"Indeed. Hand it over, and you can lead them away," Gu Xingfeng replied with a smile, even extending his hand as he spoke.

"But I don’t trust you one bit. You don’t look reliable. Release them, and then I’ll give you the Crystal Stone," Feng Wuchen sneered coldly, casually tossing the Crystal Stone in his hand like a toy.

"Feng Ying, don’t give it to him, or you won’t escape either!" Tianming shouted anxiously, his voice filled with panic.

"Feng Ying, go quickly! Don’t worry about us!" Chasing Moon yelled.

Gu Xingfeng showed no reaction, his gaze fixed on Feng Wuchen. He smiled faintly and said, "We exchange simultaneously—goods for people. Otherwise, you’ll collect their corpses. Don’t doubt my words."

"This treasure is something the Heavenly Sovereign desires. If it’s destroyed, the Spirit Emperor has no way to explain it. Should the Heavenly Sovereign hold him accountable, none of you will be able to bear it," Feng Wuchen sneered, channeling a sliver of energy with his left hand in a threatening gesture.

Gu Xingfeng remained unmoved, replying with a cold smile, "Go ahead and try to destroy the Crystal Stone. But if you do, don’t hope to save them either. I’m betting you won’t dare."

Upon hearing this, Feng Wuchen furrowed his brows slightly, thinking to himself, "Does he really not fear me destroying the Crystal Stone?"

As his words fell, Feng Wuchen suddenly flung the Crystal Stone with great force. It turned into a streak of black and vanished into the horizon in the blink of an eye.

Simultaneously, Feng Wuchen used instant teleportation to grab Tianming and Chasing Moon, then swiftly disappeared with them. Within moments, their silhouettes were nowhere to be seen.

"Tian Kui, can you retrieve the Crystal Stone?" Feng Wuchen quickly transmitted his thoughts.

"Emperor Ling has already sensed my presence. I can’t retrieve the Crystal Stone. You should take them and leave first," Tian Kui’s voice echoed.

"A pity," Feng Wuchen murmured in disappointment.

Still, successfully rescuing Tianming and Chasing Moon was already a significant triumph.

Feng Wuchen was undoubtedly the first person to infiltrate the Spirit Emperor Temple and manage to leave unharmed.

"Emperor Ling, the Crystal Stone is in hand," Gu Xingfeng transmitted respectfully.

But Emperor Ling didn’t make such an attempt, evidently showing his apprehension toward Tian Kui.

"Are we just letting Feng Ying go like that?" Gu Xingfeng asked, seemingly reluctant.

"Even if I take action, do you think Ying Hun would stand idly by? Let the boy go for now. Just return the Crystal Stone," Emperor Ling transmitted.

"Understood, Emperor Ling!" Gu Xingfeng replied respectfully, his gaze shifting to the Crystal Stone in his hand. With a flash of murderous intent, he muttered coldly, "Tian Kui assassin."

Using instant teleportation repeatedly, it took less than a minute for Feng Wuchen to escape further from the Spirit Emperor Temple, arriving atop a towering peak with Tianming and Chasing Moon.

"No pursuers? It seems they’re truly wary of Tian Kui’s strength," Feng Wuchen thought to himself, finally easing as he sensed no trace of danger.

"Brother Tianming, Chasing Moon, are you alright?" Feng Wuchen asked hurriedly.

"We’re fine. Much thanks for risking your life to save us," Tianming quickly cupped his hands in gratitude.

"A life-saving debt—I’ll never forget it for as long as I live," Chasing Moon followed suit, deeply thankful.

"No need to thank me; this was the Pavilion Master’s order. I just used the Crystal Stone to negotiate for your release," Feng Wuchen replied casually with a smile.

"The fact that you dared to infiltrate the Spirit Emperor Temple alone already counts as risking your life for us," Tianming said gratefully.

Feng Wuchen shook his head and said, "Back then, if Brother Tianming hadn’t stepped in, I’d have had no chance of escaping. On the contrary, I implicated you, so risking my life for you is only fair."

"Feng Ying, what about Bright Moon?" Chasing Moon asked, concerned.

"Bright Moon is safe, no need to worry," Feng Wuchen smiled faintly. With their successful rescue, the burden on his heart had finally been lifted.

"No pursuers from the Spirit Emperor Temple?" Chasing Moon asked uneasily, feeling things had gone too smoothly.
