up some stamina. Ah...you are nothing compared to the trained Lea I had left.

Looks like I will have to train you again."

Yu Holea’s body shivered, as she panted. She refused to look away and continued to stare into Qiao Jun’s eyes,

"Brother Jun, what are you saying? You will soon become my ex-fiance. Once you become my ex-fiance how can you continue to train me?

Not to mention, who knows whether we will be engaged again. What if I get engaged to someone else?"

Qiao Jun suddenly held Yu Holea’s back of the neck and whispered near her ears,

"Lea, baby...I am a very patient person but even a patient person has their own bottom line, don’t cross it, Eh?"
