This is an ability that only unlocks after transcending in all six Attributes.

It is also an ability that Martial Monks who have trained their bodies to the extreme and stepped into the Legendary would unlock, even if they haven’t met the Attribute standards.

Many Martial Monks train hard all their lives and are very likely unable to reach this realm and unlock this ability.
