Chapter 289: I Want to Expose Her Fake Facade

Chapter 289: Chapter 289: I Want to Expose Her Fake Facade

Christopher Coldson’s expression darkened, "What evidence do you have?"

Yolanda Greenwood indeed had no evidence, but Sunny Coldson had already admitted, so she could only say, "Christopher Coldson, I’m not lying to you."

"Christopher, my stomach hurts so much..." Not far away, Randy Carter, who had fainted on the ground, raised her head and called out weakly.

Christopher Coldson glanced at Lola Gold, clearly not believing her, thinking that Yolanda Greenwood and Lola Gold were deceiving him together.

He forcefully shook off Yolanda Greenwood’s hand, "That’s enough, you guys go back."

After speaking, he turned and ran over to Randy Carter, gently helping her up, "Are you alright? Where does it hurt? Do you need me to call a doctor?"

"My stomach, it hurts." Randy Carter, limp as boneless, lay on Christopher Coldson’s shoulder, her eyes peeking out defiantly at Yolanda Greenwood and Lola Gold.

"I’ll help you inside and then call the doctor," Christopher Coldson said, carefully escorting Randy Carter into the hospital room.

Lola Gold almost stood frozen in place, muttering to herself in disbelief, "He thinks I’m using pregnancy to deceive him."

She turned to look at Yolanda Greenwood and repeated, "He thinks I’m using pregnancy to deceive him, did you see that?"

"Lola, calm down," Yolanda Greenwood tried to soothe Lola Gold’s emotions, "Where’s the test result? Show it to him!"

Lola Gold, with Randy Carter’s challenging gaze flashing before her eyes, could no longer restrain her anger and strode toward the hospital room, "You bitch, I will expose your true face."

"Lola, don’t be impulsive," Yolanda Greenwood worriedly followed her, feeling somewhat uncomfortable in her stomach, but at this moment, she could not lag behind.

Soon, Lola Gold entered the hospital room, her gaze ominously fixed on Randy Carter on the bed.

Randy Carter immediately cried out in a frail voice, "Christopher, I’m scared..."

Christopher Coldson was peeling an apple, turned around upon hearing her, and seeing Lola Gold, he immediately said coldly, "Lola, stop it, go back now."

But Lola Gold, in a fury, couldn’t hear Christopher Coldson’s words; she stepped forward and grabbed Randy Carter by the hair.

"You bitch, still pretending? You’re in this with Melissa Greenwood and Sunny Coldson!"

"Ah ah ah..." Randy Carter screamed in pain, "Christopher, save me, save me, she is going to kill me, ah ah ah..."

Christopher Coldson immediately dropped the fruit and knife in his hands and rushed over.

"Christopher Coldson," Yolanda Greenwood hurriedly intercepted him, "You need to calm down, Randy Carter..."

She couldn’t finish her sentence when Christopher Coldson pushed her forcefully, knocking her to the ground.

"Ouch!" Yolanda Greenwood broke out in a cold sweat from the pain, tried to stand up, but found herself unable to muster any strength.

Seeing she was alright, Christopher Coldson turned to intercept Lola Gold, but Lola Gold slapped him in the face.

"Are you crazy? Why did you push Yolanda?" Lola Gold, heartbroken, bent down, preparing to help Yolanda Greenwood.

"Who is the crazy one here?" Christopher Coldson grabbed Lola Gold’s arm, "Lola Gold, I told you to go back and wait quietly, why did you come here causing trouble?"

His eyes were bloodshot and terrifying.

Lola Gold locked eyes with him, feeling her heart drop, and weakly said, "Let go of me."

Christopher Coldson still held on to her, "Lola Gold, don’t come here again, you really make me dislike this."

"Is that so?" Lola Gold, holding back her emotions, forcefully pushed away Christopher Coldson’s hands, "Remember what you said today, always remember it, and don’t regret it!"

Lola Gold wiped away a tear and helped Yolanda Greenwood up, "Yolanda, how are you?"

"I’m alright." Yolanda Greenwood looked worriedly at Lola Gold, "Where’s the test result? Bring it out."

"There’s no test result." Lola Gold pulled Yolanda Greenwood, "Yolanda, let’s go, I’ll accompany you to get checked."

"Lola..." Yolanda Greenwood knew that by now, Lola Gold was completely heartbroken, she anxiously looked at Christopher Coldson, "Uncle, don’t you understand? Lola is really pregnant, she’s not lying to you, she didn’t come here just to cause trouble."

Christopher Coldson stood still, but his expression clearly struggled.

"Christopher, I feel so bad." Randy Carter sobbed, "Christopher, find a doctor quickly, I feel so bad."

"Alright, don’t be afraid, I’m here," Christopher Coldson looked at Lola Gold, "We’ll talk about our issues later."

"Hehe..." Lola Gold found it ironically funny, she actually laughed, "No need, you go take good care of your Randy Carter."

She resolutely assisted Yolanda Greenwood out of the hospital room.

"Lola, maybe..." Yolanda Greenwood looked at Lola Gold’s hopeless expression, deeply distressed, "At least leave the test result to prove yourself..."

"What test result?" Lola Gold’s face was ashen, "A child that should never have existed shouldn’t have appeared from the start."

"Lola!" If Lola Gold terminated this pregnancy, she would never be able to get pregnant again, Yolanda Greenwood didn’t want her to regret it later.

"I’ve made up my mind." Lola Gold’s tone was unwavering.

"Lola, even without Christopher Coldson, I can raise the child with you," Yolanda Greenwood tried to persuade her, "Your child and my child can grow up together, isn’t that good?"

"Yolanda, don’t be naive," Lola Gold sighed deeply, "Can your child really have nothing to do with the Coldson Family? I don’t want the child to be the reason I’m entangled with Christopher Coldson for life, and as for being a mother..."

She glanced at Yolanda Greenwood’s protruding stomach, "Having them is enough; you’re not allowed to back out later, I want to be their godmother."

"Lola, think about it again," Yolanda Greenwood truly felt it was unnecessary, and getting an abortion really does a lot of harm to the body.

"Yolanda, no need to say more, I’ve decided," Lola Gold’s attitude left no room for turning back.

Unable to persuade her, Yolanda Greenwood finally negotiated, "Then at least promise me, wait until the seventh week to do it, to minimize the harm to your body."

Lola Gold thought it over and nodded in agreement, knowing this was Yolanda Greenwood’s bottom line; if she didn’t agree, Yolanda Greenwood wouldn’t let it go.

The two were silent for a while, Yolanda Greenwood spoke again, somewhat sadly, "Lola, maybe we shouldn’t have come at this time, perhaps as Christopher Coldson said, wait, after everyone’s emotions have stabilized, sit down and talk it out, maybe it wouldn’t have come to this."

"Don’t be foolish." Just before taking the elevator, Lola Gold turned back to glance in the direction of the hospital room, "That man isn’t worth waiting for."

Their figures quickly disappeared at the elevator entrance.

Afterward, Christopher Coldson walked out of the hospital room, one side of his face still red, the memory of Lola Gold’s fury still fresh.

Maybe Lola Gold really was pregnant?

He knew how much Lola Gold cared for Yolanda Greenwood, if she wasn’t truly pregnant, she probably wouldn’t have brought Yolanda Greenwood to cause a scene.

He thought for a moment and decided that after the two left the hospital, he would go to Ivy Hall and get things clarified.
