The phoenix-masked woman was instantly furious.

"You! What are you saying! You dare accuse me without proof?" the phoenix-masked woman hissed, her voice laced with venomous indignation.

"You, a mere newcomer, dare to challenge me, the first candidate of the goddess?"

Yu Holea’s expression remained composed, her eyes steady as she met the phoenix-masked woman’s furious gaze.

"I speak from intuition and observation," she replied evenly.

"Actions speak louder than words, and yours have not gone unnoticed."

The phoenix-masked woman scoffed, her confidence wavering slightly under Yu Holea’s unwavering gaze.

"Intuition and observation are not proof," she retorted sharply.

"Accusing me based on such flimsy grounds shows your ignorance and arrogance."

Yu Holea’s lips curved into a faint smile, a gesture that seemed to irk the phoenix-masked woman even more.

"I have no need for arrogance," she replied calmly.

"However what you are saying is indeed reasonable. I can’t accuse you just because of my intuition."

Yu Holea suddenly asked with a smile,

"From your conversation, it is clear that you are the leader, right?"

The phoenix-masked woman felt proud when she heard Yu Holea call her leader and she said arrogantly,

"You can tell that? It means you are not as dumb as you look but that doesn’t change the fact that you have disrespected me. I have to punish you..."

Yu Holea shook her head,

"Since you are the leader, can you tell me who si behind that accident?"

The phoenix-masked woman couldn’t help but become frightened.

The swan-masked woman, standing next to her, looked equally shaken. She whispered in her ears,

"Sister Phoenix, what do we do?"

The phoenix-masked woman gritted her teeth. The rest of the candidates lowered their heads in shame.

It was their first time, seeing how sinister they looked.

Was this still them?

Were they so...cruel and sinister?

Yu Holea chuckled,

"I don’t care. I have the proof. I swore to my boyfriend, that I would bring justice to him."

The phoenix-masked woman took a deep breath.
