Ghost Exorciser: Is Loved By All -
Chapter 537: Curse?
Chapter 537: Chapter 537: Curse?
Yu Holea decided to report the case to the special officer force. Such type of case can’t be ignored.
God knows what that Celestial Master had done till now. If she involved Special Officer Force, then they would continue to investigate the celestial master and find out whether more such cases are happening or not.
"Stay back," Yu Holea instructed Wu Ainan, who stepped back obediently, though her gaze never left her parents.
Yu Holea channeled her mystic energy and created a barrier around Wu Aidan’s apartment to ensure no ghosts fled during the cleansing process.
A blue and golden ethereal light slowly started to spread in the air.
The faces of ghosts who were eagerly waiting for the death of Wu Ainan’s parents, siblings, and Wu Ainan, changed.
They first looked at Yu Holea with hatred and malice in their eyes but when they saw how powerful Yu Holea was, they became scared and started to run away.
How could Yu Holea let them go?
She caught all those ghosts and started to put them in storage talismans.
The blue and golden ethereal lights cleansed off the negative energy while Yu Holea captured them
She thought of taming them and recruiting them into Blue Squad.
On the other hand, Wu Ainan suddenly felt her body slowly warming.
Though she can’t see the obvious changes and doesn’t know what Yu Holea was doing by standing near her parents with closed eyes and clasping her hand, she could sense the change in the atmosphere.
The cold and gloomy aura around the apartment seemed to fade.
The always dark-looking room seemed to have brightened, and the strange kind of suffocation in the air vanished too.
The pressure she was feeling on her shoulders slowly vanished too.
She could feel her body being rejuvenated.
By the time Yu Holea finished, she was thrilled.
She caught 10 ghosts.
Now she could speed up the process of investigating the cases being assigned to her, after all, now she has new members of the blue squad.
The moment Yu Holea opened her eyes, she heard Wu Ainan’s question,
"Are those things...gone?"
"Yes, they’re gone for now. I’ve contained them in special talismans. " Yu Holea said.
Wu Ainan hurriedly bowed and said,
"Thank you! Thank you so much, Master Yu!"
Then she took out a red envelope and said,
"This is a small gift from my side."
Yu Holea took it and said,
"Avoid taking things from your best friend and others. If you want, you can ask to show it to me before placing it in your house."
Wu Ainan was delighted and nodded.
Yu Holea stared at Wu Ainan’s face, and then at the golden circle of wealth.
With how brightly her destiny circle was shining it was very much likely that Wu Ainan would someday become a top tycoon.
"All the best." Yu Holea said and left.
Wu Ainan personally sends Yu Holea out.
Suddenly her phone rang and she received a call from the hospital saying that her fiance had woken up.
Before she could set off for the hospital room, she again received a call telling her that few investors were interested in her business.
Wu Ainan’s heart skipped a beat.
She knew Master Yu was powerful but to this extent...she never imagined it.
Yu Holea returned to her villa and spent the rest of the day studying.
At night she tamed the ghosts and started to interrogate the celestial master who was behind them, but they said, they didn’t know about any celestial master and didn’t know who summoned them.
She could only throw them in the training ground of Blue Squad’s camp which was Yu Holea’s backyard.
...
In a luxurious villa.
Aunt Mila was taking a shower, when she felt as if someone was looking at her.
She hurriedly turned around and found no one.
She patted her forehead and muttered,
"Don’t overthink!"
The next second a shampoo bottle near her fell.
Aunt Mila’s heart skipped a beat.
She hurriedly moved away from the shampoo stand and stared at the shampoo stand warily.
Aunt Mila’s breath hitched as she stared at the fallen shampoo bottle, her eyes darting around the bathroom.
The cold sensation on her skin felt like invisible fingers brushing against her, sending shivers down her spine.
She quickly wrapped a towel around herself and stepped out of the shower, her heart pounding.
As she fumbled to grab her robe, the lights in the bathroom flickered, and Aunt Mila’s unease intensified.
She turned to the mirror, half-expecting to see something unnatural reflected back at her, but the only thing staring back was her pale, frightened face.
