" Why the fuck did you just leave?" Lobo growled as the wind picked up the ocean raged as we prepared for the coming storm.

" Because he is the general of the sea serpent creatures. He can petrify us and we will forget everything that happened. And more sore he has harnessed the power of the sea and he is the second in command to the Tizheruk. "

" What the fuck do you mean?" Lobo demanded

" Do you have any idea of the power of the sea god? His scales offer immortality and healing powers" Isamu explained.

" Let us drop anchor in Chugach so that I can find out if they took Zineb," Lobo huffed.

" That is fine" I responded " I worry too about her"

" Thank you for training her, " Lobo whispered.

" I prepared her for such scenarios so that she could handle herself " I heaved as the wind blew on my face. " It’s time you wielded the Tabular crystal. If only you had the power, then we could have taken Governor Alexander out and not be humiliated by Conri Dolf. "

" Something was different about him. He had more power than a normal wolf. And it’s not the Adora crystals powers "Lobo’s brows furrowed.

"His wolf has embraced and evolved in the power of the king of wolves " Tabular spoke." He is the most powerful wolf, unmatched and lethal. "

" King of wolves ?" Lobo whispered in awe.

" You better let go of your obsession with Conri Dolf. If you dont then I am a useless crystal just residing in your body" Tabular snapped.

"I never said anything, " Lobo responded defensively.

" Take him back to Japan. Let him meditate for thirty days and have the Yakuza seer help him cleanse himself so that I can merge into his wolf and his blood." Tabular spoke to me.

" I will. But he has to agree or else it will be useless"

" If he does not agree, I would rather go into someone else’s body," Tabular threatened.

"No. I agree" Lobo responded while swallowing so hard.

" Better work hard or else ’ Tabular voice receded and what was left was the sound of waves and the water hitting the boat. Sleep eluded us as we navigated through the sea waters and arrived at the hidden foot of Mount Chugach. We dropped the anchor and then Lobo got off the boat and made calls.

After a few minutes, he cursed and then walked back and said " None of my informants are picking up. "

" Let me go and check everything out. I am faster and I will mask my scent. " I got off the boat." Just guide me on where I will begin the search and I will be back in half an hour. "

"They must be holding her in the KODA council, " Lobo rasped.

I nodded and rushed through the forest in vampire speed, avoiding getting noticed until I arrived in town while I headed towards the KODA council. I stood by the streets next to the council entrance and the scent of Zineb was nowhere. I rushed through the town and nothing came to it. The snow picked up and the night wind blew and this would have been the best time to catch her scent but the fact that my breast did not make me crazy with fear.

I went back to the boat and Lobo was pacing up and down by the rocks.

" She is not here in Chugach. I can’t find her scent " I seethed and punched a rock nearby and it split into two.

" Does that mean that someone else took her?" Lobo growled.

"It is almost dawn. It would not do us good if we got noticed. Let us leave. I know that Zineb will appear sooner or later"

" What about the Yakuza ?" Lobo asked.

" I need to get to Japan ASAP and find her, " I responded.

" Let us go " Lobo was already up on the boat and he started to pull the anchor up. My fear matched his and I knew we were both anxious about Zineb. I felt a pang of regret and wished that I had trusted him.

Once done, I set sail and we left Chugach waters and headed for Japan. Two days later we arrived in Tochigi and docked on the pier. My men were already waiting and I got off the boat they spoke even before I could ask.

" Sir, we had to bring back the submarine after the Alaska Coast guards chased us out of their waters " One of the guards announced.

" Fucking morons "Lobo growled as walked by and headed to the waiting cars.

" Find someone reliable who would be able to get you through to the barrier without the coast guards’ interference. We set sail in one month" I instructed and followed Lobo to the cars. Driving through Tochigi I felt a pang of need and desire for Zineb. I wished that I would have done more for her and swore to myself that I would protect her with my life if she resurfaced.

We got to my home and the guards at the house rushed to welcome us. An hour later, I had showered and changed into comfortable clothes, when the Yakuza council came, unannounced.

" Forgive us for intruding on Isamu. But when the guards sent word that you were back, we rushed over to confirm that you are well" Elder Kanji stated. He had arrived with his son Kata Elder Ayame and her daughter Sayuri.

" Guard?" I raised an eyebrow. " I never knew that I had snitched in my home"

" You are a valued member of the Yakuza and we have to keep watch over you" Elder Ayame responded with her chin raised.

" I am tired and it’s been a long trip. Come over for breakfast tomorrow and I will give you a brief. " I said dismissively and raised my hand to ward them off.

" You can’t be this rude Isamu, ’’ Kata growled and in seconds I had him pinned on the wall and squeezed his neck.

" You better leave me alone" I let him go and kicked him to the ground.

" It seems we came at a bad time, " Elder Ayame said and pulled Sayuri along as they left the resting area.

" Forgive us "Elder Kanji muttered through gritted teeth but left dragging his son Kato with him.

" Fucking bastards ’ I cursed and walked over to the open area to breathe the night air.

Seconds later, Lobo appeared and muttered " The vultures descended immediately "

I nodded and then turned to him and said " Even though they came to cause a ruckus, It’s a confirmation that it was not them that took Zineb."

"That is great news. I prefer that they had nothing to do with her. They are bloodthirsty and merciless’ ’ Lobo announced.

" I know. They want to ensure that either Kato or Sayuri is mated to me. But Zineb is my true mate. My wolf recognized her and my beast turned her into a hybrid wolf " I confessed to Lobo.

" You two are a pair of crazy people. You deserve each other. The fact that you trained her, I knew that you care for her. I need her back safe and sound. She is family " Lobo raised his hands in despair.

"She is my mate. I am going crazy" I rubbed my face with frustration.

" So what is the next plan? " Lobo walked over and asked.

" We must find a way to get the scales of the Tizheruk while you also harness the power of the Tabular," I said. " The seer will be here the day after tomorrow. "

" Tomorrow seems to be a day where you will be fighting your council members’ Lobo chuckled. "Come on let us go and have a drink. What we face tomorrow will be irritation rather than danger"

" I know " I cursed as we walked back to the resting area and then I signaled the maids to serve us the Japanese Kyushu and we drank ourselves silly till dawn. As we dragged ourselves to bed, Lobo’s last words were " You need to trust me more brother in law"

It was close to midday the next day when the maids alerted me that the Yakuza council had arrived two hours earlier. Dragging myself off the bed, I took a shower and then joined them in the living room. My mood had not improved and I felt thunderous as I sat down in their presence. Lobo appeared in the doorway and I felt the tension in the room as the air sizzled around us. He walked to the window and then leaned on it with a carefree and bored attitude.

" Now that you are here, let me give you a brief. The Tizheruk is alive and kicking. I met him one on one. "

"What ?" Elder Kanji stood up in shock. The cool composed nature was gone.

" He said that the fucking sea serpent god is alive and well. He lives in Alaska and there are more like him" Lobo snapped.

" We shall be back in a month. Lobo here has to master the powers of the Tabular and wield it before we attack again"

" So you failed ?" Elder Kanji snickered.

" You mean you would have succeeded? The Tizheruk is more powerful than ever. He is even surrounded by the King of wolves whose power had the Adora Crystal and his Freki mate. The three of them combined can take us all down. " Lobo snapped.

The whole room remained silent and shocked.

"One more thing. Kata and Sayuri, you need to know that Isamu is my sister’s mate. If you try and interfere I will not be so polite " Lobo stated and he walked out of the room.
