Ghost Exorciser: Is Loved By All
Chapter 495: Strange Requests

Chapter 495: Chapter 495: Strange Requests

"Switch." Yu Holea said.

Whoosh. The door of the goddess city was closed and a connection to the earth was made.

Before Yu Holea could prepare herself she started to hear requests one after another.

"God please make me a billionaire!"

"God I want to marry V! Do magic in such a way that he falls for me!"

"Dear god, as long as you help me to pass this exam I will visit you daily!"

"God, make my boss disappear so I can get his job." x 900k

(x means, the sentence was repeated 900,0000 times)

"God, I want to have the body of a supermodel without any effort."

"God, can you make my neighbor’s dog stop barking? It’s driving me crazy!"

"God, I want to win the lottery. Just once, please!"

"God, please make me bill Gates’s daughter!" x 2 million

...........

Yu Holea’s ears hurt just hearing these strange requests.

"Lira," she called softly, turning to her assistant, "how do we handle these kinds of requests?"

Lira, standing dutifully by her side, sighed.

"My lady, most of these requests stem from human greed and selfishness. Usually, these requests are ignored."

Yu Holea heaved a sigh of relief.

Thank god! She doesn’t have to answer these requests.

She heard more than 10,000 requests in just a millisecond!

If she has to answer each of them, it would be impossible to get anything meaningful done.

The sheer volume and absurdity of the requests were overwhelming, and she was grateful that she didn’t have to address each one individually.

As the connection to Earth continued, a few more requests came through, mixed with the countless frivolous ones.

"God, please help my brother find a job. He’s been searching for months and is starting to lose hope."

"God, my mother is sick. Please heal her and ease her suffering."

"God, I wish for peace in my country. We have suffered enough from this war."

These heartfelt pleas stood out amidst the sea of selfish and outlandish requests. Yu Holea felt a pang of empathy for those genuinely in need.

However before she could answer them, the voices suddenly stopped.

The huge circular space in the Justice hall started to reflect some human’s image.

"My lady we can start now. The first case that we have is of a woman named Ni Ran. Ni Ran has been mistreated by parents for half of her life.

Finally, she married a rich person but her younger brother, Ni Jin destroyed their marriage by framing Ni Ran."

"Wait! Why did her brother do such a thing?" Yu Holea asked, her curiosity piqued.

Lira glanced at the report.

"According to the records, her brother was jealous of Ni Ran’s success and wanted to ensure she remained under the control of their parents.

He believed that by sabotaging her marriage, he could bring her back to the family and keep her in a subservient position."

Yu Holea felt a surge of anger at the injustice.

Yet she knew that before hearing the complete report she couldn’t act up and motioned Lira to continue.

Lira nodded and said,

"Later Ni Ran committed suicide when her husband divorced her. In this life, she has become a teacher and Ni Jin is one of her students. Ni Ran of this life is a greedy teacher and she is about to ruin Ni Jin’s life for money.

In this life, Ni Jin is a smart student. How should we deal with this matter?"

From a different perspective, all of these were karma.

"Should we let the matter as it is going, or should we intervene?"

"We will intervene subtly. Ensure that Ni Ran is guided towards realizing the error of her ways without directly punishing her. For Ni Jin, provide him with an opportunity to mend his ways and help Ni Ran."

Lira’s eyes shone with understanding.

"I will set the wheels in motion, my lady."

A shimmering light enveloped Ni Ran and Ni Jin as Lira cast her spells of guidance and opportunity.

Back on Earth, the effects of Yu Holea’s decision began to take shape.

Ni Ran was sitting in her office when suddenly, a post appeared in front of her.

It was about a teacher, whose daughter’s marks were tampered with by another teacher who wanted to take advantage of the girl.

The teacher cried and repeatedly asked other teachers to be human. Otherwise, they will someday suffer karma.

Ni Ran’s head cleared when she saw the video and she took a day off to rethink her decision.

The greed that had driven her to exploit Ni Jin began to wane, replaced by a growing desire to right her wrongs.

The next day, Ni Ran started to protect Ni Jin instead of suppressing her. She also encouraged him to do well.

As a result, when Ni Jin became a top scorer in the college entrance exam, Ni Ran’s life became prosperous.

She later quit her job, opened a coaching institute of her own, and became rich gradually.

Ni Jin assisted her since he was particularly fond of her.

Yu Holea watched the transformation unfold with satisfaction.

The intervention had worked, steering Ni Ran and Ni Jin towards a path of mutual support and growth rather than animosity and destruction.

"That turned out well," Lira commented, smiling at the positive outcome.

"Yes, it did," Yu Holea agreed.

"It’s heartening to see how subtle guidance can lead to profound change."

The Ni Jin who as a younger brother destroyed, Ni Ran’s life once, now became her biggest supporter and led her to glory.

"Who is our next case, Lira?" she asked, ready to continue their work.

Lira consulted her scroll.

"The next case involves a man named Tariq. He has been struggling with severe financial difficulties and is on the verge of losing his home."

Yu Holea nodded thoughtfully.

"Let’s see what we can do to help him."

The scene in the Justice Hall shifted, reflecting Tariq’s current predicament.

He was sitting at his kitchen table, surrounded by bills and foreclosure notices, his face etched with worry and despair.

"My lady, Tariq is a hardworking man who has been dealt a series of unfortunate events," Lira explained.

"He lost his job due to company downsizing and has been unable to find stable employment since. His wife left him, taking their children, and he is now at his breaking point.

My lady I would also like to mention that when his condition was good, he did some small-scale charities."

"He is a good man." Yu Holea concluded.

"Yes."

"What will happen in the next part of his life?" Yu Holea asked.

"That is the problem. The next day he will be asked to move out of the house.

He needs to stay strong for one more month because he will meet his school classmate later who will fund him and he will eventually become a successful businessman."

"What about his previous life?" Yu Holea inquired.

"This is his first life."

"Okay. For the next 3 days, show him a dream about how he will become successful if he held on for a few more days."

Lira nodded and with a gentle wave of her hand, cast the spell to send Tariq the dreams.

As the connection with Earth was strengthened, Tariq began to dream vividly.

In his dreams, he saw himself meeting an old classmate who offered him a business opportunity.

He saw himself working hard and eventually finding success, regaining his stability, and reuniting with his children.

The eviction notice still loomed, but he felt an inexplicable assurance that things would turn around.

He decided to stay strong and face each day with a positive attitude.

Meanwhile, Yu Holea and Lira observed Tariq’s progress from the Justice Hall.

"Look at him," Yu Holea said with a smile. "He’s found his strength again."

"Indeed," Lira agreed. "Sometimes, a little hope is all it takes to keep going."

On the day Tariq was supposed to be evicted, a miracle happened.

An old classmate, now a successful entrepreneur, reached out to him after seeing his name on social media.

"I saw your situation, Tariq," his classmate said during a phone call.

"I remember you were always a hard worker in school. I have a business proposition for you if you’re interested."

Tariq, filled with gratitude and hope, accepted the offer.

His classmate provided him with the necessary funds to start a small business, and with hard work and dedication, Tariq slowly began to rebuild his life.

Months later, Tariq’s business was thriving. He had paid off his debts and even managed to save enough to buy a modest home.

His children started visiting him more frequently, and the bond between them grew stronger.

"Next case."

Just like that Yu Holea dealt with the matter of earth for the next few hours.

The experience was very new for her.

Some matters made her happy and some matters stressed her. However, one thing that made Yu Holea happy was...her sense of justice was improving.
