As soon as the door closed, Yannis Griffith snapped, "What the hell is going on with you?"

"What?" William Griffith slowly raised his head to look at him, speaking indifferently.

"William Griffith! I don’t care whether you truly hated women before or how Lewis came to be, and I don’t care if you choose to be with Chloe Turner now! Since you’ve caused Cherish to be upset, from now on, I’ll be the one to take care of things concerning Cherish Turner, you won’t be involved with her anymore!" Yannis Griffith said his name harshly, "Starting from this moment, I will pursue her! Until she agrees to be with me!"

However, William Griffith merely shook his head, sneering, "Save it, you’re wasting your energy."

Yannis Griffith was instantly confused, not understanding what he meant.

"Wait." William Griffith interrupted. Thomas Harrison on the other end of the phone waited quietly. After a long while, he said, "Ask Chief Editor Sally and Cherish Turner of the Demon Manga Club to come together, mention that Mr. Chip requested it."

"Yes, President Griffith."

Once he hung up the phone, William Griffith leaned back in his chair, folding his hands on his chest, and closed his eyes as if in deep thought. Suddenly, he opened a drawer and took something out. With a light tap of his toe, he swivelled his chair to face the wall-to-wall windows.

Under the sunlight, the key in his hand shimmered with gold, blindingly bright.

Meanwhile, at the Demon Manga Club, Cherish Turner was in the midst of helping Editor-in-Chief Davis with a few urgent cases.

The sudden ringing of the phone interrupted her train of thought. Her right hand was still scrolling through a data list with a mouse, she reached out with her left hand to answer the call. Before she and even speak, she heard the urgent voice of Chief Editor Sally on the other end, "Cherish Turner! Come to me right now, we are rushing to Wanchai."