"This is just nerves," she whispered, trying to convince herself. But deep down, she knew something was off.
Suddenly, she heard faint, muffled footsteps echoing from the hallway outside the bathroom.
"Vivian? Is that you?" Aunt Mila asked.
No response.
Gripping the robe tightly around her, she cautiously opened the bathroom door and peered out into the dimly lit corridor.
Aunt Mila called out, her voice trembling,
"Vivian?"
Silence answered her.
Aunt Mila gritted her teeth and hurriedly exited the bathroom.
For some reason, the bathroom in her room wasn’t working so she took a bath in the bathroom of the 4th floor.
With trembling legs, Aunt Mila slowly walked toward the 2nd floor.
Just then Vivian came out of her room and saw her mother’s pale face. She was about to call her when suddenly she saw a black mist of negative energy floating behind her.
Her eyes widened and just as she was about to warn her mother, she felt she couldn’t speak.
Horror appeared in Vivian’s eyes.
Suddenly Aunt Mila heard whispers near her ears.
"Ahhh!" Aunt Mila hurriedly turned around and saw a pale-faced woman with hollow eyes, long dirty nails, and a wide smile that showed her unclean teeth.
The fright was too much for her and she rolled down the stairs injuring herself.
Blood started to seep out from Aunt Mila’s head and her eyes were filled with horror staring at Vivian as if asking why she didn’t warn her.
"No!" Vivian shouted but no words came out of her mouth.
Suddenly the ghost turned in Vivian’s direction and lunged at her with terrifying speed. Vivian stumbled backward, her feet slipping on the smooth wooden floor.
She scrambled to her room, slamming the door shut just as the ghost’s twisted face appeared in the crack.
The door rattled violently under the ghost’s relentless assault, and the walls echoed with chilling, inhuman laughter.
Vivian’s hands trembled as she fumbled for her phone, desperately trying to call for help, but her fingers felt numb and clumsy.
The ghost’s whispers filled the air, sinister and mocking. "You can’t escape...you’re mine..."
Vivian covered her ear and shouted loudly,
"Ahhhh!"
"Vivian? Vivian? Vivian wake up!" A familiar voice sounded in Vivian’s ears.
Vivian looked at her worried mother and the other servants who were looking at her with concern in their eyes and realized that she just had a bad dream.
She hurriedly hugged Aunt Mila and said,
"Mom I had a nightmare!"
"Shh! Shh! It was just a nightmare! No need to worry about it! Calm down!" Aunt Mila patted Vivian’s back.
After Vivian calmed down she told her mother about her nightmare.
Aunt Mila’s face darkened and Vivian saw it.
Worried that her mother might think too much she said,
"It was just a dream."
Aunt Mila wanted to nod and say that it was just a dream indeed. However, how can she say so...when she had seen the same nightmare?
The only difference was she woke up when she fell from the stairs.
Was that truly just a nightmare?
Aunt Mila decided to tell Vivian what she saw and Vivian’s face changed.
She clenched her fist. She doesn’t believe in coincidences.
For some reason, she thought of how Yu Holea had done some strange actions and bowed to them...
’Was she behind this?’ Vivian thought.
"Vivian...was that Yu girl behind this? I have heard that she was a ghost exerciser or something...do you think she might have cursed us?"
Vivian narrowed her eyes. It was quiet possible.
She had tried to create a wedge between her(Yu Holea) and Brother Jun.
How could that b*tch be not resentful?
"If she is truly the one behind it...then see how I will deal with her later!" Vivian gritted her teeth.
.....
The next day.
Yu Holea sent a message apologizing to Qiao Jun and set off for the shooting location.
To stay low profile, Yu Holea used the cheapest car and parked in the parking lot.
Just as she was about to come out of her car, a car started to honk loudly.
Curious Yu Holea peeked out and saw a luxurious RV, right behind her.
The driver of the RV kept on honking.
Yu Holea was confused and decided to ignore the honking.
Suddenly the driver of the RV lowered the window and moved his upper body in such a way that he was visible to Yu Holea.
