Kaka was so excited, that he paced up and down the seclusion villa as he urged me to be ready for it.

" Why do I have to attend " I growled.

" Because Isamu is going to silence the whole of the Yakuza. He wants to show you off and that means that he will remain the leader of the Yakuza and no one will ever second-guess him "

" I am not a trophy" I snapped.

" You are. Our trophy " Kaka clapped happily.

" You are shameless" I snickered at him but his happy mood was infectious.

" I am " He grinned happily.

" Now now, get your best suit and show those damn Yakuza members who you are. You should maintain a stoic face and even more sore dont let anyone maintain eye contact. " Kaka advised.

" Yes seer" I smirked at him.

Isamu’s dinner party was filled with members of the Yakuza gang. They came from all corners of Japan and they were all shifters. The minute I walked into the garden set up for the party, all the loud voices and murmurs quieted down.

Isamu raised his head proudly and then beckoned us to join him. Kaka walked ahead and I followed him to stand next to Isamu.

" Everyone. Let me introduce you to Lobo Aria. He is the shifter Alpha who now owns the Tabular crystal."

Wide eyes, shock, and disbelief were laced in the faces of the Yakuza members.

" I doubt that he has been able to wield the crystal " Elder Kanji spoke up and standing next to him was his son Kata.

" I am not answerable to a lowly wolf like you " I growled and turned away from him.

" The Yakuza have been the ones guarding the crystal for years. You are nothing but a stranger. "

" Is that so " I growled and then released the power of the Tabular on him. In seconds Elder Kanji was choking, while the rest of the guests remained silent in fear only his son yelled and then went down on his knees and bowed " Please. I apologize on behalf of my father. He spoke out of turn.

" I thought so" I snickered and pulled the power of Tabluar back into my body.

I turned to Kaka who stood on his tiptoes beaming like someone who swallowed a canary. On the other hand, Isamu had one raised eyebrow and stared down at everyone in the room.

" Is there any more doubts " Isamu’s voice boomed over the garden.

" How are we sure a stranger will keep the Tabular within the Yakuza ?" Elder Amaya stepped foward. " I speak on behalf of the vampire council under the Yakuza.

" Lobo is my brother-in-law. Zineb his sister is my mate " Isamy firmly stated.

The members of the Yakuza seemed shocked at the announcement and Kaka muttered under his breath " Today is the day that some of the Yakuza members will die of shock.

" What about Sayuri, you promised to marry her"

" That is true. I will marry both Zineb and Sayuri" Isamu nodded. " But make no mistake, Zineb Aria is my mate"

" Whatever " Elder Amaya growled.

" Now that everything is out in the open, let us enjoy the party" Kaka announced happily.

" What about the Tizheruk " Elder Kanji spoke up. His son Kata stood by his side holding him.

" This man will not let us have a good time will he " I muttered.

" What about the Tizheruk ?" Isamu asked.

" You promised us that you would hunt him down if we gave you support " Elder Kanji pressed on.

" One step at a time. Now that we have the power of the Tabular in Lobo, we shall proceed to Sitka and complete the mission. " Isamu affirmed.

" The mission that you have failed twice?" Elder Amaya raised her voice.

" I think that these two are planning a rebellion " Tabular’s voice rose over the whole garden.

" What the fuck was that ?" One of the Yakuza members spoke up.

" That would be the Tabular speaking up" Kaka boomed.

" What do you mean " Another Yakuza member asked.

" It means I am irritated by the people who keep doubting Isamu. " Tabular voice rose again.

I chuckled at how comical everyone’s face was and then added " Why dont you all behave and have a good time? I am not in a killing mood today. And if you keep pushing, I will take your shifter powers away for good and you will end up dead. " I pointed at Elder Kanji and Elder Amaya"

" Are you threatening us?" Elder Amaya seethed.

" You are here to cause trouble in a party where everyone wants to enjoy themselves. The questions that you asking, you could have just asked Isamu directly. But you want to sow discord in the Yakuza" Kaka spoke up.

" I am tired of their faces " I snickered and walked away.

" Behave or leave " Isamu growled.

" This is not over " Elder Amaya stated and left the party.

I walked to one of the liquor tables and poured myself a drink. Kaka joined me and she looked as Irritated as I was.

" Fucking old geezers" He cursed.

" Are you not old " I raised an eyebrow as raised our glasses and clinked.

" I am old. But sexy old " He laughed and lightened the mood.

" I hope you ignore those two. They have always been like this " Isamu stated.

"Dont you worry, Kaka is here to entertain me." I chuckled.

" I always aim to please " Kaka smirked.

" I will leave you to it. Let us discuss other matters later" Isamu patted my back before he left to entertain the guest. The rest of the night was lit as the guests all came to say hi, one by one. Kaka was the one who beamed proudly while I just nodded politely and then gazed at each one of them until they lowered their eyes.

Hours later, the guests left one by one and we were left in the garden drinking merry together with Kaka. Isamu joined us and for the first time since Zineb was taken, I saw him smile warmly.

" Zineb would be proud of this moment " I spoke up and my words slurred.

" She would " Isamu nodded and his eyes looked sad.

" Dont worry. We shall find her " I vowed.

" I know. I have a plan. We shall discuss it later. Today let us celebrate the success that you have achieved. "

" I would not have done it without you Isamu. Thank you for trusting me" I raised my glass to him and he chuckled and clinked his with mine.

" Let us make this work. We shall be unstoppable" Kaka interjected and his words made us burst out in laughter.

Hours later we strolled back to the seclusion villa and Kaka dumped himself on the cushions and slept. I stared at him in amusement and then walked to my room to rest. In that instance, I felt Aria stir.

" What is it?" I demanded

" Conri is here in Tochigi" Aria spoke up.

" Are you sure ?" I sat on the bed and rubbed my face.

"Of course I am sure. " Aria growled. "The scent is more heightened in the garden. Let us go back and I can prove it to you"

" You realized and behaved well. I am proud of you Aria. I can see you have matured. " I commended him.

" That is not it. Tabular will not let me act irrationally. And I think that is good for us. " Aria pushed the words through.

"Of course" Tabular voice rose.

" But we need to check it out so that we can rule it what you are scenting" I stood up and walked out of the seclusion villa and headed back to the garden. The guards just bowed at me as I walked around the garden that was now deserted.

" Rise " I commanded Aria and he rose and pushed his power out. It took close to ten minutes and then the scent of Conri Dolf hit our noses. I cursed out and Tabular growled.

" Fuck. " I cursed.

" He is in Tochigo" Aria growled out loud again.

" I am sorry for doubting you " I whispered.

" He came for us" Tabular voice boomed. " You better first confirm by the site before we tell Isamu"

" We can only confirm if we see him. I suggest we go out to the woods for a run " Aria suggested.

I shifted immediately and stood on all fours. I watched the way the guard’s eyes widened as I rushed out of the villa and headed to the gate. I growled at the guard and they opened the door and off I raced into the woods, following the scent until I came to the top of a cliff that looked down on the Isamu’s villa.

I gasped with the realization that Conri Dolf was here at Tochigi and more specifically, he stood at the cliff and watched the villa. His scent hit my nostrils and Aria whined happily while Tabular growled in angrily "It’s good that Conri has come to us. We shall take away his power and make him wish he never mated with Lucian Freki"
