The shadow moved with silent precision, slipping through the window without making a sound. It was a figure clad in dark, form-fitting clothes, with a mask obscuring their face.

The intruder’s eyes glinted with determination as they approached Yu Holea’s bed.

Yu Holea, despite being in a deep sleep, sensed something amiss. Her exceptional hearing and instincts, honed over years of hardship, kicked in.

She awoke with a start, her eyes immediately locking onto the shadowy figure standing at the foot of her bed.

The figure didn’t respond, instead lunging forward with surprising speed. Yu Holea narrowly dodged, her training and reflexes guiding her movements.

She grabbed a nearby object—a small lamp—and swung it at the intruder.

However before the lamp could hit the figure, the figure wrapped his arms around Yu Holea and said in a soft voice,

"Calm down wifey!"

The moment the figure wrapped his arms around her, Yu Holea understood that it was Qiao Jun.

Her nerves claimed when she felt Qiao Jun’s warm breath near her ears and she rubbed her ears as she scolded him,

"You scared me half to death! What are you doing sneaking into my room like this?"

Qiao Jun chuckled, his mask slipping off to reveal a mischievous grin.

"I couldn’t resist pulling a little prank on you, my dear. Besides, I wanted to see if you’re as skilled at defending yourself as you claim to be."

Yu Holea rolled her eyes, though a small smile tugged at the corners of her lips.

"Well, you got your answer. Now get out before you wake up the whole household."

Qiao Jun raised an eyebrow,

"Wifey are you forgetting about the deal?"

Yu Holea tapped on her head and gave a sheepish smile. Qiao Jun could only shake his head helplessly.

Yu Holea woke up late.

"Good morning Lea."

Yu Shuchang hurriedly sat on the left side and greeted Yu Holea.

By the time Yu Sile reached the dining table he saw that both seats beside Yu Holea were occupied and he couldn’t help but glare at his brother and say,

"You both are so shrewd."

"It is good for business." Yu Sicong said with a serious expression.

"It is important if you want to stay in the entertainment industry." Yu Shuchang said with a serious face.

Yu Sile: "..." For some reason, I think that they are bullying me, but I have no proof!

When the breakfast was served, Yu Holea saw that the Yu Brothers were very sleepy.

She frowned and asked,

"What is your waking up time?"

"I usually wake up at 8 am."

"So why did you wake up so early?" Yu Holea asked.

It was only 6:30 in the morning.

"Lea, we just wanted to show you that we care and support you. "

Yu Holea frowned,

"Weren’t you the one who had asked the servants to make breakfast early so that I can have it?"

Yu Sicong nodded,

"It was indeed us."

Yu Holea continued,

"Then it is enough to prove that you support and care for me."

Yu Sicong was surprised and asked,

"Don’t you expect us to be present with you as a support?"

Yu Holea shook her head gently, her expression softening.

The Yu brothers were speechless.

"That’s good to hear," Yu Sicong said, his voice steady but tinged with underlying emotions.

"Just remember, Lea, we’re here for you no matter what. If anything changes, you can always rely on us."

Yu Holea nodded, a small smile playing on her lips. "I know, Brother. Thank you."

The rest of the drive was filled with a comfortable silence, each lost in their thoughts.

When they arrived at Yu Holea’s destination, Sicong pulled over and turned to her.

"Take care of yourself, Lea. And enjoy your trip," he said, his eyes softening with a brotherly affection.

"I will. Thanks for the ride," she replied, leaning over to give him a quick hug before stepping out of the car.

As Yu Holea walked away, Sicong watched her through the rearview mirror, his heartache.

He hoped that one day, the wounds of their past would heal completely, and their bond would be stronger than ever.

Yu Holea walked towards the train station and went to find her seat.

The journey on the train was uneventful and by the evening Yu Holea reached City A.

Outside the train station, she spotted a middle-aged man who had a placard with her name.

Yu Holea walked up to him and asked,

"Mr. Lin?"

The middle-aged man named Mr. Lin who was stunned by Yu Holea’s young age came to his senses and greeted her,

"Hello...are you, Celestial Master Yu?"

His sentence was filled with uncertainty.
