Chapter 654: Chapter 486 Six Attributes Transcendent - Transcendent Body_2

Surpassing these three great existences and silently interfering with one’s own soul is something ordinary True Gods probably cannot achieve; the Dragon Oak Mother Tree has proven with her actions that with a mere flex of her claws, she already stands shoulder to shoulder with a Demigod Incarnation.

Having had such a good start, Gaven naturally intended to carefully nurture the relationship between them; after all, she is a Legendary Spellcaster even if she is one that’s been trapped, her value is immeasurable.

That being said, if her state were not so peculiar, he would have no opportunity to negotiate with her on equal footing, to haggle— with a single step, she could vanish from sight.

Philancy’s gaze flickered for a moment, and she nodded, "Very well, it has been some time since I’ve tasted true wine, I hope you will not disappoint me."

She was now completely intrigued by the extraordinary young man before her.

She had not been without the idea of probing his soul earlier, intending to completely understand his character and purpose, even if not completely controlling him.

But upon entering his soul, she astonishingly discovered that it was coiled with a Giant Dragon, and not just one at that.

Any covert action on her part would not only be noticed by him, but could also potentially capsize her own plans.

Being a clever individual, she naturally made the wisest choice: to do nothing at all and to use all her effort to assist him, to earn his gratitude, while using her knowledge of the psyche as bait to get him to serve her purposes.

A Legendary Spellcaster would certainly not let Gaven lead her by the nose, of course, she had her own schemes.

When dealing with such beings, one must have their own trump cards, or else it’s far too easy to be utterly devoured and become a mere piece in their hands.

This is also why Gaven, despite being aware of many legendaries’ whereabouts, still chose to start anew in the desolate Rocklands, building up from there bit by bit.

He aspired to be a player in the game, not a pawn in others’ hands.

He was not yet qualified to be a player, but at the very least, as a pawn, he was an important one, not easily sacrificed.

Gaven shook the cocktail shaker while explaining, "The drink I’m preparing is called ’Heart-Viewing.’ It uses the Ghost Grape Wine from my estate as a catalyst, resonating with the emotion of the drinker, to reflect upon one’s heart. Shortly, I may perceive and resonate with your emotions, so please cooperate, Madam. If there is anything you dislike, speak freely, and I shall stop immediately."

The other party was a Legendary Spellcaster; although not celebrated for her Perception, she would not be lacking in sensitivity, certainly very astute. Gaven gave a preemptive warning to prevent any unnecessary misunderstandings.

"Heart-Viewing reflection? This is the first time I’ve heard of this; I’m keen to see just how you realize such a thing," Philancy said, her interest piqued, and with a wave of her hand, a chair composed of Mist solidified behind her.

As she sat down, the Mist chair automatically adjusted its size and angle, making it more comfortable, enveloping her as if she were part of it.

This clearly was not within the realm of magic, but rather, like Gaven’s Shadow Control, an application of controlling the Ether Mist.

Initially, Philancy was intrigued by Gaven’s seamless and flowing mixology skills, but she soon had to refocus entirely, her gaze fixed on his every move, delicately sensing the flow of Magic Power and Laws around him, the shock in her eyes growing more intense.

A mixologist invoking a response from Magic Power was not unusual.

After all, Magic Mixology was not an uncommon occurrence. She had tasted plenty of Magic Cocktails before, like Flame Hell, Ice Hell, Blissful Paradise— flashy names indeed, but the actual experience was nothing extraordinary.

Whether infusing with Fire Element, Water Element, or adding hallucinogenic components, they all directly impacted the body.

Ordinary people might be astounded by such concoctions, but for a Legendary Spellcaster, they were child’s play.

She had assumed Gaven’s craft was of this nature, but to her surprise, he had transcended the mere use of Magic Power and touched upon the Laws, which was quite unusual— his every action had an intrinsic reason, and such mixology was not merely an act of brewing but a Special Ability in casting.

Could the anomaly lie in his Transcendant Body?

Indeed.

Gaven was at his own peak state, with a six-Attributes Transcendent Body, not only transcendentally sanctified in physique but all Special Abilities in an active state.

He felt his physical condition was better than it had ever been before, every action perceivable as different from the usual, especially when entering a state of deep Spiritual Energy focus which now came as simple as drinking cool boiled water. At a thought, he was there.

A Transcendent Body meant far more than just unlocking a Special Ability— his affinity with the entire world was deeper, and as such, things like Spiritual Energy focus, which normally required effort, no longer did, becoming natural.

Gaven, having regained at least sixty to seventy percent of his former peak state, reveled in the exquisite sensation and with the utmost contentment, tapped into his Transcendent Perception reward.

Transcendent Reward (Choose one)

One, add +2 to Perception permanently

Two, Transcendent Perception (Special Ability)— You possess a sublime perception ability, allowing you to easily sense things usually imperceptible, with a certain chance of detecting various Spiritual Bodies, Invisible Creatures, and the like.
